After the assessment, I compared prices and proceeded to book an appointment for the following week. At the day of the appointment, Josh went over the work and explained what would be done.

Highly recommended! Josh and the hydro-jetting crew, Dane and Samira did a fabulous job of clearing a root and dirt pipe that's been clogged for 5+ years. Josh is great at explaining exactly what the problem was and writing a detailed step by step plan to fix the problem in a written estimate.
Rockstar Plumbing comes well equipped with all the high tech tools necessary to do a top notch job. After they cleared the pipe they ran a camera to show me where the pipe was cracked(due to roots) and the clog was cleared.
In addition, they have the ability to determine exactly where the broken pipe is so a spot repair (pipe replacement) would be possible rather than replacing everything. You save big time.
Josh was not only very knowledgeable and experienced but very friendly and understanding of my concerns and needs. It was pleasure to meet and work with Dane and Shamira as well.

But my ignorance has a good friend whose name is Rockstar Plumbing. They had been to my place last year, so, I called them again and set up an appointment.
The technician that came out was Josh, the same gentlemen who solved my toilet issues last year. As usual, he was on time, greeted me politely, then diagnosed and fixed the toilet leak in less than 2 minutes.
I tried to contain my embarrassment (of myself). LOL.
Then I asked Josh how much I owed and he said nothing (in this day and age, it is hard to find honest people). I was very impressed at his professionalism and stated that I had to tip him, which I did, before he was on his way.

I am a rockstar plumbing lifer now! xxx Josh from Rockstar has been to my home twice now, once when we were moving in about a year ago and again yesterday when we had the same sewer drain problem arise again.
We bought a house built in 1960 and the house sits on a slab, making sewer work more difficult. Our main sewer line from one side of the house was backed up, but there is no cleanout directly accessing the problem area.
A previous owner added a bathroom and a powder room to that side of the house without adding the extra cleanout or vent pipes that were needed to accommodate the extra sewer drain usage. They simply hooked up the new piping directly into the existing laundry room piping in the garage.
The clog was first attacked with hydro-jetting through the nearest air vent on the roof but did not clear. Then, they went after it from a sewer access point in the front yard but that did not work, either.
Finally, the clog was cleared when they went through a third access point, the kitchen cleanout, which was further away from the problem area. Their tenacity in going after the clog was fantastic, especially considering they began working around 5pm! It was very hot (95F) and they already had a full day of work! They're friendly, easy to speak to and keep you informed while they work.
Also, Josh did not use the difficulty of the job as an excuse to upcharge us past the original estimate and they were absolutely awesome in helping to clean up the mess our pipes made! Believe me, it was not pretty. All that and competitive pricing, too.

Called for a washer replacement in my bathtub. Brandon saw how badly it was leaking and also checked the water pressure.
It was WAY above the normal level it should be. No wonder that turning on any faucet in the house was like opening a fire hose.

No question - Rockstar is my go to plumber from now on. I had a leaky faucet shut off valve and broken water supply line.
Both needed to be replaced. I called the office and same day Shawn came out to fix it.
He was very knowledgeable and completed the service in a timely manner. He was able to find main shut off and turn it off.
Other plumbers before him were not able to find it and wanted to charge more for it. There was a very minor leak after he finished the job, but he came back and fixed it.

When leaving, they mentioned my review and said that it was more important to them to have a happy customer than the extra money. My husband and Chris agreed to split the extra charge, so they refunded $70.

Very professional. About a year ago I was looking for a plumber to help me with a sprinkler garden hose underground that exploded and needed a repair.
I found Rockstar Plumbing on Yelp and decided to go with them because of many good reviews. When one of their technicians came to my house, the hose was already exposed after I digged all around it.
The only thing he needed to do was change the part where it exploded with a new extension hose, but instead, he decided to just glue the hole with some material that I don't even know how he called it and charged me $350. A couple of months later, the hose exploded again, and since then, I still can't use the sprinklers in my backyard.

We've had trouble finding reliable and available plumbers for our new home in west hills. One night the shower in our new home was overflowing and we couldn't find the shut off.
Chris promptly came, helped us shut off the water and was back early morning to figure out what was going. Turns out the seller made misrepresentations and was patching the plumbing himself! This lead to back ups in the plumbing which the seller knew about but alas I digress.
Chris and his team quickly and promptly fixed the situation (re did plumbing under the house ) and he noticed that part of our sewer lateral was about to collapse. Therefore we fixed that part.

Sean is respectful, and amazing at diagnosing/fixing the problem. Highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing! Hugo was my technician on friday 07/07/23; fixed my shower leaking issue, installed pressure regulator as it was 110 instead of 60-70 and pressure relief valve , created a hole in the wall to fix the issue and $2100 later.
He was amazing and did everything he said he was going to do. 5 star for him! Right after he left, I contacted RockStar Plumbing in regards to an unrelated issue and a referral for a drywall repair since they dont service those things.
It appeared they were closed as it was after 5-6pm when i called and left a message. Plumber left at 5:30 pm or so.
It was my bad that I didnt bring this unrelated issue to his attention. So its thursday 7/13/23, I called again thinking they were just too busy to return a call.
I spoke to Dallas today and he made it appear that it was my fault that I didnt call back sooner. Not only that, they said that someone left a voice message on Saturday.
I dont delete my voice messages at all...So now i feel that I am being gas-lighted. I believed in RockStar Plumbing...
they fixed 2 other issues and homes. But i felt very insignficant since I just doe out $2100 and it was not even 30 mins later i made the call...
Maybe its just my insecurities but to not call back after leaving a voice message then to have Dallas blame me for not calling back sooner and to lie they left a voice message on Saturday when they never did...at minimal i expect professionalism. All you had to do was apologize and not gas-light me.
Thanks again for what you have done so far but NO Thank you for the unprofessionalism and conduct. These guys are rockstar as the name suggested.
My water main broke few days ago and I contacted three different plumbers for quote. Rockstar was the first one to arrive.
Josh assessed the situation quickly and promptly provided work scope as well as the quote. He was also professional by stepping aside to give time for another plumber (happened to arrived few minutes after Josh) to assess situation for interaction with me.
Having to see the way he handle potentially awkward situation and highly competitive quote, I went with Josh and I am so glad that I did because of the way he complete the work which includes coming back at 9 PM to turn on the main as well as following day to make sure that everything is still working properly before putting the lawn back to the original state. It was truly pleasure to deal with such a professional in the business.
Moving forward, I will have Rockstar in my rolodex for my future plumbing needs. Rockstar Plumbing was fantastic! David, the plumber, came by and took care of everything quickly and professionally.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend them! First time using Rockstar Plumbing today, and I am super grateful to a trusted pal who recommended them.
The service person, Brandon, was able to correctly (as it turned out) diagnose the problem, and then find the new disposal I needed and return with it in 20 minutes. He then didn't even need that same amount of time to install it, as well as a new P Trap.
I will not hesitate to recommend Rockstar to everyone. I hope it's worth mentioning that I typically have rarely written reviews, and perhaps it's because of the phenomenal service we received from Brandon today that inspired this one.

Josh was on time, thorough, and respectful. He looked at our leaky toilet (we had already changed an old flapper to a universal flapper), and said that likely our flapper is still the wrong size since the tank was maintaining the water level.
He changed our flapper, and as a side request he helped us adjust the tank max fill level. The whole process was super quick, easy, and affordable.
