Here is another reason not to is use Dig Boss. This is the 8th time we have sinking ground where there opened up the ground to replace the main line.

I tried to get my deposit back for $4,911.00 but could not because they claimed they did some work. Definitely not $4,911.00 worth.

They dug a hole and filled it back in. The guys are the worst contractors I've ever come across.

Dig Boss has done four different jobs for me on different properties over the last ten years. Each time the job was done professionally, properly and with great care.

A couple of times I called with an issue and the came, did a sewer scope to find the problem and did it for no charge. Another sewer company would have charged $450 or more.

I cannot say enough good things about the attention to detail and responsiveness they have shown. Dig Boss, LLC is a disaster of a sewer repair company.

Over promised and under delivered. Customer service and follow through are deplorable.

After getting three separate quotes, we chose Dig Boss, LLC due to their assurances the service they offered would do minimal damage to our front yard. They were the most expensive of the three though Jesse Rodriguez, the field supervisor, repeatedly promised to "take care of any issues that may occur".

Oddly, Jesse flat out refused to scope the sewer line because we had two other scopes done previously. We were somewhat concerned because the last scope had been done three months prior and we did not know if anything had changed over that time.

Jesse promised with all his experience nothing would have changed in that time. We trusted his assurances and signed the contract.

The excavation crew dug the trench, replaced the pipe for the original belly that had developed over time and partially covered the trench within a day. Jesse was supposed to return the same day to inform us of the status and supervise the completion of the job.

Jesse never showed up and never contacted us. We called him but his voicemail box was full.

We followed up with a text which he informed us that they could not complete the job until we fixed the electrical line and the numerous water lines they had severed during their work. He neglected to tell us there was a massive leak caused by his excavation crew (pictured) which flooded the dig site.

We discovered this the following day. We had the electrical fixed the next day and the water lines capped and water shut off within four days so they could complete their contract with us.

We called Jesse, again no answer and no way to get through to his voicemail so again we texted. He promised to try and have the trench filled that same day, a Tuesday, but assured it would be completed by weeks end.

It was not done nor did Jesse ever follow up. We called and texted on Friday of the same week but no response from Jesse or Dig Boss, LLC.

We followed up the next Tuesday and Jesse apologized and said "he cannot schedule tie ups just repairs", "though he would contact the scheduling manager and put us on the top of the list". This was over three weeks ago, numerous more calls and texts.

No resolution. Meanwhile we have a trench in our front yard and our front landscaping is dying because we're waiting for Dig Boss, LLC to follow through on their contract with us.

Didn't want to need these guys but my sewer line had other plans. They were onsite within a day, worked with my insurance company, and completed the job quickly and cleanly.

Dig Boss was recommended to me by the sewer service company that had come out when my sewer backed up but could not get through the sludge and thought my old clay pipe had collapsed (Do not recommend Colorado Sewer). They came out the following day to give me a quote, which I agreed to.

It was to dig up my yard where the pipe had collapsed, approx. 8 ft in length.

He assured me that the team who did the excavation would leave my yard tidied up, but took no responsibility for plants or sprinklers destroyed but would do their best. I agreed.

Not knowing any better and already two days without plumbing. To keep this short, as it was and is an ongoing saga, suffice it to say, I feel hosed.

8 feet became 35 feet. The guys who did the excavation finished in the dark and left a disaster over my whole back yard cleaning up with their cell phone flashlights.

I spoke with two supervisors about this, they both assured me it would be rectified, and here it is 3 days later with not a word. So I concur with the other reviewers who said much promised not so good on the delivery.

Plus, with 35 feet of new pipe, when I had company number 3 come out, which I highly recommend (Hyper Flow) their tech found my new PVC pipe full of MUD; he was also appalled at the state my yard was left in. Both Dig Boss and Colorado sewer left me hanging and I felt caught in the middle.

The project lead from Dig Boss was, up until I brought up the state of my yard, keeping me informed and was responsive. But now, crickets.

The cost is what it is. Since I didn't get three estimates that onus is on me.

I don't leave bad reviews but this one I feel a need to do so. Think twice before you hire this company and get a couple other estimates as well.

Also stay and watch over them constantly if you do hire them. They did complete the project in one day ( had to come back the following weekday for a little finishing up ) HOWEVER.........

They destroyed several sprinkler zones in the yard as well as bent the top pole on the chain link fence and destroyed a large area of grass with the back hoe they drove across the lawn and did not put boards down. Towards the end of the job when they were putting the final layer of gravel down around the new sewer line when the City inspector stopped by ( good thing too ) and advised them to stop putting the gravel over the top because they did not have the correct amount of gravel underneath the pipe.

Had the inspector come later it would have been covered without the correct layer underneath. As far as the sprinkler lines yes the contract states they are not responsible for damage but again HOWEVER........

The job foreman told me they would leave the broken lines and wires above ground for easy access later for me to have them repaired. They left one line and wiring above and buried several others.

As I witnessed them covering up the broken lines and wiring I stopped them and called the foreman who again advised me they would leave the damaged areas accessible and he called the crew but then they continued to bury the remaining lines and wires. They were no help in resolving this matter.

The job foreman was very professional in dealing with him but told me after he spoke with the owners there was nothing they were willing to do to help correct the issues. Quick, responsive, well-priced, burst the pipe quickly and replaced it with PVC.

Very glad I went with them! After finding that the sewer line was broken between my house and the main, I contacted Dig Boss. After receiving a quote, I found that they were much more reasonable than the other companies that I contacted.

They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which included all of the service locating and utility company coordination. They were respectful of my lawn and landscaping while completing the work.

I was impressed they were able to get their equipment in and out without leaving a trace. Their repair work was excellent and there were no shortcuts taken.

While I hope that I never have to call them again, I will keep their card handy just in case. My experience with Dig Boss couldn't have been any better.

Geary was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the quoting process. Coal and the other office support were also very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone! Don't use these guys if you have a sprinkler system, or care about responsive customer service. Despite assurances during scheduling that any cut sprinkler lines would be left above ground, and even reminding the crew on the day of the job, this simply didn't happen.

They re-buried every line that they broke, and did not even bother to mark all of the lines that were cut. What should have been a 60-90 minute sprinkler repair instead took 3-1/2 hours, costing me hundreds of extra dollars.

When I emailed the address on their website (digbossoffice@mail.com), it failed and was returned "Undeliverable". I then emailed Jake and Coal directly - the two people I was in contact with before the job - but still got no reply.

All this, and I'm STILL waiting to receive the DVD of the initial scope. I called in before the job to ask about it, and I was assured it would be sent.

Three weeks later, still nothing. I feel like I was lied to regarding my sprinkler system and the DVD.

Dig Boss should step up and at least acknowledge that they did not deliver the services they promised. At least an apology would have been nice considering the hundreds of extra $$ they cost me, but since they have my money already, they just ignored me instead.

Avoid using this company if you care about vendors keeping their word... especially if you have a sprinkler system! These people are quick, efficient, and fairly priced.

I had to have my sewer main dug up. Of course, the break was beneath a covered patio.

They were able to maneuver their machine under the ceiling and the actual trench was only about 20" wide and 6 ft long (I had removed the patio pavers much wider and longer than needed). Kyle will come out with his latest all-in-one video and locating equipment so he could pinpoint the problem with surgical accuracy.

I've had sewer backups for years - wish I had had it repaired long ago (preferably before we had the patio pavers installed). Geary came out and impressed us with his expertise and honesty.

I wouldn't think of hiring anyone one else. I can't say enough good things about Dig Boss.

I didn't want her and the kids to suffer through the heat, so I called Done and explained the situation. One of their guys came out the next day and emailed and reviewed the quote with me over the phone.

Price was very reasonable, and new system was put in right away. Very happy with the service and price! We were able to get our plumbing problem Friday evening resolved the next day.

The communications from both the vendor and technician was excellent and just right. Our technician Tony was; very competent, friendly and professional and he kept us abreast of actions he was taking took to resolve the issue.

He was an excellent worker! I would gladly recommend Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric. This was not my first experience with them that was also great and should I ever have any needs they provide I will be a return customer.

Massive disappointment and their customer service is shockingly bad. I booked a technician weeks in advance, drove 45 minutes to be there for the appointment.

Just 30 minutes into the scheduled time, I get a text saying the technician had an emergency job and couldn't make it. No call, just a text.

My appointment was for 11 am on a Sunday, and they could have potentially made it after their so-called "emergency" job. I explained my situation, but they couldn't care less about my job or inconvenience.

It seems like they just didn't want to work on a Sunday. Maybe a football game was more important to them, I don't know.

What I do know is that this is an epic failure of customer service. I won't be calling them for any future work, and I'll make sure no one I know does either.

Like some of the other reviews this company once had a 5 star review from me. Once they get you in and you buy the membership they don't care.

We scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. I moved things around so that we could make it work.

I get a call late Sunday saying they won't be able to make it with zero explanation. We rescheduled for the next day from 9-11 and again I move things around to accommodate them.

Tuesday morning I get a text saying they can't come until noon. I called to ask why and again there was no explanation except they were sorry.

Noon comes and goes and no one shows up to my house. Finally at 3 pm I get a call that they can try to send someone.

Because I had moved everything to the afternoon so they could come in the morning that didn't work. I was also told I would be getting a call from a manager to discuss what had happened and no one ever called me.

Don't be fooled by this company. They don't care about you or the issues you may be having with your home.

They just want your money. You think a company you are a member with and just paid $2500 less than a month ago for other work would care about their customers more than this company does.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Canceled my first appointment without telling me and attempted to reschedule my second appointment a week out. Not willing to work with me even though they cancelled the appointment.

They have a history of showing available appointments then rescheduling day of. I needed to have and entire drain line replaced in my house.

Done Plumbing offered me the best price, which was 1/3 less than the last bid I got. He got the estimate to me on Wednesday, and the project was completed by Friday.

Tony and his team were very pleasant to work with. They showed me the progress each step of the way, and took pictures.

They were all very courteous and even fun to have in my home, which can often be stressful. The work completed was very high quality.

Their equipment was modern, and the parts used were high-quality as well. From the piping to the concrete.

I would recommend Done Plumbing to anyone wanting a quality job at a reasonable price. I'll be using them in the future and be recommending them to everybody I know.

Done's guy arrived on time in a fancy logo covered truck and spotless uniform. After assessing the issue, he presented me with an estimate of nearly $1400 for a projected two-hour job.

That works out to almost $700 per hour! Astonishing! Moreover, I had already purchased the necessary fittings, created an access point in the ceiling, and cleaned up the mess. I quickly sent Mr.

plumber on his way with their $59 diagnostic fee. This incident reminded me of a similar encounter I had last year with an appliance repair company.

It made me ponder if their true business model revolves around extracting diagnostic fees. I've learned to exercise caution when dealing with companies that have fancy vehicles, uniforms, and flashy online advertisements.

More often than not, such ostentation translates into exorbitant prices. This experience motivated me to do the job myself.

I had already done the worst part, so overall, the repair was not difficult and only took about 45 minutes. A real plumber could have done it much faster.

Having engaged in estimation work within the construction industry for around 50 years, I can confidently assert that outrageously high quotes typically indicate one of four things: 1. They perceive you as gullible.

2. They believe you have money and are ignorant.

3. They lack confidence in their ability to perform the job and thus quote an inflated price to dissuade you from proceeding with the deal.

4. They know you are desperate and willing to pay just to get it done.

I found Done via a Yelp search and they quickly replied to my request. Their technician showed up at my house on time and proceeded to quickly troubleshoot my problem and recommend a solution.

In less than an hour, they were done and my issue was resolved. I was explained everything along the way and never felt like they were attempting to charge me for unnecessary repairs.

He also asked me to help him briefly to help him install drain, and he also asked me to turn down the heat as it was too hot for him. He did say parts and labor guaranteed a year.

So, we did not have plumbing work completed by this company. They came and gave us an estimate on work we would like to have done.

My rating is solely regarding the technician who provided the estimate. He was very nice.

The bid was 3 times what other companies came in at. Now, I am updating the review after the electrician came to our home.

He was extremely nice. My husband paid him $250.00 for 15 minutes of work.

He had to fix a DIY installation of a bathroom light. I wouldn't have the balls to up charge like that.

We were in a pinch and paid the bill. Most companies at most would have charged $150.00, and that would have been pricey for an entire 15-minute job.

Do I have electricity? Yes, so I guess I should be happy. Just wanted to let folks know their outrageous pricing.

Also, we will not be using them for our larger projects. We are planning on adding air conditioning and a new heater and a hot water tank.

We also need a sink installed, and the pipes need to be re routed. I hope the $250.00 was worth the loss of the other projects.

They call it a 'Toilet Rebuild' but really its just 'Toilet OverBilled'. They have treated me right in the past but not this time around.

Called Done Plumbing and Heating because I've used them several times over the years. Always great service, and this time was no different.

Neil Thompson was available for a same-day appointment. He was even early, which was fine with me, and he went straight to work.

When Neil was in the crawl space shutting off the water, he noticed that our sump pump had tripped the GFI on the servicing outlet. Turned out that the sump pump was busted too, so he replaced that.

He also repaired the sump pump's drain pipe. New water heater installed and hot water running.

Very impressed with Neil's thoroughness. Whenever I need fast and professional service, I'll be calling Done.

I used them before, and I had a bad experience with one tech, so I canceled my monthly subscription. I was wrong!! Calling other companies was disappointing James came to turn on my swamp cooler.

He was in and out within 30 min!! He was friendly, on time, and fabulous. Most HVAC companies want up to 450$ for 15-30 min hob.

Ridiculous!! "Done" is affordable and dependable. They only charged me for a startup, and I am back on my old monthly plan.

They will lie to your face and try to upsell you into repairs you don't need. Horrible Company! I had a hot water heater with a worn out thermocoupler.

I called Done to have that part replaced and the rep they dispatched reset it (it has a small breaker) and rather than quote me on replacing the worn out part, he proceeded to lie about how my whole system was failing and needed a replacement costing over $4000, and this is for a residential 40 gallon hot water heater. DO NOT trust Done, call someone else.

We had some plumbing and electrical work completed by Done. Both times, the guys were on time and friendly.

They both gave us multiple quotes and explained what was included for each one. We didn't feel like we're trying to be upsold or taken advantage of.

We needed help with a DIY sink/faucet installation that went awry (nothing in this 50-year-old house is standard). Dylan Knutson came out on a Saturday evening -- at no extra charge -- and did a great job finishing the installation.

When we lived in our previous place these guys were great! Then we moved a year ago to a new place just over a mile away. Twice now we've needed them, they've no called no showed.

Dispatch gave us excuses both times as to why. After the first time, the guy randomly showed up the next day with no prior phone call.

This time, we've waited on two separate days a week apart and no one has called or showed. Dispatch said "oh they've called a lot of times and left a lot of voicemails." Oh really? Because they have both mine and my boyfriend's numbers and neither of us have gotten calls.

Today we waited during our rescheduled time and my boyfriend finally called to see what's up. They told him they'd contact dispatch and then call us with updates.

John quoted over $550 to replace a $10 flapper in my toilet tank that would take 15 minutes max and $1700 for a new toilet installed which I knew I didn't need.

He wanted to replace everything without even inspecting anything and my only choice was a top of the line fancy toilet. If you truly do need a new toilet and shut off valves Google everything.

These highly inflated quotes were an insult to my intelligence and should be to yours as well. I can't believe people are falling for this scam.

They work on commission so the more they charge the more they earn and a simple fix for anything isn't going to interest them. Replace the parts yourself if you don't mind toilet tank water or find an honest handyman who isn't disgustingly greedy instead.

What a waste of my time. I was looking into possibly having them do electrical work as well and dodged that bullet! The handyman, recommended by a trusted neighbor, put a new flapper in my toilet, took out an old, non-working fluorescent light fixture and replaced it with a LED light fixture and replaced a dripping faucet with a new one and new drain pipe and the bill came to $500 which is $50 less than what John was going to charge JUST to replace the toilet flapper! (I verified what he said because it was so unbelievable).

When John realized he was messing with the wrong person he got up from my couch and let himself out the door. What a strange experience.

Warning!!! We contacted Done to repair our 2-year old Carrier Furnace. They charged $79.00 for the service call and attempted to charge us an additional $510.00 per hour to replace the faulty blower, plus parts! They were attempting to charge us for 2 hours labor for a total of $1020.00, plus the cost of the parts which were under warranty.

Before you use Done Plumbing, ask them what their hourly rate is!!! Over $500 per hour for service is a complete and total scam!!! Avoid this company at all costs! Jorge and Jon did a great job completing a deep cleaning of our HVAC! We use Done for electrical, plumbing and we are always very happy with them!! It was time for a water heater replacement and I called Done because they always do a great job on any plumbing job I have. Darrel is fast, friendly, and explained everything about the installation along the way.

I got other estimates but they always included "you could be charged more than the estimate depending on additional parts needed". Done gives me a solid estimate and if anything, it may actually be a little less than the estimate.

Can't wait for the new fridge to arrive! Thought their coupon seemed like a good deal so had them come out to fix a clogged drain. The guy came out with a 3' auger, not a snake like they indicate in the pic on the coupon, wiggled it around for 30 seconds and then says "we'll you need a new toilet".

My opinion, if someone's "going rate" is higher than a national and Colorado average...keep calling other companies...we found a reputable company ( DM me if you'd like the name ) When someone does not even offer a discount for all the time and money that was spent as a previous customer, it is time to move on.

I had a broken hose bibb. I called them at 12p and James, their master plumber was at my house by 1:45 the same day.

When does that EVER happen??? While I will tell you, they are not the cheapest, I value good workmanship and reviews. It was worth the extra $ for this company.

James explained everything to me, gave me options and was understanding with my decision. He replaced my hose bibb, cleaned up the area where he worked and was very nice to deal with.

I will use this company again for future plumbing needs. We needed two hot water heaters and called Done Plumbing to see when we could get them installed.

They were so helpful and arranged to have them put in immediately. Both men wore masks and were very respectful of our house.

They cleaned everything up afterwards and we now have two working well hot water heaters. We would recommend Done Plumbing to anyone who asks.

Terry & Alan S Done saved us from using another plumber who quoted us double the price for work on sewer work & was trying to scare us into making rash decisions. They were reasonable, responsive and incredibly helpful! Would recommend them to friends/family/neighbors! Bryan Hertges showed up not long after we called and did an amazing job! Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was a great guy.

super efficient, and cleaned up his work area when he was finished! oh and he did the dishes too! (Just kidding! ) I highly recommend Done plumbing and heating! Done is great, plus very responsive. Replaced the furnace in my rental and also fixed a leak in the bath! Most plumbers have long wait time to get service, but Done gets there fast! We used Done! for a kitchen faucet install 15 years ago and they were a very reasonable price and did a good job.

So, we contacted them to quote on the removal of the old faucet & garbage disposal in our kitchen, then install both new items that we purchased ourselves. The technician who came out to our house was very nice and professional.

However, their quote started at $1,350 and ended up at $1,100 after some negotiation! Other contractors quoted $175/hr. and that the job was estimated to take only take 90-minutes (which I thought was going to be too little time).

We ended up going with Lowes for just under $400. Their contractor did the job in 75-minutes and everything was done perfectly.

I can't believe the ridiculously overpriced quote that Done! gave us. From some of the other reviews here it sounds like this is a common pricing strategy for this company.

Please do your homework and get multiple quotes before using these people. Though it's a small job, the technician did it with full cares from site inspection to prepayment til clean up.

He also gave a lot of advices and addressed my concerned. After an attempted DIY installation of a new faucet and drain, we experienced multiple leaks with the next day being Thanksgiving.

We called It's Done a little before noon and we're pleasantly surprised they could send a plumber out to help with our emergency. Roscoe and Luis were at my house within a half an hour and informed me there were many mistakes we had made plus he informed us we needed new lines rather than the existing copper pipes because they were too large/long for the new sink plus we also needed new supply valves.

He also corrected the mistake I made to get the new sink and drain to fit plus cutting off the the lower half of the new drain as it was too long to fit my plumbing. Less than one hour later they were done and everything was dry plus looked fabulous.

They did a great job plus came out the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks a ton!!! Done has been our go to for plumbing issues for the past four years and we've always been happy with the results.

Most recently, Daniel installed a toilet in our basement, after making recommendations that helped us save money, and Vincent fixed a backed-up kitchen sink. Always professional, courteous, and friendly.

Our technician fixed the issue we called him out for and also offered a discounted rate to fix a few other problems he discovered while working. That poor man spent about 8 hours on his hand and knees in my crawl space but was friendly and professional the entire time.

Very happy with the service. We had a backup on a Sunday and called a few places.

Another company quoted $279 emergency charge, along with another $450 to clear the line. I appreciate their up-front pricing but seemed high.

Second company would not quote over the phone. Third call was to Done Plumbing & Heating and a supervisor answered.

He did not have any techs available until Monday and offered their $99 line clearing special. Dom Nguyen arrived and was professional, friendly, and a good listener.

Instead of listening . He concluded it was a secondary line and then reviewed our options.

I signed off on one of them and he proceeded to get to work. Soon, the line was cleared and obvious that he was correct in troubleshooting.

He tested the cleared line and the other lines in the system to confirm there were no other blockages. He cleaned up the work space.

Dom and I talked about other work to help maintain the system (which I appreciate because we can plan for the expenses). I received pictures from Dom with the invoice delivery via email.

So I had a great experience and will definitely call them again for future work! Well they showed up on time but I thought they were going to call first. I was told the cost was 59.00 for the call then the tech said there would be a 250.00 diagnostic fee and the total cost would be about 1K.

The furnace right now is not working and it runs but there is no gas flowing so nothing to ignite. Then the tech said the cost would probably be about 1K to replace the valve.

Now the valve is right in front of the furnace and the shutoff is right there so I do not consider 1K to be a reasonable price to tell the truth 250 for a diagnostic fee seemed a but much. So we decided to part ways and they did not charge me even for the service call which was very nice.

However the technician try to play it very coy over the diagnostic fee, it seemed he knew based on his 20 years of experience just what the issue was. After he left I called another company and they are coming over this afternoon.

I did some more research online and it said to just give the gas valve a couple of knocks to see if you could get it to open, well sure enough a couple of knocks and it came back on, now I am still going to have company #2 come out to see if they feel the valve should be replaced or not since I don't want the heat to go out when I am away and have a pipe freeze. It seems the technician was trying to play some kind of game to tell the truth since he certainly could have just tapped on the valve too? The 250.00 diagnostic fee was also supposed to be credited to the final bill so he had nothing to gain unless he was going to try and claim it was more than just the gas valve.

I will never know and am waiting for company #2 to come out this afternoon. All I can say is just don't be afraid to say no and don't feel as though they have you over a barrel.

Also do not try to replace an furnace part like a gas valve yourself!!!! I had another company come out for 130.00 total they came out diagnosed the issue as being an overheating furnace due to a number of reasons. Made some adjustments to the gas pressure and fan speed.

That hopefully will resolve the issue in the short term. They did say the furnace was oversized and that along with the poor installation was causing reduced airflow further execrating the overtemp issue.

Tech spent about an hour at the house and explained what he was doing and why. Much better experience that with Done.

I thought the last plumber I'd used had charged more than was reasonable to replace the main water shut-off handle ($475.00 - a flat fee "to be fair to everyone." What the heck does that even mean? But I was over a barrel so I paid. But I didn't want them when the next issue came up.

A neighbor recommended Done! Plumbing. Like the first plumber, they had me over a barrel too.

Who turns away a plumber in hand when they don't have hot water in these days of supply chain issues and high inflation? So I paid what I was pretty sure was a lot more than was the going rate. A LOT more.

So 2 weeks later when my A/C went out, I didn't really trust them, but I sure didn't have much hope of finding an honest, reasonable A/C contractor that could be over in the next week. The temps were well into the 90's.

So I set up the appointment for 8 days out and slept in the basement. I forgot to check my warranty on my A/C unit till the 7th day.

It was only 4 years old and had a 10-year warranty so I called Done! to be sure they would work with that. They flatly refused.

But I'd waited that long and thought maybe, just maybe, they wouldn't over-charge me for this repair. So I kept the apptmt and when the guy got there, he quickly diagnosed the problem: a defective capacitor.

The price to replace it? $500.00! I saw how quickly the guy had removed it and knew replacing it would be quick. I felt pretty sure $500.00 was way too much.

I tipped the guy but declined the work. The prior weekend a friend had recommended a guy who'd just replaced her entire HVAC system.

She said he was a decent, fair-priced man. So I set an apptmt with him for 6 days after the apptment with Done! I had survived the heat 8 days, I could survive another 6.

That guy did work with my warranty and replaced the capacitor in less than an hour. He charged a small trip fee and $150.00 for his labor.

I paid a total of $175.00 when Done! was going to charge $500.00. I'll never work with Done! Plumbing again.

FANTASTIC work! I am very picky when having things done and I could not be happier with the excellent work Anthony did. He is as good as you will find anywhere, a skilled professional who can tackle a problem and explain solutions easily and I was very impressed with his great work.

I also had a short time window to get multiple plumbing tasks done due to my condo Association only keeping the water turned off for a specific time window, and Anthony got all the tasks completed in time with no issues he could not handle. Also the price was fair and I had gotten estimates from several highly rated companies.

I will definitely call these guys first if I ever need another plumbing job done, they are the best! Overcharged us for a clogged drain ($279) and misdiagnosed two separate problems. Lucky we received quotes from two separate plumbers before proceeding.

Jeremy took advantage of us in our time of need and caused a lot of drama in our household. Gave me a quote of over $700 to replace the cartridge in my Moen shower handle.

Called another plumber, Co-Pi did it for $210. The tech was a really nice and friendly guy.

We had Dylan at our house today to look at multiple issues. He was fantastic! We called yesterday, and they were at our house the next morning.

We get a free inspection on one item either furnace , AC UNIT OR WATER HEATER & plumbing every year . This year they noticed We didn't have one of these services so let me they scheduled two within months .

However, today service was beyond amazing . We returned to town Sat night and woke up the next morning with 62 in the house .

We figured the pilot light was blown out with extremely windy day on Friday . That same day my husband felt ill and tested positive For Covid .

We did not want someone coming out and being exposed so we roughed it a couple days and used the fireplace . I called a couple days later to see what protocol they had .

The manager himself came out himself as the techs did not feel comfortable being exposed even tho my husband was confined and I was not testing positive . The manager was so very kind and said that his priority was to get us heat .

He found the problem and it wasn't a pilot light . He gave me an estimate , went out to get the motor to be replaced and installed it on our furnace while wearing a mask as I was too.

We sure appreciate him putting us first and seeing our need and making it all happen . Done now offers electrical services; we recently had them upgrade and install a new electric panel; they did an exquisite job from start to finish.

I've spent over $12,000 with this firm over the last 3 years for plumbing repairs on my rental home. Now I live in my rental property permanently and found my new furnace has a non-standard sized air filter.

I called to express my disappointment with this fact. I was civil and professional in my consumer complaint.

Today I need an outside spigot replaced and I have been told by the Done Plumbing dispatcher there is a note on my file indicating they cannot do business with me. If that is the way they do business, that is fine but I would like other potential customers to know this is how they roll.

In summary - from sewage obstruction to furnace repairs - it was NEVER ever a minor repair - 9k and 3k respectively. Just sayin, buyer beware.

Charged $700 to install a garbage disposal. I should have paid service call and refused but had fair amount of water under the sink and wanted it fixed quickly.

Will never call them again! I needed the plunger in two bathroom sinks. I have used Done in the past and was happy with the work they did, so I called them.

The technician came out and gave me a quote of $500 per sink. I said no thanks.

A google search on replace bathroom sink plunger showed a relative simple job, but due to physical limitations, I couldn't attempt. My daughter saw a recommendation for PV Works in Arvada, They came out and only needed to replace the connecting rod in each sink.

The cost was $190 total for both sinks. Technician was knowledgeable,thorough and polite.

The price was pretty much 100.00 too much. Estimate not free but tacks onto your job if you use them.

Would not credit me or anything....Something to think about if you use them. We had called Done Plumbing Heating two days prior and set up and appointment to receive a quote for a new AC unit.

Appointment was scheduled for Friday with a window gap ending at 1:00pm. About 1030 they called and said they would get here, but it would be closer to 1:00 pm.

Okay no problem. At 1250 I called to see what was going on with our appointment and the lady who answered the phone came back and said it would be later for today since they are busy.

Sorry, but I don't have time to wait around for someone to hopefully show up later. If you're not able to make an appointment then why should you be trust with installation of a new AC unit.

Personally its things like being able to keep appointments go a long away rather then being told to stand by wait. Hard pass for us.

The fact is appointments are made for a reason and they are suppose to be " strategic" when I called to see how much longer it would take I was told to stand by and just wait, sorry I value my time and have other things to do then sit past an appointment for an unknown time because you guys dropped the ball.

It doesn't matter what certs a person has, what matters is staying true to what a person said. Example you can't make an appointment that was set up in time then it doesn't bring into question where else can you guys fail.

Not a risk I am willing take. Our AC was not cooling, tech came out, found zero coolant in system, said there was a leak somewhere.

Verbally quoted pricing of $2,765 flat fee for leak locating. Then verbally quoted another figure almost the same amount ($541 for first pound, $400 plus for each of the next 5.6 pounds - not sure of the exact number since I never got a written quote but I remember it was another nearly $3,000 amount) to recharge with R410A assuming the leak was located.

One year warranty but that could be extended another year if we paid I think $179 for a one year membership. So around $6,000 and I told the tech at that point, not a fiscally responsible endeavor to spend that kind of money for a one or two year warranty.

After much more discussion about the cost to replace, he called his office and got a couple of prices over the phone with the proviso that a sales person would still have to come out and give us a firm bid, but the price was for several more thousand dollars, depending on the SEER rating. It was a lot to take in, a lot of money to spend, so we told him we'd like to sleep on it but please get us the quotes.

He said he would email them to me, several times, and when he left, he said when he got to his truck he'd email me the repair quotes right away. I never got them so I sent the company a message via their web site the next day.

Never heard from anyone. To be fair, the tech spent a lot of time with us, so I'm not sure why a promise to provide a written estimate could not be met.

Clearly we were shocked by the amounts he verbally quoted but to just leave us hanging? Were we thrilled about paying that kind of money? Of course not, but follow through on what you represent you will do, at a minimum. No email, no phone call.

When he left, that's the last we saw or heard from this company. My roommate had done come over to light the pilot for the water heater since I was out of town.

They were in and out in a few minutes. The pilot light went out shortly after they left.

They told us we needed a new water heater....$2300. Upon returning home, I realized they just hadn't turned the water back on to.

It works just fine. Water heater still works just fine.

Pilot light has not faltered at all. Done Plumbing and Heating provided excellent service when I had a very complicated plumbing emergency.

Tony and Vincent were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Even though the problem was difficult to repair, the bid was reasonable compared with others I received.

I would highly recommend this company. These guys are awesome.

I had John come to my place and he gave me an honest assessment and explanation as to why he could not tap into my existing gas line and run an additional gas line to my kitchen. He explained that the size of the gas supply line coming into my condo would not support my existing furnace as well as the new gas stove that I had picked out.

He also pointed out how to reconfigure my existing drains on my two bowl sink into a more efficient single bowl sink that I am going to order. The last thing John discussed with me is how to more efficiently run a second water line to the ice maker in a new freezer.

I thought I had to split the existing line and run it across the kitchen but he pointed out that he could tap into the water supply line on the back side of the wall that supplied my guest bath. Much better and much more cost effective solution.

The net of all of this is that John gave me the best, honest answers to my questions and Done did not charge me for this consultation. I will never use anyone else but Done for all my future plumbing needs.

Very disappointed. I was told the drain cleaning special was $99.

The tech came our and told me that my drain was a secondary drain and would be $264. He looked at the job and stated I would need new plumbing.

This piping was only 5 years old. He said his snake would probably not fix the problem, because it couldn't clear a p-trap.

I had another company come in snaked the drain told my the plumbing was fine. Didn't have a problem with the p-trap.

It only cost me $95. Last time they came out the plumber replace the small line behind my toilet to my wall he was last there than less than a half-hour and charge me $400 We used Done once for a water heater problem and the technician was savvy, nice, affordable, and fast.

As a result, just called them again for a pump issue. Completely different experience.

The guy said our pump needed to be replaced for $1100. My husband and I had been googling our problem all weekend, and know replacing the entire pump is $250 (not including labor).

When pressed for why the quoted cost was $1100, he just said they "don't itemize." B!tch. Even Grease monkey itemizes.

Labor and parts! You can at least attempt to EXPLAIN. He had a bad attitude.

Sent him on his way. And had to pay $40 for him to look at the pump and seem disinterested.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. We had a pretty serious situation, where the sewer line from the house to the main had formed a belly and was backing up into the house.

Not only was Done! able to get someone out pretty quickly, but they stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal. Tony and Vincent were fantastic, they were very up front about our situation and in outlining our options.

We went with Plan A - lower cost and it had a chance of working. After about a week it was clear we would have to go to Plan B, higher cost on plumbing and excavating to the line.

To get to the line, there was a cement patio on top of the line, with a couple of beams supporting the roof....so all of this had to be coordinated with Diamond Drilling & Sawing (who were also great). This whole thing took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, and Tony and Vincent stuck with us the whole way, including a couple of reschedules due to patio removal etc.

Ultimately, the patio was sitting on a footing tied into the foundation going down 9ft, and removing it would have been a huge (and expensive) problem. Tony, Vincent and the Done! excavation team came - assessed the situation, and was able to excavate one direction from inside the crawl space, and the opposite direction from outside.

Using this approach they were able to SAFELY work in the new pipe without having to go under the concrete footing, saving us the time and expense of removing it. What was uncovered, was a sewer line that was so badly installed from the builder - Richmond - have no idea how it passed inspection.

It was pitched toward the house, had a flexible rubber connection buried outside (thus the belly) and had 90 degree angles allowing gunk to collect. So basically, Richmond did an incompetent job of running the sewer line creating a time bomb for the home owner, then laid so much unnecessary concrete on top if it, it was near impossible to reach and fix it.

But....Done! was able to overcome all of the elements of this 'perfect storm' and get us up and running - and done the right way this time. Their work is also guaranteed for life.

Would highly recommend this team! Done was outstanding. They were professional, thorough, and absolutely committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Our technician, Jack Higgins,, was exemplary. He had to replace two furnaces for us.

He arranged the electrician, pulled the permits, installed the furnaces perfectly, made sure it was interoperable with the AC and humidifier, brought it up to code (as we hand our furnace for 18 years) answered all of our questions, and spent the entire day making sure it was a perfect installation. Jack was outstanding, honest, and complete.

The pricing was good, the service was better than the others. I give them an A+.

You can trust them and have high confidence that it is done perfectly. My elderly mother had a clogged sewer line while my father was out of town and called Done.

They sent three technicians to her home on 3 separate visits. The first guy stuck a camera in the kitchen drain and pulled it out saying it got wet and they would have to excavate.

They sent two other men who came with the same message "we need to rip up the basement carpet and bring in the jackhammers" at an exploratory cost of $8500. The three visits with no work performed came to over $1000.

As she described the problem over the phone to me I suggested she contact a highly rated Yelp rotoscoping plumber. He came the next morning and cleared the clog in 45 minutes charging my mother $116.

He gave her advice on the type of plumbers to avoid, and apologized for seedier members of the trade. Done literally took advantage an old woman.

The worst kind of contractor. This company should be ashamed of itself...especially if it's listed under Tom Martino's web site as a reputable plumber.

I'm here to tell you different. There was a stem (controls water volume out of the faucet/shower) that needed to be replaced.

It is a $45 part and Done Plumbing wanted to charge $750 to do it. From past experiences it only takes 10 minutes to replace and just a little amount of mechanical know how....shame on you ,"Done Plumbing".

What goes around eventually comes around for rip off companies such as yourself. I can only image what you charge the persons that gave you a five star rating.

I contacted Done because a discount was offered through AAA. They are very professional, return calls promptly, are good communicators, and showed up on time for the scheduled appointment to view the project and provide a bid.

However, their price was significantly higher than the other quotes I received, as in 2-3 times higher. I contacted them to replace a frost-proof hose silcock.

They got back to me with a quote of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE BUCKS!!! That is SO absurd and out of the range of this simple project as to be ridiculous! I found 3 other plumbing companies who offered to do it for 300 bucks, parts and labor included and the guy who did it the next day did it perfectly. If you like being gouged for a 1-hour project, you'll LOVE these folks! We had Anthony over to fix our toilet.

He explained we needed to replace this toilet that was original to our house. We were able to reschedule with DONE! easily.

Anthony came back over and took out our old toilet and replaced it with the new toilet. He is skillful, professional, and got the job done quickly.

The 2nd plumber, Matt, was very dismissive and rude. Carson Wells of Quality First Services then came to our condo to diagnose and repair a water leak from the unit above ours.

He very quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it in the same visit. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Had main shutoff valves and all the shutoffs valves for sinks and toilets. Garage disposal and kitchen faucet replaced.

The technicians that installed all this were efficiently and tidy. Very pleased with this company.

I called to replace my sump pump discharge piping. They would not just come out and fix it, I had to have an estimate first.

They said they would charge $115 for the estimate and apply that to the bill when the work was done. They told me they would e-mail my estimate and upped the cost to $199 plus the $115 because he was there for an hour? I told them I would pay the $115 as agreed (their website says free estimates) they took the payment and left.

No estimate ever came. I got nothing for my $115.

Rip off, thanks team Dave Logan. A pipe cracked in our ~40 year old house.

The guys came in and jackhammered up the basement and got some nice new PVC in place. They even came by early on the second day to help me remove the kitchen.

Overall, it was a good experience until the end. The replacement concrete is nowhere near level/uniform.

It has been a gigantic hassle trying to patch the low spots and grind down the higher spots (with a newly purchased angle grinder I may add) just to achieve some semblance of normal. Bad times This company came highly recommended by our friend's parents.

They were the 3rd company we called. I had taken a shower Thursday morning and then my daughter took a shower after me.

My husband came down to the main floor and water was pouring into the bathroom below and all the way to the basement below. The plumber said it was our shower pan needed to be caulked and suggested our daughter had poured water on the floor.

I went into the bathroom after she came out and the bath mat was dry because my first thought was it had leaked from the shower pan. My husband wouldn't let it go so we did our own test and it's a copper pipe completely corroded.

We called another company. wish me luck.

We have used Lakewood for a number of plumbing and heating repairs and upgrades in our 83 year old home. Everyone they send out is highly competent.

At the risk of ignoring some of their people, Sammy and Bruce particularly stand out as highly competent and efficient. They diagnose quickly and get on with the fix.

Highly recommended. We have used Lakewood Plumbing and Heating for a broken pipe in the wall & a shower valve.

I find the staff to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Also, we had a confusing issue recently that was time consuming.

They were able to resolve it quickly and in a professional manner. Such service these days is quite unusual and refreshing! I highly recommend them! These people installed my AC last August.

Very professional Reasonable I love my AC Suddenly I began hearing a knocking noise when it shut off. Paul came on Friday and was able to put a brace in the ducts that were creating the noise It's so peaceful now and I truly did not know how I ever did without AC Thank you for being responsive and experts at what you do.

Spent $2760 on an installation of two motors in a condo unit on July 28th. It is now ONLY November 14th and the "NEW" motors are making the SAME NOISE as before.

I just called to get a technician out to check on their work and was informed I would be charge a diagnostics fee. WOW...NEVER AGAIN.

Feel ripped off and hope no one else has to deal with their horrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a leaking faucet in the bath. Tech was here 45 minutes and charged $420 and didn't break down the costs.

Just...$420. Got the job done, but holy moly.

Will not use again and would not recommend. I had an outside faucet break which would have been no big deal except I was headed out of town so I needed emergency service.

I tried several companies but they weren't available in a timely manner. Lakewood plumbing was right on it.

John was on the job late on a Friday night, fixed the problem and did it in good time so I did not have to pay extra. It is so hard to get service like this anymore.

I highly recommend this company. And I thank John for making this all so easy.

Well done!! This place sucks and has terrible customer service. When asked if they could come out for an emergency basically laughed and a said no.

Avoid at all cost BUYER BEWARE - This plumbing company is a total rip off! They say their prices are low but when the job is done it turns out to be a lot more. It's as if their plumbers are on a commission or incentive plan to charge as much as possible.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE A MORE LEGITIMATE PLUMBER!! I asked them to come fix a pip leak that was leaking from an upstairs bathtub down to the cabinets. He came and "fixed it".

My tenants noticed there was still some water (now much less than before) leak from that section of the pipe. I called them 1 month + 10 days later, and they refused to come and reassess the situation without first charging another 130$ for evaluation.

They stated it was because the call from me was past that "30 day guarantee" period. If you are a plumbing company ...

and you only insure your work for 30 days, that's some lame lousy work you are doing. The pipe was leaking before and more proximally, there was a second leak.

However, i don't believe they actually evaluated it because they only fixed the part my tenants pointed out. If you are a good plumber, you would check for ALL the leak within that section (literally visible), if they had just filled up the bathtub and drained it to test for leak, it would've been seen.

But no. And now they said they would come and fix it for a starting cost of 130$ + other labor and material fees (which that part I was ok with but you shouldn't charge an initial assessment fee for an area you failed to fix in the first place).

Not impressed with this company, they placed my cleanout under my sidewalk (because toilets and sinks never get plugged, right) and wanted to overcharge us on another issue we asked about. Definitely go elsewhere to get any plumbing done.

Plumber showed up within the 8 - 8:30 AM timeframe promised. Price paid was price quoted to install shower head and control panel in remodeled shower.

He finished it so quickly, he was able to fix another issue I had with an outside faucet. Fantastic work.

I've called this company about a half a dozen times and either all of their techs are busy "until next week" or they never show up. Emergency services? None that I have ever been able to use.

Make sure you call a different company before wasting your time with this place. I payed these guys about 280 dollars for removing an item that got stuck in my toilet, so that they could just say they weren't able to, and simply walk away.

Yes, I was warned that they might not be able to, but for that ridiculous amount of money, you'd at least expect their 100% commitment. They didn't try anything fancy, just a normal heavy duty snake that I could have tried myself, which I actually did before calling them.

I give them 2 stars instead of 1 just because they were up front with the costs and the technician was nice and friendly. They didn't offer to bake that price into installing a new toilet or anything at all, they left me with the exact same problem I initially had.

Lakewood plumbing (Sam, great technician) showed up the next day and fixed this issue, plus a bathroom faucet & boiler overview (maintenance). Great service & Sam seemed very knowledgeable.

Thanks for the quick, efficient service! They are the plumbing company that our HOA uses so we decided to try them out when our shower was leaking into out neighbors garage. They came out and charged us the first time to fix the leak but a couple weeks later out neighbor came and told us it was still leaking.

They came out twice more and still it was leaking. On the fourth visit to out condo the tech (no idea of a name) told us it would be $200+ to fix it.

I went down to ask why we were being charged to fix the same leak that we had already paid to fix three visits ago and the plumber told me I could call another plumber and ask them. So I am.

Don't use this company. I have been using Torey at Lakewood Plumbing for over 15 years now and I thought it was about time to give them a shout out.

Lakewood plumbing has done everything from installing commercial cooling units at our office , plumbing needs from tenants, and also installed a heater at our home and most recently retro-fitted a bathroom drain to fix what was originally done incorrectly. Chris came out and explained the process which would include jack hammering the foundation, install new PVC drain pipes and clean up.

He showed up on time and completed the job in about 1/2 a day. Chris was very detailed and thorough with the entire process.

I have complete faith in Torey and his team at Lakewood Plumbing and appreciate all of their efforts and competetive pricing. My go to guys for boiler work.

Todd always took the calls even when I was needy. They even took an after hours call when I was flooding If I could give them zero stars I would.

Our landlord had us call Lakewood plumbing due to a back up issue we have had. My husband called them and set up an appointment.

They were supposed to be out here between 9-12 last Thursday. At 11:30 we called because no one had showed up or even called to say they were running late.

Lady that we talked to said she would call the tech and see where he was. Called back about 15 minutes later and said that they would be here within the hour.

Which at this point they are going to be late by those times. We took off work to be here waiting for them to be late.

They came a little after 12 which at least they showed up. They Then ran our kitchen line and said we had a broken line due to pulling back mud.

They said they would be in contact with our landlord.We thanked them and they left. We had a huge back up in our basement due to using the sink like they said we could.

They said it should be better now but need to fix the break. Well we haven't even able to use our kitchen sink for a week now due to it backing up so bad that we had water everywhere.

Talked to our landlord and she said she had given the approval to get the work done. Waited and waited a couple days and still no plumber.

My husband called them yesterday and nobody knew what was going on. She would call us back and let us know.

Call again at 4:50 and they were closed. Called them this morning she hadn't supposedly heard from the higher ups and she was going to try get an answer.

3 hours later still no call back so we called again. She still didn't have an answer and would call us in an hour to let us know.

It is now 5:15 pm and she hasn't even called us back. These people need to learn that if people hire you to fix things then please actually call them back and say you can do it! We are now going on over a week of no use of our kitchen sink.

We are washing dishes in buckets so that we can actually eat and use our dishes and our sink! If it weren't for the request of our landlord we would have called someone else a long time ago to fix this!! We had them out to our house a couple times for various things about a month ago or so. They were very fast, clean, and best of all they showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would.

We had them install a spigot outside, and the guy showed up at 6am and installed the whole thing without waking us up. We were up and outside at 8am as he was cleaning up and we never knew he was there! Plus, the work was done the right way the first time.

Back in October, I had Lakewood come out and inspect my 2 HVACs before winter. Their service technician, Bruce K, was very thorough and walked me through what he was inspecting.

He was honest and thorough. I will definitely call Lakewood when an issue may come up.

Will also request for Bruce to perform any services. Hot water heater went out.

Lakewood Plumbing arrived the next day and showed how it wasn't worth repairing. So I had a new one installed.

Price was reasonable and plumber Chris was helpful in showing how to work the upgrades: a new expansion tank and a device that gives more hot water to the house when company is visiting. I've called Lakewood Plumbing several times before like when my forced-air furnace went out.

Always prompt, price is good. Well we had one of those days.

The kitchen sink suddenly was not draining. The Disposal was working but it would still come up into the sink.

Ugh! Looking underneath I dreaded trying to tackle it myself. Nearby was the Lakewood Plumbing office so I called them around 2:30 pm.

Thankfully they were able to get someone to help us a little after 5 pm. The fellow called to let us know he was due to arrive.

In less then an hour he snaked it out right from under the sink. Since all else was working fine there was no need for anything more.

Drat...wished I had used those store bought cleaners more since it's been over 7 years since that sink was stopped up. Ah well, the good news is they were quite prompt and the task was done for us by someone far more experienced then me.

Cost was $155 so I consider it reasonable given it seemed like an urgent matter. From my perspective there was nothing to complain about with Lakewood.

They were prompt and the job was successfully done in a pretty fast time. For that I am thankful.

Plumbers are not what you may want to use all the time but when you need them I really like the speedy service we received. When a job is well done and timely what else do they deserve but 5 stars from me! I shall keep them in mind the next time we need any plumbing work done.

Pleased! On the Friday after Thanksgiving (which - let's face it - IS a holiday), I had a fail in the hose connecting my hot water to my washer. I could not get the water completely turned off, and ended up having a non-stop leak.

I tried to replace the hose myself, and could not get it off of the washer as it was on so tight. I tried several plumbing companies, and out of all that I called, only one returned my call, and the plumber that called deemed my issue too small to be bothered with on a holiday.

(Damaged laminate floor - who cares?!?!) Lakewood Plumbing had a human who answered the call, and dispatched someone out later that afternoon. The plumber who came - Greg Rodriguez - was one of the nicest fellows I have ever met.

It was a joy to have him here! Yes, I paid OT rates, but $230 was a small price to pay to get the leak stopped. I could not let it continue until Monday! Thank you, Lakewood Plumbing! I genuinely appreciate what you guys did for me! Show up guys! This cannot be THAT hard.

You might be good, but who would know ? You never showed up or called. If you are swamped, then say "I am swamped" but don't tell me you will be here at a certain time & you don't bother to call.

Not cool. We give up work & vacations & pay for childcare etc & you are too good to show up??? REALLY? Use anyone else.

Dave and Trevor arrived, masked, right at the opening of the time window as scheduled. They got right with it and in short order had scoped the job and removed the kitchen drain line blockage.

First said did have right tool. Second said needed new faucet.

Charge for visit $115. Would replace faucet for another $300.

Called another local firm..Applewood. $29 for visit but gave no estimate of replacement cost.

Called HomeDepot. Their subcontractor ..Delta..gave me price over phone $150.

Used them. Pays to check around.

Won't be calling Lakewood again Lakewood Plumbing came as requested to look at my AC which was not cooling. 1st guy was chatty, but cleaned my filters, charged 319 dollars and said for sure I did not need freon, which I requested when I made the call.

Next day I called back...AC not working. Rescheduled for following week.

Got a call at work, two hours early saying tech at house. Rushed home.

Tech opened machine box, took readings, said pressure too high and drained so9me pressure (freon). Then said needed compressor, under warranty, but shop may not want to do it if AC co.

Was not good under warranty. 3 days later I get a quote to replace compressor for 2000.

With note had to sign in 3 days. Called another company, who came to assess, added freon, now AC works.

Go figure. RIP off org.

Do not use them!!! The bad: I called on a Sunday when my boiler went out on a -5 degree day. Their answering service said someone would call with in two hours.

They never called. The good: I called them Monday morning (persistent to use them since they had worked on this boiler before) and despite the curt almost snotty receptionist, a technician was here within three hours.

He was very capable, very friendly and go the job done quickly. The pricing: $98 for labor and $55 trip fee.

Pricy. But hey, when you're heat is out, you want a guy like this! Furnace quit working.

Called on Monday morning to get it repaired. Scheduled appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Later on Monday got a phone call that someone would show up that afternoon. Bruce, the technician, showed up and diagnosed the problem.

Needed a part that was not on the truck. It was too late to get the part and return that afternoon.

He did get the Furnace to operate but not at 100%. Got a call on Tuesday morning he was returning in 30-45 minutes.

Got part replaced and the furnace now operates at 100%. High rating based on: (1) quick response, (2) phone call to advise of when Bruce would show up, (3) Bruce showing up on time, (4) Bruce obviously qualified, (5) Bruce explaining exactly what the problem was, and of course, (6) getting the whole repair completed quickly.

My bathroom tub sprout broke and I called to get a quote on fixing it. I was told it would cost $70 just to show up and 1-1/2 hrs to fix it, at $110/ hr...plus the part which they said that they would have to see it to quote it the price.

That would be $235 before the replacement sprout. Total estimate over $300!! I found the replacement sprout for "$42.00" at Fergusion's Plumbing supply and it took me less than 1 minute to screw it on the wall.

Unbelivable? I checked out other plumbing companies and their quotes were similar. My advice, go to a Fergusion's with your broken fixture, and let them advise you on how to fix it yourself.

Phil from Lakewood Plumbing & Heating came out yesterday to repair my AC. I had mistakenly been using Applewood Plumbing & Heating, and last Friday they came out and overcharged me to replace a thermostat but I was in a pinch and needed it done.

On Sunday (two days later) my thermostat was set to 71, but it was 75 degrees. I called Applewood again, and they came out, he told me all of the issues he found with my AC (which was supposedly checked 2 days before), and the cheapest fix was $650 to do the bare minimum, and $3600 to repair everything, but I would get 20% if I bought the club membership.

Oh, and $9300 to replace the AC unit (not the furnace and AC, JUST the AC). I was very uneasy with this, so I stepped into the other room to call my father.

He uses Lakewood to service his office building and home, and he said to tell Applewood I needed time to think about it so they would leave. He then contacted Lakewood, and they sent Phil out.

Phil determined that I needed my AC unit cleaned (which Applewood didn't mention), that I needed new valve caps and some freon added. My capacitor and starter were functioning fine (Applewood said they were not).

Applewood also said I had a freon leak (which I don't). So, Lakewood fixed my problem for $371.

Applewood wanted ten times that to fix "everything" and most of that was bogus! I'm not the type of person to bad mouth companies, but I'm incredibly upset that I was taken advantage of by Applewood Plumbing & Heating. I AM the type of person to recommend great companies to others, and I will be recommending Lakewood Plumbing & Heating to everyone! We called Lakewood plumbing to investigate a leak under a kitchen sink in a rental property.

They were very prompt and scheduled an appointment later that day on a Monday. The plumber called to note it needed a replacement disposal.

He did not mention the cost. We approved based on the basic need.

Also we had used them in the past and pricIng seemed reasonable. A few days later we received the bill for $491 to replace the disposal.

This is incredibly high. I am not an expert about plumbers, which i precisely why I trust Lakewood Plumbing.

They are available 24/7, fair, informative, helpful, and their plumbers are customer centric. Plumbing issues are dreaded, but these guys minimize the pain.

Love 'em We had a problem with our boiler that another company wanted to charge us $12,000 to replace. I called Lakewood for a second opinion and Ray came out within the hour to take a look.

Not only did he initially quote us a much, much lower price to replace the boiler ... once he checked it out he said he couldn't do that because the boiler worked just fine and simply needed a routine cleaning to address the problem.

It's that kind of honesty and integrity you don't see enough of these days. I could not recommend this place more highly.

You're only as strong as your weakest link... Lynette is seriously rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

Some of the others like Torrey are great but once again, she ruined it. Won't be using these guys again until she's gone.

They gave me a free estimate last week regarding problems with my A/C unit, as it started putting out warm-cool air and not cold. They sent a tech out to checking it out and after looking it over, he said it needed refrigerant and said he could refrigerate it to make it ran colder, but it might last only a few weeks.

At the point, he mention he could give me a special price on a new A/C unit, but I thought I would wait till Spring to replace my A/C unit (no need to start the warranty this late in the year) and mention that to him, I thanked him and he then left. A few day later I notice the outdoor carpeting my A/C was sitting on outside on my porch started turning a green-yellow color and I am now wondering if this might have been caused by the remaining coolant somehow leaking out? Forgive me for not knowing the technician's name that I spoke with (Greg maybe).

Unfortunately, these guys didn't even do any work for me, but the reason for the 5 star review is due to the fact they told me they didn't have the time to come out and then made a recommendation on who to call. I was dealing with an emergency issue (to me anyway) where I needed a hot water heater either repaired or replaced ASAP.

The tech informed me that he was currently on a job that was going to be another 4+ hours and he wouldn't recommend waiting. My home was under contract and about to have an inspection and I didn't need water damage along with a bad hot water heater leaving an impression.

We had used Lakewood Plumbing previously for some plumbing maintenance issues and the service people were always very nice but they were NOT inexpensive. We had an issue with our air conditioning and they could not do the service call for 4 days (understandable since I am sure they were swamped due to the hot weather).

When the service rep arrived it took him no more than twenty minutes to diagnose the issue. He indicated that he did not have the part and would have to order it (this was on a Thursday).

We were told that he should be able to install it no latter than the next Tuesday. Well over a week went by and I followed up to check on the status of the service call.

Two messages left latter (with promises of a call back) and I had to call again the next day. I was told the parts were in but they could not get out until Friday to install it.

Very disappointing! I have family in another state in the plumbing and heating business and if they ran their business this way they would not be in business any longer. Updated: For those with ejector/sump pumps In my last review I was so happy because I didn't have to pay a dime - I gave this business 5 stars and even had them come out again to to snake my bathroom after the diagnosis.

However, two weeks ago, the rotten crap smell came back with a vengeance - it was hovering in the mechanical room for the last month, but finally broke out and entered the furnace.. and thus the rest of the house.

I had caulked, sealed, painted some sort of sealant that the plumber described to me all over the ejector pump top based on 2 separate recommendations from Lakewood Plumbing - but the smell came back. Convinced it was my ejector pump, I called an ejector pump specialist plumber.

Within 10 minutes he found out my main sewer line did not have a vent - plumbing 101 here. He cracked open the ejector pump to see if the smell was coming from there too...

nope, nothing but gray water from the washing machine. He then pointed out the remains of a drip from a pipe attached to the main sewer, we have crazy hard water/softener so it leaves the white markings behind.

It was then we could confirm the smell was coming from the sewer due to no vent on my main sewer line and was seeping through the crack in the pipe. Considering the smell has been around for 3+ months now, 1 month ago the residue would have still been there - Lakewood should have seen this.

I did have Lakewood come out a 2nd time, while smell was still raging before I painted it in sealant, snake my bathroom and that turned out well, but I was really disappointed to find out they didn't even take the time to look around at why the ejector pump smelled. I even asked them to caulk it for me professionally and the reply from the both the plumber and the front desk woman was 'we don't do that, if you want us to it's $100 an hour'.

What? Maybe if I had paid for the $100 an hour caulk job, they would have figured out the smell wasn't coming from the ejector pump, it was coming from cracked pipes with no main sewer line vent. What took another plumber, from 'Time Plumbing' if you're interested, 10 minutes to find, two visits from Lakewood couldn't find.

The thing I'm disappointed most about is that it's obvious they just didn't care about doing any investigation with the ejector pump. Plus it was ridiculously embarrassing to have another plumber look at a totally caulked and sealed ejector pump lid.

He just shook his head saying 'I can't believe a plumber told you to do this without even opening it up.' For almost two months there has been a sewage smell coming from my mechanical room that houses my ejector pump. The smell was off and on so it was somewhat easy to ignore since it was only downstairs in that room.

But then one day the smell creeped out of the room and started coming into my craft room and the kitchen upstairs! SO NASTY. My uncle owns his own HVAC but is so busy I don't want to take away his time for other customers.

He usually does all my plumbing and HVAC work, but the timing was not right on this one. I was terrified to call a plumber because since buying this house in March, nothing has been a "simple fix".

I looked at my coupon saver and called three other plumbers that never even called me back! I called Lakewood Plumbing after my first search online. The phone rang once before a lovely lady scheduled my appointment the next day.

Then the plumbers came out during the window they said. The guys looked around, and quickly discovered that my ejector pump had never been sealed or caulked so that was the cause of the smell.

They suggested I caulk any openings/seals and the smell would go away. It's been almost a week since they came and guess what after caulking it there is no smell!!! PRAISE THE HOUSE GODS AND LAKEWOOD PLUMBING.

The best part was the guys were here for about 5 minutes to diagnose the issue and didn't even charge me. This is how you win over a homeowner.

Lakewood plumbing will be my go to (don't tell my uncle!) My contractor tried to fix my leaky bathroom sink 3 times (from his own remodeling work), and couldn't get the job done. So...

I decided to call a plumber instead. The first one quoted $250, the second one $850! I called Lakewood Plumbing, and Marty fixed it for $140.

It was simply a cracked valve. I'll use him again, fair and efficient! Still waiting on my quote.

It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard a thing, even after following up with the plumber. They clearly don't need the business.

Had them do a small valve replacement job which took less than 1.25 hours and they charged me over $400. Will not have them back! Lakewood Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home a little over a year ago.

This year, the a/c hasn't worked properly since I turned it on in June. Lakewood responded quickly each time I called and just replaced the entire central air conditioning unit, all at no cost to me.

It's reassuring to find a company that takes such good care of it's customers when there's no more money to be made. Made an appointment as I had a leak from my HVAC that was very concerning and dripping into the crawlspace.

No Call No Show. Had to wait the entire Thanksgiving weekend before I could get someone out.

This group is a joke. When I called to ask where the late attendant was at 11am they told me he was on his way.

Here it is 5 days later and no one has arrived. Not sure I can really rate them because despite their in line form to get a quote, they don't contact you.

My friend also tried. Two weeks.

I moved on. These guys overcharge for their services.

They came out twice and charged $250 each time. Please be aware that they bill travel time into their fees so don't use them if you are not in Lakewood.

Customer service is also poor and they are not responsive when you request assistance. I would recommend Plumbline for all plumbing needs.

I am updating and upgrading my previous review. I had a boiler replaced by Lakewood about 10 years ago.

After numerous servicing calls Lakewood and I agreed that the original installer Brian made numerous errors in designing and installing the system. Lakewood was forthcoming in providing a much better design to remove the old system and replaced it with a better design.

While the replacement system was not cheap, Lakewood covered costs associated with the previous poor installation work and offered a very competitive price along with agreeing to cover maintenance and provide a labor warrantee. This time I had a much better experience with the installment team who were timely, responsive and professional.

Very disappointed here. I set up an appointment a week early and gave them a parts list.

I called the day before to confirm the appointment time as we had another contractor there to assist in the remodel. The plumber showedup late, without the parts, and then left early.

The job was done wrong so we had to call another plumber to tear out all the work and re-install it correctly. I am very picky and this is the 5th plumbing service I have used.

Great service. I had a problem on Wed night.

Called on Thursday and they were here on time on Friday. The other places weren't available until the following week.

Quick service. A bit pricey, but well worth it to have it done right.

Steve was a great guy and great with the dogs. I highly recommend.

I needed a new water heater smack in the middle of the holidays. After calling around to several plumbers and Lowes (who wanted to waaay over charge me for installation) I found Lakewood Plumbers.

The next day I got a new unit installed quickly, cleanly and at a decent price. I highly recommend these guys.

I've used them a couple times for some minor plumbing repairs. The office staff was super friendly.

They were able to accommodate my schedule even though had to change my appointment a few times because I had to coordinate with the HOA. They did the job quickly and the pricing seemed reasonable.

These guys were awesome. My boyfriend and I showed up to a leak in our master bathroom, which covered the entire floor.

Within 10 minutes of speaking to the operator, Steve, called us back and was at our house on the Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed our leak.

I would definitely hire Lakewood Plumbing again in the future!! I had Lakewood Plumbing bid on a job to install a 4 inch cleanout on my main sewer line. I was able to describe exactly what I needed over the phone and got a soft quote immediately.

Once I knew I wanted them according to the quote they gave me I asked them to do a drive by and give me a hard quote. I'm happy to say the quote didn't change at all.

Their guys came out in the springtime snow and installed the cleanout and then buried it the next day after the city made their inspection. It was a good experience and they were very competitive with their pricing.

Some of the Yelp reviews made me a question them a bit but they have great reviews everywhere else so I went ahead and used them. Their guys were polite and worked hard not to destroy my garden where they had to dig 8 feet down.

It's an excellent company and one I fully recommend for your plumbing needs. As good as it gets.

Needed a new furnace and AC combo, contacted 6 local bidders and received 5 bids (one other installer wasn't on the Xcel approved contractor list..check yours carefully, no rebates unless they are on the list...Lakewood is)...Had Ray Chavez out to the house and he gave me a very thorough list of options explaining what each would do for me. I am that guy that asks a 1000 questions, Ray didn't mind at all and I got the feeling I was dealing with a waiter at Morton's...things were going to be done right, no fast talk, plain answers and the "of course" attitude...very pleasant experience.

Followed up with Ray on a few questions I had derived from the other bidders and his answers seemed to me to be straight forward and rational, not everyone was that way! I appreciated Ray being patient and never felt like I was bothering him, he returned my emails and phone calls promptly. Installation day went as smooth as could be, Chad & Brad showed up on time and worked hard through the day.

Install was done as expected and the new sweet machines were hummin. Not extra charges, no install day gotchas.

Brad did the excel paperwork and testing (its extensive) to ensure I would get the rebates. The guys were friendly and didn't ever seem put-out with my questions along the way.

Passed inspection with flying colors. Ray has been great answering followup questions, certainly not one of those companies that once the contract is signed, they're moving on.

Obviously a good experience, highly recommend them. This past weekend, my entire neighborhood suffered backed up sewer lines forcing sewer water and raw sewage (yep! disgusting!) up through the floor drains into our basements.

After the clean-up, it became clear that an easy solution to having this not happen again was to have a backflow preventer (or backwater preventer, the correct terminology escapes me, as I've been told by two different outfits that one term is correct over the other) installed on the floor drain to allow water to flow down through it, but not to come up from underneath (ie: no more sewer water from the main sewer lines coming UP through the drain would be allowed). After calling a national plumbing service and having them come out only to have them tell me they "can only do this on commercial buildings" (what?!?!), I called Lakewood Plumbing at 3pm in the afternoon.

Lynette took my initial call and was very courteous. I told her what I needed and that I would like someone to come out as quickly as possible.

She assured me that they could certainly help, and told me that she would check her technician's schedule to see when he could come out, and call me back. She called me back promptly and told me someone could be at my home between 8-8:30AM the next day.

This morning at 8:25AM, Scott, the technician arrived at my home. He installed the backflow preventer quickly, and was friendly and courteous.

He also gave me good advice on what to have installed in the future bathroom to prevent city main-line sewer water from coming in when I have the basement finished later this summer. The total charges were a few dollars under what I was initially quoted.

I felt the price was a little high for the overall service, which is why this review is 4 stars instead of 5, but I will certainly use this company again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Disappointed with the service.

Requested a Heating and AC Service on my new to me house. The AC was serviced.

Heat was ignored. Called and questioned why the gas was off to the Heat Was told it was not serviced and not billed.

Still don't know if the heat works and now looking for another Heat and AC Service company. Going to have to pay an additional service charge for work that should have been done.

Guess I should have known a company named Lakewood Plumbing specializes in Plumbing and not Heat / AC Service. This was my first time calling a plumber and I was very nervous that I would be taken advantage of because I know nothing about plumbing.

I could not be happier with the service I received. They explained everything to me and did an amazing job.

I will definitely use them again in the future. Work performed as quoted.
