He simply did not seem interested in doing the work and explained what he would need to do as he turned his back to me and walked away toward his truck... wow lol.

I would advise people to look elsewhere in the interest of time. Charles from PlumbPros knew just what the problem was, and fixed it quickly, with a smile! His 20 years as a plumber (plus his dad was one) means he has seen it all and knows how to fix it all.

We have an older home which can sometimes mean moused or jerry-rigged things pop up. That was the case with our stopped up kitchen drain.

No problem for PlumbPro who we have used in the past, always with success and timely service. I tell everyone about them.

The company came in to fix a leak, completely and half hazardously tore apart my bathroom wall while standing on my new marble counter tops (no ladder), did a sloppy job fixing the leak, left a huge mess and charged me more than double than other companies. Would not recommend them to anyone.

1. I was charged $400 to clean 3 drains in less than 30 minutes including the time for the estimate, 2 trips to the truck and conversation- with only 10-15 minutes for the actual drain cleaning.

2. After I agreed to the cost, and the work was done in a few minutes the technician Otis wanted to charge me $550 which I refused.

He said he would take $50 off to make it $455 which is still more than I approved so I wrote my check for $400. 3.

I called Mike at the office to share my story and ask for him to make an adjustment. All he did was talk about the shortage of plumbers in Atlanta and the high cost of plumbing tools to justify charging $400 for cleaning 3 drains in less than 30 minutes.

I don't expect a full refund and I think that they should be paid for work, but not take advantage of women/single mothers who need every penny. We have non to spare.

Michael, if you decide to come to your senses, I will sing your praises for being a business that listens to customer concerns and makes adjustments when necessary. Until then, I recommend you look for a more reputable and customer-centric plumber.

I called PlumbPros yesterday because they advertised "Flat Rate Pricing." When I requested pricing on reseating a toilet, which is a very basic job, I was told that they do not quote prices, and that I would have to make an appointment without knowing their fee. I am very reluctant to make an appointment a company that does not do what their ad claims that they will do.

The lead plumber, Josh, backed up and ran over the mailbox, he said he would take care of it... Pipe was laid by others, and only 6 inches deep (code reads 12 inch), argued that it was deep enough, until I pulled out my ruler, they dug it deeper after getting caught.

Josh tried to convince us that a 3 foot tall mailbox is ok.....Meanwhile, Wife went to get new post, and an hour later returns-Josh had no excuse but to install it...beating down the top when it would not fit, dents...Then he left in a hurry without checking the job. We contacted him and sent photos about finishing the meter/valve box...

Now after asking for weeks to finish the meter box installation - our neighbors finished it for them! I would have, but I am handicapped. Of course, I haven't said anything about why the new pipe is now running in my garage to the water closet, instead of taking a little more time to do it right...that decreased my home value.

Unprofessional all the way through. They have second rate employees that can't even clean up after themselves.

I seriously watched them as they put their trash from the day in a hole that was dug in our yard and then back fill it as if nothing ever happens. Just inconsiderate fools.

If you are going to over charge people at the very least have some common courtesy and be punctual. If you still plan to go with this company, please be aware, they will do things behind your back and will look to add things to get more work, so please do yourself a favor and at least watch them as they work.

After he destroyed our bathroom, I found out from the insurance company he started the work without approval. I also found out from the insurance company, that he did not give them the reason why he had to destroy our shower and tub doing the removal process.

He didn't submit the photos to the insurance adjuster as requested, showing the damage to the tub or shower so our insurance could cover the cost. The insurance company would not cover the replacement cost of our tub or shower due to Roman not following the correct process.

Roman's crew damages our hardwood floor inside our bedroom and part of the hardwood floor on the stairs. His employee stood on top of our dryer causing dents on the top of dryer.

We asked him to pay for the replacement of our tub and shower and repair the damage his crew did to our property. He refused, and he has stopped responding to our request for him to correct his wrong doing.

I believe he is worked a get rich scam by telling us they need to do a full mitigation of our bathroom. If he is allowed to do a full mitigation he would make more money then he would if he just did a repair.

If Premium Plumbing & Septic shows up to take care of your water leak, please get a second opinion before allowing them to do a full mitigation of your bathroom. He also turned around and recommends us a company to restore our bathroom.

A friend of mine used them for grading her back yard, they took forever to complete the work and the yard is no better off then before water pools doesn't drain and the yard stays wet and muddy up to a week after a rainfall Beware of this company.

I had a plugged roof vent that OTHER PLUMING COMPANIES could not and would not fix. Two other (big) local plumbing companies plain out told me to "live with it".

Craig and James immediately recommended that they put a camera down the vent. I was impressed.

Finally I got someone who was a "problem solver" AND they had the right tools for the job. It was not an easy job because they needed to do it from my roof, and in an area that was hard to get to.

I was impressed with their diagnostic camera system, which gave us a very clear picture of the pipe . .
