It's been a few years since I've reviewed Legacy Plumbing and want to make sure we keep sharing what a great job they're still doing. We've used them a handful over the years and most recently had them out to replace both our hot water heaters.
We knew it was a big job and knew we wanted a reliable and trustworthing company handling it so we gave Legacy a call. Our original call was to schedule an inspection of our water heaters as we couldn't get one to light.
We were told they'd inspect it and should they find it's broken, which was likely as it's almost 10yrs old, they'd have water heaters with them so they could install same day - score! Travis and his colleague arrived in the window provided, with ample heads up they were on their way. They inspected the broken heater and determined it did need replacing and since we bought both at the same time it was wisest to replace both at the same time.
They worked tirelessly removing both old ones and installing new ones. Poor guys were dying it was so hot up in the attic, but they never once complained.
They laid down plenty of floor coverings to ensure no debris or dirt was tracked onto our floor and were incredibly kind and polite while they were here. Travis had to come back out to adjust something our city inspector requested, and even then he was kind and polite with a smile the whole time.
Legacy Plumbing is relaible, honest, hardworking, timely and they don't cut corners. We are still happy to use and refer Legacy Plumbing! Legacy Plumbing did a solid for us.
We experienced a leaking water line under the bathroom sink. We didn't discovered it until a lot of water had filled up under and behind the cabinet.
So emergency call the Legacy to address the problem and stop the leak which they did. From their prior work on sink they took responsibility for causing the leak and arranged for Dry Force to take care of the water damage.
I wrote a separate review on Dry Force with photos who did an excellent job cleaning up the problem. Legacy plumbing did the right thing.

Legacy Plumbing is the only one that really stands on my position and tries ways to get the problem resolved and save my money.
Their engineers came were Matthew Tygart and Dennis. Although they knew the tunneling could be an easy answer, like every other companies quoted me, they still tried other wasys of thinking.
Matthew asked me exhaustive questions to know every details. Then went up/down to do the tests to verify, and finally found out a smart way to recommend to me.
In their next trip, they did a smart cut and capped a section of the pipe and didn't dig any hole on my slab, then the long lasting leak problem to my house has gone at a reasonable quoted price. This alone saves me about 2k or 3k $$! The two engineers are very professional, and this is really a super company to have so skillful staff! We were having a terrible knocking noise in our pipes so I called Legacy based on the Yelp reviews.
Our experience with Sean & Jayden was awesome!! Sean really listened to our explanation of what we were dealing with & did a great job troubleshooting. Both Sean & Jayden explained everything in detail, they were honest & friendly.
They truly wanted to make sure they fixed everything to our satisfaction. They have earned a life long customer! Had the crew work on replacing a main water line shutoff valve.
Workmanship was done well and made sure the area where they had to dig out to access the water line and valve was returned to its original state. Been using Legacy for the last four years.

I worked with Legacy Plumbing to evaluate and repair a gas leak after Atmos shut off the gas. They were excellent to work with from the first call on a Saturday afternoon.

I had my water service line replaced and a sewer spot repair performed. Matthew and his team took time to explain every aspect of the repair, show me all the parts that they would use, and show me photos of their past work.
He accommodated my requests to add a second valve for the wall hydrant and also to run a tracer wire along the PEX service line. The excavation team also did a good job, both with the excavation and also with backfill.
The final price came out lower than the initial quote, which came out more competitive than another company. One thing I'd like to see in the future is the use of valves carrying an actual NSF/ANSI 61 certification (instead of just manufacturer self-certification of lead free).

Johnny Olivera did an outstanding job installing two propane gas water heaters two years ago. Today, he returned to replace a malfunctioning regulator valve and burner assembly under warranty.
The regulator valve was a different model number, so he called back to his office and waited for the manufacturer's confirmation that the replacement valve was authorized for use. His due diligence was impressive.
He always takes the time to answer any questions and makes sure to get the job done right. I'll be using Legacy for all my plumbing needs.
