He suggested a smoke test done to check for leaks; it revealed that we needed two wax rings on our toilets replaced, along with one of the mounts that connects from the sewer plumbing to the toilet and holds the wax ring, which was also broken and in need of replacement.

In the span of a few hours, Rigo had the issues resolved and the sewer odor vanquished, all for a cost that we found reasonable given the severity of our situation. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, affable, and professional, and we will use All Town Plumbing for future work in our home.

He didn't try to upsell me on anything, worked cleanly, and was very friendly, explaining what he was doing and why.

When I found-after he'd left-that there was a tiny leak in my garbage disposal, he made time to come back out to tighten some seals. I'd hire him again Rigo the plumber is a great person and is very professional.

He was able to schedule an appointment the next day to fix the pipes below the sink. I sent the photos of the problem pipes and he knew what to do.
