We had several issues and they came out same day, gave us an amazing quote and stuck to it even though they found more leaks than what they had originally been called for, the quality of the work was impeccable, they triple checked their work and explained everything to us, and their customer service is beyond reproach. But a few days after that, my sink started backing up.

I then had to go away for a week, so plumber Josh Harvey returned to fix this new issue today. (I live in a condo building in downtown DC that has recently had a lot of bad kitchen sewer issues, so it was only a matter of time that the issue happened to me.) First off, Josh discovered horrible initial installation of the kitchen pipes...

calling it "sheer negligence and laziness". Basically, the pipe coming out of the wall that leads to the sewer should have had a proper threaded connection on it.

Instead, it was a raw pipe that was not properly sealed shut. The plumber said it was a major water leak intrusion waiting to happen! Josh told me today that he's 43 yrs old and has been plumbing since he was 14, and had never seen such laziness in an initial install.

It never should have been signed off on by the Faison contractor/builder of my building. So long story short.

These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

That timeline was accelerated when we came home the other night to see water gushing out of every available orifice in a somewhat alarming manner.

This company only had one star but I took a leap of faith and gave them a shout. Jerome was friendly and highly responsive to my inquiries and gave us a more than fair price for install and secondary supplies/fittings.

He came out exactly when he said he would and didn't waste time fixing our issue. Best of all, no up selling! I'm glad he left a card because, moving forward, this company will be our go-to for all of our plumbing needs! We had floors installed in our basement and bath.

The toilet was not replaced correctly causing water to shoot out of the connection hose . We initially called Len The Plumber.

The Len The Plumber tech was rude, aggressive and quoted us an astronomical price, telling us we needed a full toilet rebuild. We did not accept the service.

I contacted Direct Flow Plumbing the same day. Jerome responded immediately, and came out the same day at the stated time.

He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, and repaired it the same night.

He was honest and very reasonable. I highly recommend his service.

He showed up as early as requested. I had a clogged drain that caused my washer to back flow.

He got the drain cleared and back to working. I'm pleased with the work.
