We contacted 3 separate plumbing companies, and as per usual, our new place had more plumbing concerns than we had initially planned. Edwin had a comprehensive walk-through during our first meeting and estimate.
The original company we contacted just showed us a picture of a "supposed" hole in our drain pipes, quoting us for an additional $15,000 to our initial contract to trench the pipes. No other option was provided even after we asked whether a trench-less repair was possible.
Edwin was the complete opposite! He did the plumbing camera work live with us watching. He explained everything and answered any and all questions, which was particularly helpful for all of us who aren't plumbers!!! Their pricing is set and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing was taken cared of.
We ended up only doing a trench-less repair because there was, in fact, no hole in our pipes. They also helped us move our laundry box outside, which was the original project to begin with.
Our drywalls were then promptly repaired after the plumbing was done. Edwin was responsive throughout the entire project and would answer questions I had throughout too.

I had a smell coming from the bathroom sink upstairs that I wanted inspected, also I needed a shower head installed in downstairs bathroom. Plumber showed up late.
Then I brought him upstairs for the smell, however it wasn't smelling at the time so he said there's nothing he can do. He didn't look at the traps, suggest what the problem may be, nothing.
He told me to take it apart if I'm worried about it. So then we go downstairs and he says he doesn't normally install shower heads, and I asked if he could do me a favor this time.
So he looked at it then said he'd have to open up the drywall because of the loose pipe. I said, do what you have to do.
Then he called his boss, and his boss said they don't work on plumbing installed by other people, plus my valve seems to be a cheaper style, so they won't do that either. My question was, isn't that exactly what a plumber's job is, to repair older plumbing? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
They did everything they could to avoid doing any work and simply wasted my time. I immediately called another company and they said they'll install the shower head without hesitation, and they'd do it the next morning for 29$.
Avoid this company at all cost, they are absolutely worthless. They must have paid for the good reviews, or I got the worst plumber in the company.

Navian sent me a list of contractors and i choose Beach plumbing because they were close to my home. Mathew and Tony responded within a day.
They had to discuss the problem with Navian which is a long time and determined that the electronic display had to be replaced. The part was shipped to Beach Plumbing and Mathew followed up and returned and installed the part.
Mathew is knowledgeable about these systems and is very conscientious. I'm very happy with the service he provided.
Amazing is an understatement when it comes to this company and crew! I had found water in my crawlspace on a Sunday and had a hard time finding a plumber. After calling multiple companies these guys picked up.
The gentleman (which I don't remember his name) was quick to see if he can find someone to come help me out! Sure enough he found a super hero named Edwin aka the legend. This gentleman is the real deal! If there was an all stars for plumbers this dude gets it every year! When he showed up he got to work and took things serious.
I had too much water in my crawlspace so we had to clean that up first before he can get close to find something. He referred me to a restoration company which battled this for us so we could investigate.
After that long battle he got to work and found a few issues. We had two leaks in two different places! We had a leak in the main pipe from the house to the meter! But for the other leak we couldn't get a visual on it! So it had to be hidden so that was the tricky part because that was the reason there was water in my crawlspace.
For days he would stop by to try everything to find it. After having a conversation about other possibilities, we realized it had to be the irrigation! Sure enough it was a broken pipe underneath the ground right outside my home.

We scheduled for Roger and Izzy to come out the next day to replace the pipe. These guys were fantastic! Kept the work area clean and quickly replaced over 25 feet of old drain pipe.
They answered my questions about the repair. Great team of plumbers and highly recommend them! A few years ago we had a huge plumbing project that Beach Plumbing did great, meticulous work on.
They always did great work, were very clear managing expectations and the scale and scope of what we were finding and how to fix things. I was always impressed with how thorough and detailed the crews were.
Recently we had a different issue, so of course I called them again. Their guys showed up promptly at 8am this morning and I showed them the problem (water leaking from a tub into the room below) and what I thought was the solution (loose drain -- cut through ceiling to fix thing).
The guys spent a couple hours troubleshooting. In the end they found out it was just a loose pipe -- I was wrong and wasted their entire morning, and now they're refusing to even bill me a trip charge.

We called Beach Plumbing to come check the pipe - they came immediately. They could see blockage and couldn't get the camera farther so they suggested the old clay pipe had cracked and they didn't charge us for the initial service.
They came back the next day and dug some holes in our yard that confirmed the pipe was indeed broken. The cost to fix was fair and they spent the week replacing the pipe only to find it had 4 turns before it got to the sewer line...very odd.

Very much recommend! Edwin came out for an estimate for what I believed to be a plumbing issue in my sink and shower, but after he looked at it, it turned out to be a very simple fix that didn't require plumbing services. He was very helpful and honest.

Beach Plumbing came in and helped replace our overflow and clean out trap for our washing machine so it doesn't overflow into the garage anymore. They did the work quickly and repaired the drywall wonderfully.
Let me just tell you how happy I am to have found them on Yelp :) My family went thru 3 plumbers and all three of them failed miserably. 1st plumber came and couldn't figure out where the source of the water damage came from and recommended my family to get a leak specialist.
2nd plumber (leak specialist) came and drilled bunch of holes in the wall and couldn't find the leak. 3rd plumber came recommended by the 2nd plumber sort of figured the problem out but couldn't fix it.

It was a huge chunk of hair that was clogging the pipe up which was causing the water to come back up from the sink and flooding the areas around. They charged $165 for the work done (which was what I was quoted).
But initially I asked for the $475 hydrojet package and Rene said that it shouldn't be done inside the house in case of flooding. What a honest guy! Instead of upselling, he saved me $$$ I will def recommend this company to my friends and family :) We called Beach Plumbing after having continued problems with clogging of our pipes- even after two other plumbers had been here and rootered as far as possible to clear roots from the pipes.
Edwin Reveles from Beach came out and assessed the situation. At that moment the pipes were flushing, but he rootered the sewer line to make sure it was cleared.
He was friendly, prompt and professional, and we would use him again. Edwin was very knowledgeable and professional.
Did a quick and reliable job on water heater in the rain. Matt and Tony were great!! Came out and saw that my heater just needed to have the water out of the drain and it worked perfectly! Didn't charge for the visit and upsell a water heater.
