Sean assured me that the previous person did the best they could do with our weird situation, and that to truly fix it would be too big of a project. He was confident he could stop the leak for good though, and promised to come back later in the day.

I am deliriously happy!! I called Sean to fix my shower and put a new faucet in my bathroom sink. I have a new set up in the shower and have hot water in the sink again.

I would highly recommend I had installed a new faucet I'm my kitchen only to get a dribble of water out. After calling Red Wrench they walked me through the process they would use to ensure a clean line over the phone.

he either made 20 calls or has some fancy machine learning system that identifies things that don't even have a name anymore. Short version is he got it, installed it, shower works fine and he billed me *less* than the guy who replaced the wrong part that didn't need to be replaced.

It turned out that the fix was very easy, just a couple of thingie-ma-bobs that needed to be tightened with some sort of wrench-like-device, but my non-mechanically inclined brain definitely couldn't have figured it out without help. The price charged was VERY reasonable for such a simple fix.

For example, rather than recommend we replace all our water heaters like every other plumber did, he pointed out we could hire a HVAC company to replace the ducting which would save a lot of expense. And when the HVAC company fell short, he did some minor alterations to get us through the inspection.
Plus he was extremely responsive and was able to schedule things for the next week. Would highly recommend.

The nice thing about a one-man shop is that he didn't send someone else to do the job... the day of the repair he fixed it just like he said he would.
And he did a beautiful job. We contacted Sean today about a leak in our kitchen sink and he came out today and fixed it right away.
He was professional, knowledgeable and he responded ahead of schedule! Sean was terrific! I found Sean through this site on Yelp when I needed someone to come out and fix a leak in my shower. An appointment was quickly set up and he fixed the leak in a matter of minutes for a very good price.
To my further delight, I found out that he is a neighbor! When it came time for me to put in a gas line to my backyard, I knew I was going to hire Sean. He came out and gave me a quote first and we talked about what I could do on my end to save money (dig my own trench).
He did a great job, finished the job early and with minimum disruption to the household. Not only is Sean very professional and reliable, but he's also a cool guy.
I would highly recommend him. Sean is great and very responsive.

After calling a few other plumbers who didn't want to deal with Condo Conversion I found Red Wrench Plumbing on Yelp. Sean was able to come out a few days earlier than his original estimate, and get our permit issues resolved quickly.
A few weeks ago, i discovered that the nut connecting the drain pipe to my sink had split in half, causing water leakage whenever i ran the faucet. When I called Sean and explained the issue rather than try to push me toward his services he actually took the time to tell me exactly how to fix it on my own.
However due to time constraints on my part, after a week of changing the drip pan, I called him back, scheduled a visit for 5pm. He showed up at 5 on the dot, and literally 7 minutes later he was walking out the door, job well done! Its clear that the Sean is a passionate, honest tradesman that takes pride in his work.
