Builder grade disposal experienced some kind of issue at least every year that required a servicing beyond a reset button. We don't stress the disposal with bones or other hard objects so no reason for it to have chronic issues.

This company provided excellent service from the friendly and efficient person who answered the phone up to the service technician. Got an appointment at a convenient time that worked for our schedule.

Prices quoted were what we were charged. Prices were reasonable based on other local businesses for the same service call and equipment.
