After a failed snaking attempt the technician Jesse used his dydro jet to clear the drain. Unfortunately for me, upon running his camera it was discovered the main sewer pipe out was failing.
The job was going to be much larger than just clearing out a clogged drain. While not an ideal situation the technician Jesse was friendly, prompt and communicated along every step of the way.
I only wish I would have called sooner as another company came out a month before, but didn't run camera afterward. Jesse was clear to tell me that anytime the line is clogged like that, a camera should be ran to determine what clogged it.

Some years ago I had a closed kitchen drain. I found Make it Drain Plumbing online.
Ean came and tried to rooter it but it wouldn't work. He told me that the stoppage is under my kitchen floor and we might need to open up the floor under my island to get to the pipe.

Excellent service! Had a sudden leak from the water heater that was detected around 9pm. Contacted "Make it Drain" and received an immediate response.
Appointment was set as early as 7am the following day. Lo and behold, precisely at 7am Marc and Ian rang my doorbell.
A quick inspection revealed that the water heater must be replaced. They U-turned the water supply from the heater so my house could have water until the guys came back with a brand new heater.
Important to mention that this was on MLK day, so most shops were closed and supplies were not readily available. Despite this fact, the guys were back at 2pm with a brand new heater and finished the whole replacement procedure within just couple of hours.
