Michael did an excellent job replacing my kitchen sink faucet. I was trying to finally reduce my honey do list that has been untouched for 6 years.

I had three objectives, and shared all three. He quoted for the faucet and offered to look at the other two when he got there.

One issue failed to demonstrate itself while he was there and he said it wouldn't be a certainty to be fixed but he has an avenue he could try. Another issue is a toilet that won't stop running, after some decisions about fixing or replacing he actually talked me out of that job entirely.

He has had a bad experience in the past of a wife reducing the honey do list with an experienced professional. Finally the faucet, you supply your own, but the plate that covers the two extra holes in a sink is wider for some faucets and narrower for others.

When he discovered this he offered to skip the plate but patiently waited when a went back to Home Depot to bring home a couple more choices. He didn't charge extra for the 20 extra minutes to wait.

He was courteous, offered advice on a nearby pipe and checked the line pressure. My new faucet works like a champ! I've engaged Mike for plumbing services a couple of times.

Ruchi Mike started troubleshooting the problem even before coming over by offering suggestions on what could be wrong. Upon arrival, the problem turned out to be trivial and fixed within 5 minutes.

Mike didn't charge for the visit! Definitely going to reach out to Mike first next time I need any plumbing help. Michael is well deserving of his 5-Star reviews! On Sunday I researched plumbers for a list of issues that were not urgent and messaged two plumbers through Yelp asking for an estimate.

Michael responded immediately, and the other 5-Star plumber responded much later that day and said since it was Sunday I should reach back out if I still needed help. Hmmm.

I said they weren't urgent issues so he could have responded on Monday, but decision made! Michael was extremely communicative and came out for the estimate. He had great recommendations, was clear on what he could and couldn't do (repair the dishwasher if replacing the clogged drain pipe didn't fix the problem).

He even went ahead and fixed one of the items on the list since it was small and quick (the bathroom sink stopper). So thoughtful! His estimate was very fair and his knowledge was impressive.

We hired him, he came and fixed everything. Neat, considerate--what more could you want? Well how about when everyone who was supposed to turn the water back on in our condo building disappeared, and Michael stayed over an extra hour so he could make sure all his repairs worked and didn't charge us.

I think most plumbers would have left or charged us. This was 10-Star service! Items repaired: Replaced a bathroom faucet, replaced the dishwasher drain pipe (and the dishwasher works!), snaked the shower, repaired the running toilet.

As a bonus, he saw that the cold water shut off valve in the bathroom did not turn off completely, so he included that replacement in his estimate and fixed it too. Michael is prompt, called me in advance of arrival, and showed up on time.

He is courteous, clean and professional. He definitely takes pride in his work.
