I have to echo the reviews here. We actually contacted the company who had been servicing the pump equipment way before we bought the house.

Due to the location of the well head, THEY referred us to Sky Country. Russ answered the phone.

We explained that our pump had died. He said he would call back later that day.

And he DID. He then stopped by to check out the situation on his way home around 6pm.

He said his brother had gone home sick and his dad had a doctor appt the next day but that he would call me by 8:30. He called before 8:30 next day, said they would be out to get us going.

They showed up less than an hour later and a little more than 2 hours afterwards we were back in business with running water. Amazing! With this type of customer service, we highly recommend Sky Country Pump.

I want to say the gentleman that owns Sky pump or work for Skypump are some very honest good working men I have had three companies out here to work on my well which the first two charged me hundreds of dollars and never did fix the well problem this third company which is Sky pump did an awesome job and very respectful price also so if you need any water well work done please give Sky pump out of Morrison a chance My wife and I moved to the area a few months ago. We got an interesting house with a low producing well.

These guys put in water storage tanks in the garage with a pump controller and a secondary pump. It has worked great and we avoided other, more costly, options.

I thought the price was reasonable. I took a 45 min shower once.

Thanks! We have been using Sky Country Pump since we moved into our home in the early 80's. Whatever water delivery problems we have had ( we have a holding tank for our water) they have always been there as soon as we have needed them and they fix the problem every time..

They have shown me how to check the pump air pressure so I could solve little annoying problems myself but if I needed them...they were there to help. If you ever need a Hero or two...

this is the company you need to contact. When we first moved here there were so many new things to learn about ( I was a city girl ) and I always teased I would write a book, " How to survive your first year in the Mountains" well if that book was ever written Sky Country Pump would be listed in the Help section.

Russ, Les, and their Dad all made trips out to my home when I was suddenly without water. Russ identified the problem as being a "stuck pump", and made it a top priority to get it fixed.

Although Sky Country was booked up for the time being to do the job, Russ had another Company come out the very next day, and my pump was pulled and replaced within the next few days. Russ also performed a Well production test, and installed new cistern tanks for my home.

In dealing with Russ, Les, and their Dad, NEVER did I feel that they were trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. In fact, it was just the opposite, as Russ would be honest with me if it was unnecessary to purchase something that may not work, or wasn't needed.

Russ would always take the time to answer all of the questions I had, and was eager to share his wealth of knowledge and experience. Having dealt with other Well Companies in the area, I can without a doubt say that Sky Country Pump is the absolute BEST! Everyone I dealt with at Sky Country were extremely polite, professional, and personified integrity and class.

I would HIGHLY recommend Sky Country, and feel very fortunate to have them serve our Foothill communities! Wow- what an amazing company and great group of folks to work with. We just can't say enough about the quality of service provided by these guys.

We had water coming out of our pressure tank on the weekend- they called first thing Monday morning and had it fixed shortly thereafter. Always nice to find a quality, honest, and fair company.

What an outstanding company! We were just sure we were losing our pump. When the technician came out and told us it was just a clogged pressure switch, we were so relieved! They could have easily told us we needed to replace the pump, but they didn't.

When you are depending on water to flow smoothly out the faucet, it is nice to have such prompt service. Les just came over to help us with a chloroform problem we had in our well.

We had another repair group come over and charge us $300 to chlorinate and didn't look into our UV system to properly diagnose the problem. Therefore, we still had a positive chloroform test.

Les however, figured out what the problem was and even showed us how to both chlorinate and de-chlorinate our pipes without charging us. He only ended up charging us for the house visit at $90.

I've been dealing with an absolute nightmare of a situation with a leak in my basement. Even though I got the suspected pipe camerascoped, I still didn't get a clear answer on what is going on.

I called Digit after seeing their great reviews on yelp and I have to say they deserve all five stars they have. Malcolm went over my situation with me, and in the interest of our current pandemic, was able to request pictures of specific parts affected by the leak plus the camera scope video I had in order to diagnose the problem remotely (he also utilized google earth to get a clear picture of my property.) After receiving the footage he went over everything then got on the phone with me and was extremely generous with his time and knowledge.

I really recommend reaching out to Digit if you find yourself in the situation where you need their help. Malcolm was generous, knowledgeable and honest.

Epic recommendation! My 70 year old house needed all of the galvanized plumbing replaced, including the waterline into the house. It wasn't an emergency situation (yet) so I had time to get multiple estimates.

I wanted to use an established plumbing company with a good reputation, so I got bids from several big name companies, and I also called Dig It based on their excellent Yelp reviews (including the ones Not Currently Recommended). I decided to go with Dig It primarily because the owner, Doug MacLean, spent the most time discussing my concerns.

He also made several relevant points that the others failed to mention and, last but not least, their bid was very competitive. They completed the waterline replacement in one day, and I was grateful that the crew was careful to minimize damage to the lawn.

They covered the grass underneath the pile of excavated dirt, then when they refilled the trench they used a tamper to pack the soil. The next day while the plumbing crew started the interior portion of the job, one of their guys raked the front lawn and then power washed the sidewalks and street in front of the house.

I could not have been happier (and I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too). The inside plumbing took several days and I was equally happy with the finished results.

Despite the challenges of an older house, they did expert work and took all the proper measures to minimize the dust created by having to cut into the walls. We bought a house in Lakewood with a potential sewer lateral issue that of course backed up 3 days after we moved in. My realtor recommended Dig It and Malcolm came out scoped the line and provided me with 4 options for the repair.

We selected the option to repair the line from the house up to approximately 6' into the pavement of the public road which eliminated the "belly" in the line and the pipe offset that the settlement created. Unfortunately a few days after the repair we had another minor back up which occurred at 6:30 PM.

While we were looking at hotels to go shower at I texted Malcolm and within minutes he called me and was headed our way. He arrived at 8:00 and spent 2 1/2 hours de-scaling the original cast iron line under the basement slab which is where his camera had found a blockage.

We agreed that he would again scope the line in 3-4 days to see if anything was backing up or if we had a problem sooner. We didn't have any issues but on the third day Malcolm came out at approximately 9:00 on a Friday night just to make sure we didn't have any issues because he was going out of town for the weekend and didn't want to leave us hanging should a problem arise while he was gone.

If there was a Yelp choice of 10 stars I would give Malcolm and Dig It a 10 star rating. Wow.

These guys are awesome. They were recommended by my favorite rotor rooter company (Jimmy Rooter) after the camera scope showed cracks in my sewer pipe at several joints, with root intrusion.

Malcolm, from Dig It, came out the next day, scoped the line again, and talked me through several repair options. The one he recommended was actually the least expensive option.

He was candid and thoughtful; he even ran an extension cord under the garage door so that I wouldn't have to get up early on the day of the repair if I didn't want to! He promptly scheduled the repair, and the digging crew showed up right on time. The entire crew was hardworking and courteous, and the excavator operator, Omar, was an artist--so careful and precise and thorough.

They worked nonstop for nearly 9 hours and did a great job. I highly recommend them! Great guys.

As one of the other reviewers said, I would give them 10 stars if I could. When my drain problems first started after Thanksgiving, I called the local rep from a nation-wide drain-cleaning franchise.

After three service calls by the same tech, then home visits from two different area supervisors looking things over, and a total of four kitchen floor floods in a week's time, these folks still weren't sure what was causing the problem, but they thought they knew what line it was in. They couldn't get their camera around a 90-degree angle in that line to see what they were actually up against, so they recommended jack-hammering up about 17 feet of my basement floor to expose the pipe underneath and then replace it.

And "just to be safe," they also advised me to have them "pro-actively" install a plastic liner inside the 44-foot clay pipe that goes from the house to the street level sewer, even though their camera scan of the clay pipe didn't reveal any actual issues. Emphasizing that my house had been built in 1977, they were unaware I bought in 2019 after paying for a full house inspection that included sewer line scoping.

Their total estimate was just under twenty thousand dollars for everything. That's when I told them goodbye, did some research on Yelp, and found Dig It with great reviews.

The best move ever! I called Dig It the next day and left a message. When Malcolm (one of the two owners) called me back that afternoon, he listened patiently then asked several insightful questions and said he'd be out the next morning to do an inspection.

He made an unhurried examination of all four bathrooms and the kitchen, looking closely at everything the other company had tried. He also ran his camera carefully all the way through my clay line to the sewer, showing me it was problem-free.

Finally, he opened the clean-out to the suspect basement drain line and inserted a snake/probe to do a little "exploring." He located the blockage and could tell it was flexible and not solid, but his camera was also too big to get through the 90-degree bend in the line to view the obstruction. Refreshingly, rather than immediately going for a jackhammer, Malcolm thought about what else might be done and called in a drain technician he knew with a greater variety of specially-sized equipment to work in lines of different diameters.

Using a smaller camera on a flexible cable they were able to get past the 90-degree angle and see the obstruction. Using a hook also attached to the cable, they succeeded in pulling the object out: a spool of lead solder that might have been in the line for years and gradually uncoiled enough to block the line.

Removing this obstruction solved the immediate problem, and also demonstrated Malcolm's thoughtfully creative approach to problems themselves -- an ability I became increasingly grateful for as a few associated drainage problems became apparent over the next week. Malcolm made three additional trips to my house that week and trouble-shot issues that came up in the laundry room washer line, kitchen sink dishwasher/disposal connection, and an upper floor bathroom.

My total cost for everything, including the help of the other technician he called in and all parts, was less than 5% of what the first company quoted me. It's been a little over a month since his last visit, everything is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier.

Both Malcolm and Dig It have my highest recommendation! Talk about a perfect storm.......on Sunday, the day before Labor Day, I came home to find a wet family room, bedroom and bathroom- my sewer system backed up. I called Dig It.
