Can't comment on the quality of Conerstone's work but suggest calling someone else if you're looking for good service from a reliable company. I scheduled an onsite visit to have my hot water heater replaced.

I explained it was a rental property. I made Cornerstone Plumbing aware I was the owner and that I would meet the service person there.

I gave them my billing address and the address of the rental property. Conerstone Plumbing told me they would have someone out there that same day.

Several hours later, they called and informed me they do not service rental properties. By that time it was too late for me to make arrangements with another company to address my problem.

Thankfully my tenant understood the delay wasn't my fault. Initial call - Explained dishwasher hose leaking and leak under sink.

Came out in 24 hours, 1st guy looked at and said he did not work on and was too tall to get under sink anyway. He stated that someone that worked on issue would be out later.

Then later same day, 2nd guy came and said he did not work on dishwashers. Called office and spoke with Plumbing Manager and he stated that they did not work on dishwashers and he would refund already paid ($375) amount in 3-4 business days.

Said that the initial person who answered phone was at fault because they do not work on appliances. I told Manager that it was bad customer service since I had to take off a day of work and now have to schedule with someone else.

I should have been informed that they did not work on my issue at the very beginning so that I did not waste my time. STAY AWAY! Cornerstone did a complete replumb of my property.

After a few years, a pipe came apart in the ceiling causing THOUSANDS in damages. After being assured numerous times, by multiple employees, they were a company based upon principals and would resolve the issue, as the was a direct result of poor workmanship by Cornerstone.

I hired a reputable company to fix the damages (I personally paid for out of pocket) they decided they were not able to pay for the damages because the fitting was not available that came apart. Please keep in mind the fitting was lost as the ceiling was falling down because of all the water that had flooded the home.

I have multiple photos showing the pipe separation. Additionally, every time you call their office, the supervisors are on a call or in a meeting and you are told they will call you back.

Unfortunately, this is not accurate as I was lucky to get a call back 1 out of 10 times. Using email communication, I was lucky to get a response 1 out of 5 times.
