The job cost me a few hundred bucks but it was worth it since my husband and I couldn't figure out what the issue was with our ac not kicking on (it was the conductor). He replaced it and got it working within half hour.

We had a plumber come out today to check why our water pressure was very weak in the backyard. They got us in very quickly and even texted that they could come earlier in the day which was great! Could not have been nicer.

And very helpful. Resolved the problem fairly quickly given it was not as easy as a fix as we hoped.

Price was fair too! Definitely would use them in the future if we need it! And would also recommend! Very good experience with them...incredibly experienced and friendly plumber. Would hire again! Had sludge water back up in our basement drain and what I thought was going to be a very expensive pump replacement.

Alex M showed up right on time and diagnosed that the pump just had an obstruction and was improperly installed. Took the time to also notice a J hook was broken and was probably contributing to the problem.

Instead of paying over a thousand dollars on a new pump, he diagnosed/fixed the issue and we only paid a $75 diagnostic fee. Very professional, timely and honest.

Called Monday with a suspected A/C issue. Visit was scheduled for Wednesday and the tech (Jeremy) was right on time.
