They really stand out the In the midst of so-so or even poor contractor services we've had over the last 5 years. We had our old water heater replaced with an AO Smith hybrid water heater in October.
Dan Peddicord was the only person that asked us questions about what we were hoping to get from our replacement water heater to make sure they recommended the best fit (we originally were thinking about installing a gas water heater). They were very professional, showed up on time, the installers were friendly and competent, and the price for the water heater was actually lower than others sold it for in our area.
We had a problem during install because the existing electrical wire to our old water heater was unusually short, and Dan personally joined in our search for an electrician that could come out the same day. We have had zero problems since the water heater was installed 3 months ago and are definitely saving $$ on our electric bill.

Honestly this has been the best experience I've had with a plumbing company! We had some drainage issues in our basement and PPS Responded within minutes of my service request. Eric was super helpful and kind and was able to fix our issue and explain what the problem was in detail.

Called Dan Peddicord to have our leaking toilet replaced in my mother's bathroom. Eric came out and did a great job at swapping our two-piece Kohler for a one piece, comfort high toilet.

Steve Starting from setting the appointment, getting a reminder, and getting a call 30 minutes in advance of arrival, everything was professional and smooth. Dan (I believe he's the owner) was super polite and addressed all my questions.
He efficiently serviced my water heater without trying to sell any extra service. Other places I called would either tell me to replace my 8-year-old water heater or didn't follow up because they seemed to more interested in a big job.
Overall, I would work with Dan and Peddicord Plumbing Service again as they seem good, fair and most importantly honest! Professional timely service--highly recommended! The technician who came to my house was great. He fixed my two toilets and installed a new faucet in just under 2 hours.
One of the toilets was an easy fix where the "guts" just needed to be replaced, and I just didn't want to do it myself. But, the other one ended up needing the venting to be snaked so it was a pretty intensive thing.
I had not been able to use that toilet for a few months because it wouldn't retain water in the bowl portion and would drain within a day and now... 24 hours later, the bowl of the toilet is still holding water.
Thank you, Eric! The faucet they were replacing had a broken aerator and they offered to just fix that for a few bucks instead of charging me for the time to install the new one (Looking out for my pocket, which I appreciated). But, I liked the new one better so I had them change it out anyway.

Eddie called on our scheduled day asking if he could come by early because he was running ahead which worked perfectly with my day. He checked out the two issues we were having after just moving into our new house quickly.
He was able to pinpoint where our shower was leaking from and gave me advice about preventing more leaks. When he wasn't able to get our laundry sink working he told me the two possible fixes and that he would be back first thing in two days (I wasn't free the next day) and got it working.
I was impressed with how reasonable their pricing was and how prompt they were on yelp. I called them around 10 am on a Tuesday morning as I had what appeared to be a pretty bad leak in the laundry room.
They didn't answer my original call but they called me back within minutes. Initially, I was told they could get someone out the next day (my warranty company wanted me to wait a week before they could send someone).
I accepted the appointment for the next day but Peddicord called again to let me know they could send someone out the same day (within an hour). They sent Eric out as the plumber/technician.

These guys are the absolute best! I had an electric water heater that wasn't working so I figured it was the heating elements that were shot. They came and replaced the heating elements and thermostats and now the water heater is as good as new.
I also had an issue with a shower having really poor flow. After taking apart the handle, they determined it was likely the shower valve cartridge that needed to be replaced.
I had no idea about the brand or model of the faucet, but after they took a few pictures and consulted their parts guy, they were able to determine the part that was needed. This did require them to come to the house a second time to fix the shower, but the part was an exact match and was installed successfully to fix the shower flow.
Pricing is very fair and they communicate with you every step of the way. They did note that my water heater was quite old (and past its expected life), but did not pressure me in any way to replace it.
