Wow was I impressed with their service Chris was at my house within 20 minutes after I called him he was super friendly and gave me advice on my repair.The price was right I will always use Redbird plumbing for all my plumbing need and recommend them to my friends and family. Needed a water heater replaced under warranty that was originally installed by Red Bird and called Chris several times in one week without the courtesy of a return call. He finally did call the following week and recommended we contact the manufacturer for verification that it would be covered.

We did that on the same day then left several more messages for Chris to complete the job with no response. Needless to say we ended up contacting a more responsive company called Pipeworks.

They came out the next day and completed the job. If you are in need of a plumber, don't waste your time contacting Dead Bird Plumbing! Chris is a good communicator and explain everything thoroughly and answered all questions.

Prices were fair and I will be using his services again. He did a great job and was Johnny on the spot.

I had 3 faucuts to be installed and a leaky toilet. I callled Redbird Plumbing and they within 24 hours called and was ready to hrlp me out.

They arrived 20 minutes early from the scheduled appt. and got right to work.

They knew right away was needed for the toilet and had someone drop by a hardware store to get the needed part rather than leave the job. We had a issue with our sink faucet holes not working with one of the new faucets we bought and they worked with us until we got a replacement.

They were professsional and cleaned up everything nicely. I'm extremely happy with the results and would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the service I received from Redbird Plumbing. My hot water heater went out, and no hot water is an emergency! They came out quickly, the technician Josh, was fast and efficient.

He explained the new unit, and all I needed to know..I would absolutely use them again and recommend to the BloNo Community. Had an issue with my outside faucet and couldn't get the handle to stop turning to shut off.

Talked to Chris and he had one of his plumbers Bradley out in an hour! I found Bradley to be very friendly and honest. Gave me the option to fix or replace.

I decided to replace since the faucet is 20+ years old. It only took about an hour (had to cut out drywall in ceiling to expose the pipe), explained what he did and the warranty, wrote up the bill which was very reasonable for the amount of work required.

Came out to do a tree root encapsulation of my drain line in the yard. Came and did the job, but left an accent pipe several feet extended from the ground.

I was told they would come out once the ground settled after the dig out and cut it and ap it again. 2 years later.

Will not answer calls, return calls etc. Half assed So I called this morning.

Got a call back before message was left. I told him what we needed.

He said easy I can do that. I was happy he then said he can come today at noon.

Even better. I ran to store rushed home got all ready.

Moved stuff. And wait.

Um noon come n gone. I called no answer.

I wait and now it's been an hour. Still no call back.

Then an hour and a half. No call.

I am very disappointed. I was told he won't go to some areas.

Um odd. Anyway now I have another guy coming sadly tomorrow.

So I'll never try them again They installed a defective faucet for my grandparents a few months back and replaced the bad faucet with one my grandfather purchased. They said they would issue a refund for said faucet but after several attempts to reach out because no refund we finally just gave up Nice guys and quality work at a fair price.

Nice clean install of water softener and whole house carbon water filter. Will use them on my next project.

I am telling you that this is the best service I have gotten in a long time. The two service men that came were early and called ahead to let us know they were coming.

They replaced a hot water heater for us. Such nice professional highest quality work.

When the installation was finished their vacuum came out and everything that was touched by them was also cleaned by them. Very friendly, kind and answered all my questions.

Called On. Saturday morning around 10:30.

They said they should be here around noon but they would text. Never heard from them.

Besides plumbing jobs, the do plumbing inspections for the city and cost a little bit less there too! Love a company that saves us money and does a good job too! I had an appointment for Wed, but I got a call mid-afternoon Tues saying that he was available and had the proper equipment on his truck if I was available then instead. He arrived just a few minutes later and worked steadily to solve my problem (a blocked kitchen drain).

Along the way, he identified another area that needed to be watched because pipes were corroded but not yet leaking, and I elected to go ahead and have him fix it then. He covered his shoes, his workspace and my floor (I made a bigger mess just emptying the undersink cabinet).

Redbird is great. We've used them twice.

I first called D&R Plumbing about it. They came out and quoted somewhere just shy of $2200 for replacement, and required payment up front.

Chris gave me a call back. I talked with him, and was quoted about half that.

Fortunately, I was able to cancel with D&R before they did any work and get a refund of everything but their basic visit fee (which was still a rather absurd $150). The very next day - New Year's Eve, no less - two guys showed up and did the replacement in about an hour and a half or so.

Everything is still working great, and we're very happy with the service we received. We'll be calling Redbird first from now on for all our plumbing.

Redbird Plumbing installed the wrong battery on my sump pump battery back-up system. Chris could not identify the problem after multiple tries.

Redbird will not refund my money. I have filed claims with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.
