We put out a request for a quote and Justin got back to me within the hour.

I called the company line in the morning and they got Justin scheduled to come out between 11-2 the same day. They did tell me it was a light day for business as the reason why he could come out on such short notice.

Justin arrived in the window of time given and was professional, courteous and ready to get into it. He was able to diagnose the source of the leak (bathtub drain had been leaking) and repair the issue within an hour.

He had to leave to get some parts needed for the repair but returned quickly. Even on the way out my wife asked him to look at another issue and he was able to fix it quickly (slow draining bathroom sink).

The price was more than fair in my opinion for the work he did (cutting into drywall, finding the leak, diagnosing the leak, fixing the issue and miscellaneous). He was up front about everything and really honest.

If I need work like this done again I'll be calling him first. So when Justin put in my hot water heater everything seemed good.

However, 10 months later it stopped working. Turns out that he didn't used a grounded nut or ox-Gard, which are standard when combining metals.

Basic water heater install 101 but failing to do it could have cause a fire in my home! He ordered all new parts from the manufacturer as it was under warranty for parts and they refused to ship them without proof (has this happened before?!??!). I ended up without water for 4 days and missed time away from work.

Sure he's friendly, and he did cover the cost for another technician to spot and repair his error (minus $2 venmo fee) BUT my personal opinion is that he runs this "error" to bilk people out of $185 -- because labor is not covered on the warranty -- to repair operational heaters while he pockets the parts and scams manufacturers. When I tried to get him to compensate me for my inconvenience, he accused me of "strong arming" him.

Find another plumber, this one is either incompetent or a crook. We used Southwest Plumbing Services to replace a leaky kitchen faucet in January 2024.

The owner, Justin was very nice and personable starting with the first phone call. Justin arrived to our home on time and completed the job promptly and efficiently .

I'm so glad that we found Southwest Plumbing Services and will definitely use them for any other plumbing needs in the future. Had a break in one of my kitchen faucet lines .

My tub had been leaking and Justin came out to check it out. I was told I would need to replace my tub and drain system.

I was told I would receive a quote the next day which I never received. I followed up with Justin 3 times and he never responded to me.

I finally had another Plummer come out who discovered the drain in the tub was loose and had no calking. Quick and much less expensive fix on the spot.

Disappointed that this wasn't even checked during the initial visit and on top of it completely ghosted me when I was willing to pay for the work he said I would need. Called around 3 and was told he could be out by 6/630pm 4/13.

I told him ill message around that time. No response.

Called. No response.

Texted in morning 4/14 No response. Bad customer service forsure.

No show multiple times. Said he was ordering parts, so thought we would give him another chance.

But then never showed up with the parts. Multiple text messages and phone calls and never returns the phone calls or text messages.

Finally ask him if he even wanted the job and several hours later, he responded just with the word perfect. Meaning we could find another contractor.

Could not have been nicer to this guy and really tried to give him a chance. However, he is very flaky.

We used Justin twice for our faucet problems. He was quick to answer the phone and call back.

Even after hours (10:30 pm). He was also great about explaining prices and what would work out best for us.

I was impressed with their professionalism and service. We would definitely use them again! Main water line to my home was leaking and had to shut water off to house! Family over so emergency needed it fixed ASAP!!! I yelped plumber and southwest plumbing popped up. Justin immediately responded to my message , i sent him pictures of issue and he gave an extremely fair quote and showed up 30 mins later when he said he would.

I had discovered a water leak on my main water line that George Brazil repaired a few years ago, so I called Justin first thing at 7am and received a return call within 5 minutes. I described the issue and he was able to give me a rough estimate on the phone and let me know he would stop by the same day as his last appointment.
