Our sump pump was keep pumping water to backyard, but we never had water be pumped before, even in heavy rain. After we called WSSC emergency line, they had technician inspected and said the issue was the pipe was leaking somewhere between our main valve at front yard to our basement, we have to fix the leaking within 30 days.

It's not an easy fix since the pipe need to be repair was underground. We called a couple plumbing companies on WSSC certified list, and we were very lucky to find Service Force.

Roy answered our call, even though they were very busy, he had Bryn came over to estimate the issue on the same day after the call. Bryn is a very professional and friendly person, he explained what was the root cause and what would be the plan to fix it, he also answered all the questions confidently.

The quote for this project was reasonable too. After we approved the quote, Roy contracted Miss utility to label all the lines underneath.

scheduled the project in time... Bryn and Leo came on the scheduled day with a excavator, pretty soon, they replaced the old service line pipe with a new one.

Roy coordinated with WSSC came to inspect the job on second morning, after WSSC approved it, Bryan and Carmel filled dirt back and sealed the basement pipe area with cement. Bryan said they will put grass seed on top of the soil at the digger area, so we will have new grass grow back.

The whole process after we approved the quote till the job was done, we don't need to worry anything, all the coordination works no matter was Miss utility or WSSC, Roy did everything for us. Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with Service Force, all of the staff are professional and nice, they are very honest to customer, give you suggestion with their plan without pressure.

Don't Waste your money with other plumbers these guys will do everything you need and then some! Roy came out in less than 24 hrs to check out a suspected exterior water line leak causing my sump pump to keep filling up. Trey and Roy explained exactly what needed to be done, came on time, made sure everything worked, and put seed and hay in the front yard where they had to dig and kept it clean inside my house where they worked.

The job was a new water line install and it definitely fixed my leak/sump pump filling issues. They even snapped a few pics because I said I needed them to file an insurance claim.
