He installed a new dishwasher and 2 faucets. Was very professional, punctual and informative.

Would recommend. My shower was backing up on a Friday evening, I called multiple plumbers with no luck, lacassa plumber shifted there scheduled to accommodate my plumbing issue on a weekend with out a huge weekend fees.

The owner was on sight an diagnosed the issue an had it resolved immediately. It's nice to see pride in workmanship and a responsible owner who's a master of his craft.

I'll be remolding a few bathrooms in the future and lacassa plumber will be highly recommended for the job. I have a satellite office in Wheaton and had some plumbing issues that the landlord was not responsible for.

I searched my trusty Yelp and LaCassa Plumbing was 5 stars and high on the list. Melissa answered the phone right away and when I described the problem and that my folks only had 1 restroom, she and the plumbers put us in priority.

They settled the issue quickly, but also cited some bigger issues we might want to address in the future. A few weeks later, yes, we needed to call again, as they were correct and yet again the plumbers came right out, assessed the issue and made plans to replace the toilet.

All completed quickly and on time.Grateful for quick service and creating a phased plan that didn't need us to spend a lot of money unless needed. A+ This is a bit late but I felt I needed to leave a positive Review for Carmen and his expertise.

My kitchen Sink backed up and needed to be rodded out. His response Time was great and within a couple hours I was back in business.

Imagine not being able to use your dishwasher! :-) For some people that's a fate worse than death! That's me....Lol He was very polite and very reasonable and I certainly would recommend him anytime. Was thoroughly impressed by the friendly customer service when scheduling the appointment and when Carmen came he has such a friendly and calming presence. He is very knowledgeable and only did what was needed and didn't upsell me on any extras.

Carmen Lacassa is awesome! He knows his stuff and makes sure it's done correctly. Have used him twice and will use him again! I was so frustrated trying to call different plumbing companies that wouldn't return my calls and the one I did talk to, was so rude and bothered by me calling, I literally hung up and told the man I hope his day gets better.

LaCassa plumbing returned my call in ten minutes and the girl was so accommodating with my busy schedule. Needless to say, they came out that very next morning to install a new water heater! We had a deep clog in our kitchen drain. Carmen made time to come over quickly.

I highly recommend LaCassa Plumbing. I called and scheduled an appointment for bathroom shut off valves replacement on Thursday for today 11/29 at 10:30 am and this guy Matt show us up an hour late and after inspecting the valves for 10sec he gives me already written estimate for $330 and then tells me that he can do it for $300 and when I asked him if he can inspect the drain pipe in that price he told me that that will cost me additional $250 and that he can do everything for $500, complete rip off..They don't tell you the price of the service until they show up at your home and if they see you desperate they'll take your money like nothing.

I don't know how they can have a 5 star rating when they are complete rip off and they hide the pricing about their services and then come to your house with already written estimate which makes you think, how did he know how much will cost me before even checking it out. I already got another plumber who did everything for $150, the valves, the drain hose and checked one more thing for me.

I will never ever use or recommend LaCassa Plumbing, such a waste of time. Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning.

After making a few calls, we were lucky enough to connect with Carmen and Melissa LaCassa from LaCassa Plumbing. Within three hours of our initial call, our new water heater was fully installed and working perfectly! Carmen could not have been any nicer - he was neat and clean, and his work was meticulously completed.

We have had a leaky hose bibb on the front of our house for a couple of years and finally decided to do something about it when we heard about LaCassa. Complicating the job was the fact that an electric conduit, water pipe and heating duct were all within a foot or so of each other in the crawlspace, leaving very little room to work, and the old bibb had been "mortared into" a front wall of uneven stonework.

Carmen did a careful job of removing the old bibb with a minimum of disturbance to the stonework, and setting in and sealing the new bibb. I was under the impression that he was going to just bid-out our job, but was happily surprised when he was actually ready to do the repair on-the-spot.

As a bonus, he is a very neat worker, using boot covers whenever he came into the house. Found them through a local group FB Page.
