Pricing is a major complaint, with multiple reviewers explicitly stating the company is not affordable, charges for unnecessary work, refuses to install customer-supplied equipment, and bills for services never rendered. Project completion is perhaps the most damning dimension, with one customer waiting 20 days for a working AC, another waiting a full year for job completion, and multiple accounts of repeat visits that failed to resolve the original problem.
