He was the only one available. Very hard to get people right now! He puts his heart and soul into the work.

He has a boatload of experience in all aspects of renovation. Our shower is going to last at least 25 years, which is such a great feeling.

And it looks terrific as well. Delighted! My wife and I recently purchased a house built in the late 1960's and quickly noticed an issue with the half bath toilet and laundry room sink backing up seemingly out of nowhere.

We had another plumber come out and tell us that due to the cast iron pipes we would need to tear up the new floors and replace all of the plumbing in the house with pvc, quoting us over $15k. Needless to say that was disastrous to hear when you just purchased your first home.

I found Matt on Yelp. He came out, and just hearing about the issue we were having, explained that there was no need for something that drastic and told me the problem was much simpler to solve, at a small fraction of the cost.

He also ensured that he would first run a camera down the pipes and verify that his theory was correct. He came out with his crew, inspected the lines, thoroughly jetted them out and removed decades of build up and scale and essentially gave us back a brand new set of pipes.

It's worth mentioning that it began to rain heavily that day. Matt didn't ask to reschedule, which would have been justifiable as they were working solely outside.

It's been 2 months since then and we haven't noticed a single issue that was previously occurring weekly. He did a fantastic job, at an extremely affordable price and gave us the piece of mind that our problem was solved for years to come.

I told my wife that night that we had found our plumber for life. There just aren't many honest and skilled guys like Matt out there anymore.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Can I give 6 stars? I recently had Turn Key redo our original tub and bathroom in a 1954 vintage house in St Pete Beach.

The plumbing and drain pipes were literally at the end of their service life, we could not take a bath without the toilet leaking! After interviewing several contractors, Matt of Turn Key came out and was able to suggest some very nice designs for the remodeling, including installing a walk in tub and better supports for my wife who has trouble getting into a standard tub. He was also very responsive on Yelp itself which is a plus! He worked with us on the selection of tub, tile, vanity, toilet, lighting and medicine cabinet and saved us some money by letting us buy them with his contractor account at Wayfair.

And as Nick P pointed out, he was able to resolve a lot of the problems that often exist in vintage homes, our plumbing works flawlessly now. He had to do a lot extra work due to vintage homes not being set up to use modern walk in tubs without some modification.

He had to install a new door and drywall because the existing door was too narrow for the tub and do some floor leveling and putting a hole in the existing floor for the new tubs plumbing. Also when we started to use the tub, it turned out that our water heater was totally inadequate in capacity, so him and Phil, his main assistant and electrical installer put in a state of the art tankless water heater.

And as April M pointed out, he does put his heart and soul into, that is no hype! I do feel like his work is truly built to last, he uses the finest materials and is a true craftsman and even educates you a bit and why he uses things... if.

you are a DIY person that is very helpful. Last but not least, he treats his workers well, trains them and doesn't overwork them.

Bottom line is we have a pleasant mini spa experience with a therapeutic tub and beautiful marble accents and a nice porcelain floor. Nice man nice service.just call this morning,ad they come afternoon fix it.so fast.help us a lot for drain cleaning.

This was my second time using this company and it was another great experience. I have rented a water softener from a company for years and have told them multiple times it didn't work properly.

I finally decided on a new one that I purchased myself, now that I have the money. I messaged late on Wednesday night for a quote on the system and installation.

Within an hour I had an appointment for Friday. Matt kept me up to date on his arrival time and by late Friday afternoon, I had a new water softener that instantly made the water in my house better.

He explained the issues with the old one and made sure to test everything before leaving. Had some plumbing work done, they did such a great job I added a few more things to the job.
