The supervisor Mike is 100% unprofessional as he verbally berated us AFTER a horrible experience with his plumber. Our experience? I'll explain so you can know NOT to hire this company.
Our volunteer HOA members hired Magic Men to do a simple repair on a common hot water pipe, which was originally quoted to us at $550, for our 19 unit building. We were told it would take 3 hours with a 9am arrival and a 12pm completion.
The plumber rescheduled their original appointment because 'they needed another part" and due to the increase of labor, the new price would be $1,200. We were annoyed at this, because the plumbers had days to realize what they needed for this work, but we agreed to the surprise price because the repair would help one of our unit owner's sell her unit.
The plumber ended up being 3 hours late. The water was shut off ALL DAY for our ENTIRE building.
When they arrived, they said they were missing another part, so they left AGAIN after arriving late. This is when our patience started getting tested.
When the plumber came back, he was completely incompetent / flustered and couldn't complete the repair, even with the owner of MM calling and yelling at him. The leak was still present even after HOURS of the plumber trying to fix it, and back-and-forth nonsense.
We fired the plumber before the repair could be successfully completed, because it seemed like the plumber had no idea what he was doing. We hired another company who had to charge us an emergency visit fee.
All in all - Magic Men was a complete nightmare for our HOA to work with and we do not recommend them. Stellar.
On time, got the work done as quoted, expected...and did a good job. Even then there was still some follow up left, and they made sure to promptly communicate and get all the diagnosed work done.
Great guys, knowledgeable, friendly...and fast. Which for plumbing is kinda important.

We had a new water heater installed today and it was a great experience. They are extremely responsive, professional, and overall pleasant people.
My search is finally over. Thank you for once again giving us peace of mind! Problem = leaking 2016 water heater tank that has not been serviced in minimum of 3 years (unfortunate ignorance on my part) I was horrified by the price and faced with further expenses of having to cut my countertop and remove the cabinet to my leaking/dying water heater (per the first consultation with another plumbing company).
I randomly found Magic Men under local plumbers so I called Magic Men for a second opinion. Mike's quote was affordable and his assessment was very informative so my father and I proceeded with the job with his team.
He was able to find a good unit for me despite the Labor day weekend (it's an uncommon type of water heater). When his team arrived on the job, they were able to overcome the handful of surprise hurdles presented by my strangely inconvenient kitchen (remodel done by the previous owner).
They also informed me of issues they discovered surrounding the "mess" that is my kitchen. I am happy with their service and look forward to possibly having them do future projects.
A big ZERO. They charged me $900 to to fix a leak in my bathroom in December.
The link was never fixed. I scheduled another appointment in March and they were a no-show.
Someone showed up the next day claiming to work for this company and brought no supplies with him. He said a quote would be delivered.
Never received the quote. Honest to God the person I let in not my home could have been a criminal.
I contact the company and was told I did not contact them within 90 days of the original service and as a result there is nothing they can do. Hmmm.
Contact the company in March is within 90 days. Shame on you Magic Men.
What a complete disaster. I will file a complaint with the BBB but do not think this company is accredited.
For years there was something wrong with the toilet in the main bathroom. After trying (and paying a fortune) many local plumbers, I called Mike at Magic Men Service.
As a Master Plumber he explained everything that was wrong and showed me exactly what needed to be done. Prices were reasonable.
No problems since! Arrived just when promised. Took care of my leaking dishwasher quickly.
Highly recommended! Reached out on Friday night after our 20+ year old water heater went out. I sent a couple of photos via text and got an estimate right away.
Magic Men was able to source a replacement for install the next morning. They showed up right on time, and we had hot water in a few hours.
Not having hot water is a pain, but getting our heater replaced with Magic Men was painless. Highly recommend! Called Magic Men after my water heater went out.
Reached out to multiple plumbers and they were the only ones who would give me a quote over the phone. All others needed to come out to give me a quote and I had already had one other plumber come over who quoted me much higher than what Magic Men came out at.
They installed the new water heater with no issue and gave me some tips about maintenance and other things around my condo that I was unaware of. Professional, friendly, and cost effective.

the usual plumbers who asked me for $269 just to reserve a spot I posted on Yelp for quotes to replace my hot water heater and this was not only the first to respond, but also was the best price. They came when promised and did a great job with the install.
I was just waiting for something to go wrong because nobody is the first to respond with the best price and then actually follow through and do a good job. But they did! The sewer pipe that leads out from our building started leaking.
Magic Men came and took a look. They suggested doing a hydro jet and camera inspection.
They came back two days later and do the work. They took the time to show me the camera inspection and explain what was happening.
The other firm I had out to look at things suggested digging before doing a camera inspection. While we did find an issue that will eventually require digging it is about 10 feet from where the other plumber wanted to dig.
The hydro jetting was much less expansive than digging and i can deal with the other issue later. Mike who did the work was friendly, helpful and punctual.
Would call them again. called Magic Men when we started to smell a terrible odor in the house - came over within an hour (scheduled via text) and fixed clogging issue in sump room free of charge in about 30 seconds.
Explained the issue to me and how to fix should it ever happen again. The guys that came to assist were incredibly friendly and professional.

We had a toilet leak in one of our bathrooms and after a few handyman recommendations from neighbors, I decided to try a random company on yelp that was licensed and bonded, lol. The Manager responded promptly to my request and they were able to get someone out that evening.
The guy that arrived figured out what was wrong very quickly and fixed it in about 20 minutes. So far, no more issues from that toilet! Also a plus is that I received an invoice shortly after that I could pay from my phone.

Turned out to only be the 'floater' (see what I did there) stuck with some debris that had to be knocked loose forcing it to run continuously. A bit hard to get to the rusted out bolts holding the basin cover down - so the true labor was there.
Very nice guy, clean. Only ding is overall cost was abit on the higher side - but they were out in less than 2 hours - so I can't complain'''.
