Called and he gave me a ballpark estimate.. scheduled estimate online and they were able to start working on my project right after I gave the go.

I had a toilet that was leaking and they gave me my options as far as repairs or just replacing it since it was an older toilet and it was no pressure added when the options were given. I went with getting a new toilet and they got it done fairly quickly and did a great job and didn't leave any mess behind.

It was a good price as well. I would use them again.

Since you wanted to respond as I said in the post another plumber came and showed me the thermocouple. Explained what it did and explained why that was the problem.

Changed the thermocouple out. You touched the top Of the water heater told me It could be the gas valve but no way to know unless you changed it.

$549. Then sent me a quote that was ridiculous.

$3000+ I gave you 2 stars because you were not disrespectful now it's 1 because you wanna make it look like I'm in the wrong as with EVERY response you have. I said I had to speak with my wife because I needed a second opinion (wanted to know if what I heard was right with the 2nd opinion) and wanted her input.

But when does a Richmond not have a thermocouple? Following a quick assessment, we decided that a new electrical outlet needed to be installed under my sink & that the water will have to be turned off by my condominium maintenance guy, before the installation. So, after the outlet is installed & the water is scheduled to be shut off, I'll call these guys regarding completion of this project.

Really relied on Adam and his crew to assist in getting an old neglected house back up to modern standards as far as plumbing goes! This review incorporates three separate visits to my home by Grateful Plumbers. Friday, 8/7/20 an estimate, Monday, 8/10/20 rough plumbing and Friday, 8/14/20 connecting plumbing and installation of vanity.

Adam, with Grateful Plumbers, came out last week to provide an estimate for plumbing a new dual sink bathroom vanity from a single sink vanity and then complete hook-up and installation after movers get vanity from garage into bathroom location. Adam was professional, had competetive pricing and honest about concerns he could encounter with a 65 year old house.

Adam's concerns were justified when he returned on Monday to plumb the new drains and water lines. Several things weren't where we expected or it was an extremely tight fit into the existing space.

I was thinking a new, simple T-drain off the existing drain when I purchased the new vanity but not so much. Regardless, Adam made everything work with a few modifications.

Next, and last, the new vanity was moved into place by Bell Hop Movers. They did an awesome job moving the heavy vanity with the marble top and sinks already attached.

More to come under their business. Adam worked within our schedule and budget, his apprentice, Brandon, was major helpful, both were polite, down-to-earth and did a good job.

I'm glad we went with Grateful Plumbers. Responded quick, guy was up front about availability an was understanding when I he added me to the schedule an said I should try an find a 24/7 company if I needed faster response, just asked to let him know if I do so he can remove me from his day.

Highly responsive and identified issues quickly to address a flooded basement. I felt they cared about my dilemma and had the expertise to create the best possible plan for a fix at an affordable price.

I highly recommend them. Adam was efficient and rebuilt my toilet insides so I now have a functioning toilet again.

I've never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it's normal and they'll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, today I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink.

I don't know what they did but clearly you can't trust these guys in your home. They could've easily put something down to protect the floor.

They clearly don't care or only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet.

Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359.

No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage On time.

We had a problem with a faucet that had been installed by the grateful plumber back in February I called on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday morning fixed it free of charge. Great service and care for their customers! Adam and his helper actually just left my property.

Had an appointment this morning for plumbing repairs and new equipment installation. All work was completed quickly and prioerly.

I also thought for all the work they did, the price was quite reasonable. This was the first time I had used this business, but in the future they will be my first call.

Adam and his helper at Grateful Plumber were beyond anything I could've hoped for! We had a cracked toilet flange in a concrete slab, in a small space. Luckily Adams an expert and kept all the work isolated to the bathroom and got us all back together in 1 day!! I can't thank him enough for everything!! Extremely happy with the water softener installation. We needed our kitchen sink unplugged, and they did a efficient job of taking care of it.

There wasn't any way around needing to replace the water heater. I tried myself to remove the leaky hose and it was as if the coupling had been welded to the inlet.
