I texted Stellar Plumbing immediately and was told they could definitely take care of the problem and to call in the morning. I did and less than an hour after my call I had someone here to take care of the problem.

Highly recommend. We had a water pipe burst under the house causing a minor flood in the bathroom, kitchen, and part of the dining room.

The insurance got an estimate from a plumbing company provided by our insurance. We asked Stellar to come out to do the work and it turned out the broken pipe was twice as far under the house than the insurance plumber estimate.

The Stellar employee was courteous and worked very hard during some harsh weather conditions, digging every day until he found the problem. We live over an hour away from Stellar's location and they still came out! We will go to Stellar for any other plumbing needs...like the bathroom I want to redecorate! ;) Not stellar service!! I called last week to set service for today (Thursday) .

I called yesterday to confirm. They were supposed to show up here mid morning.

I got a call at 11 am saying they were not able to come after all, and could not reschedule me till sometime late next week. I have a contractor crew here trying to finish up my remodeling job.

I needed 3 sink hook ups ,one a new pedestal sink, a toilet reset, and a tub shower combo guts replaced. My project was set to wrap up Monday, and now I am left out in the cold Time is money here, tick tock.

This will set all my other service providers behind. I used Eligio several years ago for a few small jobs and thought he was reliable and did quality work.

I guess he has just gotten too busy to maintain his previous good record. We own a shopping center and other rental properties, and will share this input with fellow investors to avoid this establishment in the future.

Shame on you!! We had Eligio out in February to replace an outdoor spigot that was leaking. The builder had installed it so that there was no easy access -- the wall had to be opened up.

Eligio replaced it in a shorter time than planned and very much under our expected budget. He is thorough and a great guy to work with.

We called Eligio at 5:45 p.m., and he was able to get one of his employees out by 10:35 the next day. The repair took about 2 hours, and we were back in business.

Eligio came by himself towards the conclusion to check on the status of the repair. He was very friendly and charged us a very fair amount.

I would recommend him for any plumbing need. My hot water heater wasn't working, called a competitor that never showed up on a Wednesday.

Called Stellar at 7am Thursday and by 7:30am Eligio was able to let me know that my water heater parts were covered under warranty and we were able to schedule same day. He provided a good explanation of what happened and what to expect in the future.

He was ON TIME and had good customer service which is huge in my book. I will continue to use and refer plumbing services to Stellar Plumbing.

We recently used Eligio to fix a burst water heater pipe - and we found his service to be wonderful. We had returned from vacation to find flooding due to the burst pipe and called him.

Even though he was on a job, and couldn't make it in immediately, he walked us through over the phone to shut the water off and also sent one of his assistants to check. He then came promptly the next morning to replace the pipe.

A week later, when he replaced our water heater, and when we had issues with not getting hot water in the kitchen, he came back again to check and fix. In all our encounters with him, we found him to be not only responsive (he answers the phone every time you call!), professional, reasonable with price, but, also very empathetic and caring about our unfortunate situation.

We recommend him highly. I've worked with both Eligio and Abel from Stellar Plumbing numerous times, and they are thoughtful, responsive professionals.

Highly recommend Stellar Plumbing. These guys are great! I called them out to repair some dubious gas pipe additions the previous owners had installed.

Abel was very responsive and even came out late from the other side of Austin to remove the pipe. He explained the whole process and checked to make sure everything else was also up to code.

Plus, I had just had a new dishwasher and stove delivered and he installed that too. What's more, these guys came out a second time to uninstall the damaged stove Lowe's had delivered free of charge.

I can't recommend Stellar plumbing enough; they are timely, professional, and very personable. I emailed Eligio concerning a certain leak in our home, and he quickly got back to me saying that it sounded like an easy fix and would be less expensive to take care of it on my own.

I called several companies yesterday. Stellar's price was in line with what I expected to pay, and below several of the other quotes.

They said they would come out at 1:00 today to fix my water heater, but... They were a little early! Not by much.

But certainly not late. The guys got the old unit out and the new unit installed in record time.

I took a hot shower at 3:30. They were polite, didn't mind talking to me while they worked.

Stellar Plumbing was fantastic! They had to get a little clever to install the new modern vanity I ordered online. Another plumber told me they would have to cut into the wall and move the existing plumbing.

No such thing! Stellar Plumbing got it done within a couple of hours and for only a fraction of the cost! Oh, and did I mention they showed up with 45 minutes of my call? Couldn't be any happier! :) Back in August, 2016, Eligio installed water softner system and his employee took care of installing 3 bath faucets and a kitchen faucet. His prices are very competitive and service is excellent.

Recently, I had to contact Eligio to look at the kitchen faucet that was installed by his staff which became very loose and he took care of the issue as it's within the one year warranty. I really wish it was done right at the first place but work is done by a human and since its impossible to be error-free so no big deal there.

We will use his services again if needed. We needed an outdoor faucet fixed quickly and I called Stellar Plumbing on a Tuesday.

Eligio said he may not be able to make it out until Friday, but asked I send a picture to him so he could see the problem. He called me back, told me what was wrong and then said he'd stop by on his way in to his first job the next morning.

I contacted Eligio on a Saturday after discovering a water leak downstream of the city meter. He arranged to meet me on Monday afternoon to evaluate the situation and assess another repair inside the home that was needed.

The following day, he and a helper were out there right on time. I went by the house and Eligio showed me the source of the leak and what he was changing/doing differently to ensure it did not happen again; very professional approach and excellent communicator.
