My oven gas pipe and valve were red tagged by SoCal Gas. Luis was quick to respond to my request and gave me an estimate within a couple days.

I was referred to this business by the property management company. Luis responded to my emergency call immediately on a Saturday given that I had a water leak on the living room ceiling.
From the begining communication was easy and clear. Personnel was dispatched promptly.
After the issue was identified they tried to find the replacement part at a nearby hardware store with no luck. The next day the part was installed after acquiring it from another store.

Luis is great! He came out and solved the problem in 20 minutes after properly diagnosing the Tankless Water Hearer and other connections! He found out there was switch in the side circuit panel that had to be reset and hot water started working again! Responsive, friendly, very easy to understand him, was given choices as super type of repair I would like, told me something about my repair that I didn't know before, would use him again in the future. They were amazing and helped us on a Saturday night after our water heater burst and flooded our garage.
