Review and analyze now for company TNT Home Services and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''I hired them to install a Corro-Protec brand powered anode rod in my water heater, and they did a good job. It is hard to find anyone who is willing to do this work; no one seems to be familiar with the powered anode rods.
I was referred to them by Yelp Projects. They responded almost immediately to my Yelp request, and were able to come out the next day.
Their communication is excellent; I got numerous messages confirming my appointment and letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a follow-up call to check that everything was satisfactory. My only gripe (for which I knocked off a star) is that they are very expensive, even as plumbers go.
They charged $857 for a 1-1/4 hour job, for which I provided the materials. One nice feature, though, is that they do flat-rate pricing based on the job and not on time, so you know in advance how much it is going to cost.
Main sewer line backed up last week. After wasting several days with another plumbing company (and enduring three separate visits by them with three different techs and the problem still not being resolved), I called TNT.
Eric quickly came out, re-scoped the line and provided a reasonable estimate for actually clearing the line. Then he showed up on time (with all needed tools) and cleaned the line as promised the following day.
Instead of adding to the stress of the situation like the first company I worked with, Eric was professional, courteous, competent and FIXED the immediate problem. Thank you, TNT! $450+ for a scheduled 20 minute, uneventful appointment in the middle of the day.
I won't call them again Plumbing service and repairs requested, but since I live in Sterling, Colorado it is too far for this business to service. But, they were nice, polite, kind to listen and that helped.
Sterling, is too far in the country. Unable to get many services to come to Sterling for various reasons.
Recently, the electric kickspace heater went out in my tenant's unit. I contacted TNT and asked them if they service this type of heater.
They said yes and that they would send someone out for a free estimate. A technician came out to take a look.
Later, I called TNT to enquire about the visit and was told that someone would call me to discuss the results. The technician never contacted me and on top of that, I was charged for the visit.
I called the office several times and was finally told by the receptionist that there was possibly a problem with the fan or the switch and they were doing research and would get back to me. They finally did get back to me 13 days after the initial visit and I was told that they don't service kickspace heaters after all.
Some Yelp users seem to be happy with TNT but this is not the case with me. I cannot recommend this company and I can only give them one star.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM! They will try and rip you off giving extremely high prices! We found water behind our washer and dryer Sunday evening and couldn't find the source. Called TNT Monday morning and got scheduled for Wednesday morning.
Josh came out, found the source of the leak, and had us fixed up within the hour. Would definitely recommend these guys to others and will definitely use them again if needed in the future! When I was looking for an HVAC/plumbing company, I reached out for referrals on Facebook, and I got quite a few recommendations to utilize TNT.
So the first time I utilized their services, it was for kind of a rare situation, and though their techs were great, the owner Ronnie had to come help with the assist to solve the issue. This group of guys was amazing.
Well, last year around Christmas, I noticed my heater wasn't working, so without hesitation, I knew which company I'd call after the first interaction and how satisfied I was with their work, to the point I even signed up for their year-long membership. So, as we were about to near the very negative wind chills that were to be -40, I was told I needed a new furnace.
As a single mom with an 8 year old and 1 year old, this was a no-brainer to get it taken care of immediately. The cost, $6k.
Again, TNT was quite efficient and was able to get it replaced within 36 hours. Well, now fast forward to right as this weather is getting hotter recently, I go to turn on my a/c, and it's not working.
I ensure no fuses are blown and the thermostat is ok. Everything seems ok.
I reach out again to TNT because who else am I calling at this point when I felt I had created a trustworthy relationship with them. Upon scheduling them to come out, they stated it would be a week until they could be here.
No big deal, we weren't in the biggest heat wave just yet. They state it will be a $99 service call, but that would go to any work that needs to be done.
Mind you, my a/c was working just fine prior to the furnace install. I ask since I just gave them $6k recently if I could get a discount as it worked prior to their installation.
I was told by the operator that she would speak to her manager, and then she returns back to the call and says the manager said no. I ask for any of the services that I paid for the yearly membership, of any of those services I did not utilize, I could get a discount, not even for free, operator again goes back to her manager who again says no.
By now, I'm getting discouraged in TNT if this is how they treat someone who has consistently used their services and within the last 6 months given them $6k, but I continue to keep the appointment. In conversation with my neighbor, who is certified in HVAC, he comes over to check the system as I had vented my frustrations to him.
Well, come to find out, the tech who installed the furnace did not properly wire the a/c when he had replaced the furnace. My neighbor then asked why I got a new furnace, I told him because TNT told me I needed one.
Again, the neighbor is HVAC certified and says that it would've just needed a control board change, a total of $160. You can imagine the disgust and the pit that hit my stomach.
As a single mom of 2 kids, I was taken for $6k right before Christmas and now continue to have to pay for a furnace I didn't even need and hope to even pay it off before the no interest offer is over. To top it off, the integrity of TNT is now in question.
Did the tech purposely not connect the a/c to get another service call? Why was a control board not even a suggestion? Do they do this to every single mom or to the elderly? So many questions came to mind. So I called TNT and got the same operator and explained how I'd like to cancel the upcoming service call.
She asks why, and I explain the situation and that my neighbor repaired their mistake. She stated she would let her manager know of the situation.
Well, you would think I would then get some sort of call from the manager inquiring or reassuring or apologizing for the error, but I got nothing. So I jumped on Yelp to see if any customers have had issues with TNT, and in many responses, I see the business manager, Laura, rather than take ownership for any wrong doing in any situation, try to pass the blame on the customer which I am sure in somehow, someway she will come across this review and do the same.
Save yourself the trouble folks. Do not use this company.
Poor leadership, untrustworthy processes, and taking advantage of those that are trusting them being the "professionals." My water heater leaked all over the place in my closet and was already nearing its end of life, so I needed an emergency replacement. Tyler came out to my place the same day with a brand new water heater and got it installed in no time -- everything's working well so far! Tyler was incredibly kind and friendly, which is always a plus with contractors.
The overall cost of service seemed a lot higher than average, compared to other quotes I got a little further out, but since it was an emergency, it balanced out (it's more on me for not having it inspected and replaced sooner), and TNT includes an inspection membership for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. which easily saves hundreds in separate inspections and small repairs, and it transfers between home owners which is great! The key will be taking advantage of it all! I scheduled an appointment over the phone with TNT Home Services, but no one showed up, called, or emailed.
They were a no show/no call. Very disappointing.
I will call another company to help me with my needs. 0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I would like to offer a better rating but this is the first time that I am giving a "0". Because of its excellent past ratings I decided to give TNT a try for a frozen pipe.
Boy am I sorry I did. TNT confirmed my appointment between 8 - 10 AM.
I received a message that my technician was on his way at 8:25 AM. I had to call the TNT dispatcher back twice to get why their technician was so late after being on his way at 8:25 AM.
Their TNT technician finally arrived AFTER 10 AM. Next, I showed the technician exactly where the pipe was leaking in the basement.
Since there was drywall, he said it would cost $530 just to cut into the drywall and nothing more. I took out my portable saw out and cut around the leak for the TNT technician in four minutes.
The small split in my 1/2 inch copper pipe was immediately evident. He gave me a price of $990 just to replace a 3 inch piece of copper with additional charges for any additional work at all.
After being late, not being updated on his lateness and outrageous pricing; I told the TNT technician to forget the work and charge me the $79 Water Line Repair Diagnostic advertised on their website that was agreed to at the time of my booking. He refused to leave my house until I paid his $210 diagnostic charge.
TNT is a total rip off, and I fully expect their management to take care of its customers they advertise on their website ... "Behind all of the work we do is an unmatched level of honesty and integrity." #1 in customer service! #1 in quality! I recommend them to all real estate clients, and have personally used them for my kitchen remodel, basement kitchen, toilet replacement, they're fixing a leak and installing my new tub next week! Kristen Wiley Equity Colorado I'm late in posting this review, but a couple weeks ago we had TNT come out to fix a toilet flange replacement my husband started, but he was in way over his head.
Hubby really screwed the pooch on this one, but with TNT's knowledge and experience the job was handled in just a couple hours. We'll be having TNT out again to run a gas line to our stove, because electric stoves are the devil's playground and I will have no more of it! Thank you TNT, you are much appreciated! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cost us over a $1,000 in damages they did to our furnace.
Whoever they sent over had no idea what they were doing and they fried our control board. He worked on it for hours and then left saying he couldn't fix it.
You could smell that something had burnt. I had to have an emergency HVAC guy come in after because we had no heat.
He diagnosed the problem (which was a simple fix) but had to replace the control board late at night which cost us a fortune. Afterwards, TNT Home Services would not return my calls and took no ownership of their mess.
I never write reviews but felt I had to after this experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They installed our new furnace and a/c.
Everything was fantastic. Joined the club and now get seasonal servicing.
Very affordable. I was having an emergency with a large leak happening in my ceiling, the wonderful women that answered the phone worked with me and found someone to come out asap! The plumber that came was awesome, so helpful, and really explained everything so well! I'll definitely be recommending this company! I'll give this two stars because TNT was responsive, on time, and our tech, Alec was friendly albeit well, misguided at best.
It goes south from there however. After Alec looked inside at the housing for the unit for all of 3 minutes as I explained there was slight icing on the lines, he proceeded to tell me that my problem was definitely going to be cause by low pressure on my system that was running "illegal R-22" refrigerant.
He took a few pictures of my equipment on his iPad before going outside to measure my pressure. My landlord had told me the previous tenants had loosened the fittings prior to us moving in so I assumed it would be low.
Alec confirmed this and told us we had a leak in our system and since we were running "illegal coolant," it would be a total loss and quoted us at nearly $7,000 for a full replacement on top of the $80 service call. We had a 3rd opinion out today who actually opened our blower unit and checked the coil (both of which were filthy do to previous tenants using the wrong size filter.) He then informed us R-22 was not illegal but just being moved away from by the industry and that he's topped our system off with all of 1 pound, which he didn't think was too bad considering the decade the system had gone unserviced.
After cleaning the coil and blower, a slight recharge and $200 later I have cold AC. Despite the obvious attempt at duping us into work we didn't need, our guy did say their price was reasonable for what they quoted.
So I guess take it with a grain of salt? If you know EXACTLY what you need these guys will get you taken care of with efficiency, however you may pay through the nose for work you didn't need if you don't. ? TNT is amazing.
They are extremely communicative, professional and friendly. I have had a great experience with all employees.
I like them so much I ask for their recommendations on complimentary services and have never been disappointed. I continue to use their services and highly recommend them.
When we called up, the said they needed to come on sight for an estimate. When they couldn't beat an earlier estimate, the plumber who came out berated my mother who was only trying to be helpful in the transaction saying, "I came all this way out here to fix your crappy toilet and you're not even going to do it? You wasted my time." Your hard ball sales technique is terrible.
Think first before you berate a mother who is only trying to be helpful in the transaction. We had some issues with our faucet and kitchen plumbing and Ronnie, the owner of TNT plumbing promptly responded and fixed the issues with ease.
Working with him and his team was fast and easy, and I would highly recommend his business. Showed up with a good crew and installed my new heat pump and hot water by noon the same day.
Will use again if needed. Sometimes it's that extra touch that really defines a company and the integrity of its employees.
We celebrated Thanksgiving with family, and we got home that night, we found that the house was unusually cold. I went downstairs to inspect our ancient heater unit (seriously this thing is from the 1960s, my landlord is cheap, what can you do), and heard a flapping noise emanating from within.
The unit itself was running, but obviously not producing heat. I called my landlord and told him the situation, but he informed me that he was out of state for the holiday and couldn't come by to make the repair himself, and told me to find a company to send out a technician and he would pay the bill over the phone.
I found TNT Plumbing here on Yelp, and based on their great reviews, I decided to give them a call the following morning. I spoke with Darci, who was amazing -- very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about our lack of heat on such a cold and snowy day.
By that afternoon, they were sending a tech my way. When Jeb arrived, he was courteous and knowledgeable, and got right to work.
He pulled the lower cover of the heater unit and immediately found that the blower belt had snapped (this poor thing looked like it had been holding on for ages, but finally gave up the ghost). He was a bit surprised to see a furnace that's as old as ours, and told me that it's been a very, very long time since furnaces were built with blower belts.
So long, in fact, that plumbers/technicians simply do not carry belts in their inventories anymore because they are so outdated. I was worried at this point -- it had been at least 24 hours since we had a working heater, and our little space heater wasn't doing much to make the house warmer.
This is where that extra touch comes in. Jeb excused himself, and proceeded to go drive to the auto shops in our area to see if he could find a car motor belt that was the same size as the one for our furnace.
Sure enough, he eventually found one, and returned to our place. Within ten minutes, Jeb replaced the belt and had heat pumping into our house.
He also inspected the unit for other signs of wear and tear, tightening a few screws here and there. We couldn't believe the level or service we got -- even though it wasn't a huge repair, Jeb & TNT went so far above and beyond what could be reasonably expected, even from a well-reviewed company like theirs.
The entire experience told me that this company isn't out to just make a buck and provide basic service; they actually care about the people they help. Jeb didn't need to go out on the icy roads to search for a belt that may or may not be available, but he did, and we're grateful for that.
Fortunately my landlord now accepts that the heater is too old and needs to be fully replaced (yay!), and we will absolutely be using TNT for that project. Thanks again to Jeb, Darci, Ronnie & Co! Called TNT after being in a pinch with our leaky kitchen sink.
They were able to come out the next morning and did everything they could to be at my house as soon as possible. Larry showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.
He had all the parts necessary to repair the sink faucet on the spot. So I opted to do so.
Pricing was definitely on the high side from what I could tell upon further research. I say this because he was here for less than an hour which would amount to quite the hourly rate after all was said and done.
This is why it's four stars and not five. With that said, the customer service and quick response nearly made up for the cost (the faucet also comes with a one year warranty with TNT).
And I know if there are issues TNT will be right back out to take care of it. I highly recommend contacting them through Yelp! Ronnie was super responsive through the app! I will likely shop around for possible lower prices next time if I'm not in such a pinch, but wouldn't be surprised if I stuck with TNT for the sake of reliability.
We have a BBQ stub out, but wanted a professional to install the stub out line to our gas grill. Not worth the risk to play with gas! I asked for quotes from 3 groups through Home Advisor and Yelp.
TNT provided a quick quote, scheduled me the same week, and arrived on time. Not only that, but Larry also walked me through the stub out line, what he was doing, and what I should request from our builder.
He went out of his way to inform and educate me, which I am so grateful for. Going forward, TNT will be our plumbers of choice.
Thanks Larry and Ronnie! I worked with technician Duke Ferguson; what an outstanding guy! First off, he did me a huge favor by communicating with me over the weekend (even though their business hours are from 8-5PM, Mon-Fri) in order to set up an appointment for Monday morning. He provided me with frequent updates to inform me of his ETA in the hours leading to the appointment.
He conducted himself in an extremely professional manner. Duke provided me with a free quote for some HVAC finish work in my basement (which I am in the process of finishing).
He even provided me with some tips and tricks because I had expressed a desire to do some, if not all, of the work myself. Most contractors would shut down as soon as they heard the term "D.I.Y".
Duke was not one of them. He said it himself- "we're in the business of establishing relationships".
I'm sold! I will use TNT for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. My husband called and got a quote to service the air conditioning system.
He was quoted a price of 80 to 100 dollars. When they came it just needed the once a year cleaning like we do every year.
EVERYTHING was fine. He was done in less than 30 min.
When it came time to collect the money it was now 289.00 . Will never use again.we could have had our home warranty do this for 100.00,but we tried to give to local businesses Never will make that mistake again.
BE AWARE before you hire this company. They are NOT honest.
I read your comment back. No where was a price for 289.00.
You can say what you want but you are not honest. I could have had this done for 100.00.
The technician should have let us know what the charge would be. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau.
I own a business and never would I ever do this to a person. I have since checked with other companies and they ALL agreed with me I should not have been charged more than 100.00 for the little they did.
Rob and Michael came over and set me up with a new reverse osmosis water filter and sink faucet in under an hour. They are efficient, kind and very good at what they do.
I would recommend TNT to a friend for sure and I'll be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Terrible experience.
Needed a shower wall removed to move the shower valve back. He took off the shower door and broke a screw off in the bottom rail where it cannot be removed.
He removed the valve brace but did not move the valve - he just pushed it back and put the wall back up. He did not glue the shower wall to the stud as the manufacturer instructions showed - telling me that he has never had to glue the wall before.
He did not reinstall the shower door - as he knew he had broken it and told me to have the drywall person reinstall it. He also stole a $90+ part from me.
When you spend $250 an hour you should get professional work - you should have a working shower after that but all I have is a not working shower that I needed fixed before my surgery. I told him that is why I needed it fixed.
Obviously he just wanted his money and he left me in a worse situation than before he started. I don't know what I am going to do now and I only have a couple of days before my surgery.
I let him know I was not happy and he brought my part back and left it on my front porch when I wasn't home but did nothing to get the shower in a usable condition, or offer to pay for the broken rail. * 9/15/2019 Yes, I am sorry too that I was put in this position where I have to warn others.
This is not slander just the facts. Where I come from if you take something that is not yours without permission it is called "stealing" even if it is returned.
And it was only returned because I called them out on it 10 days afterwards when I tried to find the part. I'm sure they would not have returned it otherwise.
They would like to blame others for the broken rail but it was NOT broken prior to TNT working on it. The door was installed correctly and functioning correctly without any damage prior to TNT removing it.
The door was not removed correctly by TNT as per manufacturers instructions even though they had the instructions in hand. The door was removed by "force" which caused the broken screw.
They removed frame screws from one side and then pushed and banged on the frame until it gave way and broke the screw holding it together. The other side of the door frame is still attached to the wall where the instructions clearly show that the entire frame should be removed as one piece, so the force they used broke the frame apart.
The broken screw remained in the bottom rail and cannot be removed. I had it looked at by a few guys, including the guy who originally installed the door, they all tried but were unable to get it out so a new screw could go in.
My purpose in this review is to warn others so that they are not taken advantage of. I don't have time or patience for excuses and casting of blame.
I paid good money to get the valve fixed. I did NOT hire them to fix the shower door as there was nothing wrong with it until they touched it to remove it.
It's hard to pay 40 hours of wages for 3 hours of help that creates more issues than it solves. I have received 2 calls from them - one after I asked where my missing part was and one when I posted this review.
Only on the last call was a "remedy" offered. Time is up to provide a remedy as I am scheduled for surgery as they knew and I will be immobile for 8 weeks, without my shower to use.
I will need to deal with this after my recovery now and I will not pay $250 an hour to them to fix what they broke. I had a great experience with TNT Plumbing.
My call was returned promptly (on a Sunday) and I was scheduled the next day! Ronnie was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and took the time to explain the issue and how it could be resolved.
He offered a reasonably priced quote to replace our kitchen faucet. He did a great job replacing it and showed me how to use the new one.
I plan to call Ronnie in the future and will recommend him to others. If you are trying to find someone to install a water treatment system, call Ron at TNT Plumbing.
The experience and knowledge are amazing, besides being a genuinely nice guy. We needed an Aquasana whole house system EQ1000 installed and very difficult to find a plumber who is truly experienced in water treatment systems.
Ron brought in his team and accomplished the task. Highly recommend TNT Plumbing for any water treatment or filtration needs.
Worth every penny. From the 1st phone call to Laura all the way to the completion of repairs/install by Ronnie I had an above average experience.
Professional, friendly people who pay attention to the details and care about their customers. I got more than one quote and they were competitive but the service was so much better.
Would definitely call them again for plumbing needs! Called them over a month ago to repair a leaking shower head. Owner said he needed to order a part and then he'd get back to me.
Heard nothing after a month. Called back a week ago to get him to call me back - still nothing.
Their rates are egregiously high - even with the "veteran's discount". Charged me $400 to repipe the P-trap under a sink.
Contacted TNT Plumbing to quote a project. A week after coming out we still did not have a quote.
TNT Plumbing seemed to be good people so we are a bit puzzled as to why we didn't heard back from them. Hope all is okay...
Extremely negative experience - loss of customer On November 27, 2019, Larry from TNT plumbing inspected my plumbing problems. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
I was provide an itemized estimate #1946. I set up an appointment to have the work done at 8am, Monday, December 2, 2019.
Jeb arrived at 8:30, which was ok, considering road conditions. He seemed half asleep and I immediately sensed that he radiated a significant negative attitude.
Nevertheless I showed him the kitchen, basement lines, and master bath toilet. I was polite, friendly, and cordial in doing so.
He pulled the toilet and placed it on the bathroom floor. I had laid down several sections of 1 mil plastic, but he did not use them.
Water leaked under the toilet area baseboards, which I had just painted. I ran downstairs to get paper towels.
He said he would take care of it, and walked down to his truck and walked back upstairs with a towel to mop up the water. He confirmed that the flange need to be repaired.
He said the flange repair would cost $600 to repair. I sad that was a lot higher than the estimate his company had given me.
He said that he didn't have the estimate; his company just sent him down. I said, well, it's your company - you should have a copy of the estimate.
I offered to show him the invoice, so we went to my computer and I started to pull up the invoice. Then he interrupted me and said: "You know what ticks me off is I had to get up at 5am and load my truck and drive all the way down here to meet you." I couldn't believe what he just said.
I replied, "You have a pissy attitude. You're fired." He tried to talk me out of it, but I told him again that he was fired.
I said sometimes things just don't work out. We shook hands and he left.
So now I'm stuck with a toilet sitting in the middle of my bathroom and a refrigerator delivery tomorrow that I had to cancel because the water supply line will not be installed (I have been without a refrigerator for two months.) I also have to mop up all of the toilet water he tracked on the rest of my bathroom floor and my brand new carpet (not sure what to do about the carpet - probably have it steam cleaned). Then I have to seal the toilet flange with plastic and duct tape.
Also, the toilet seat cover is now significantly scratched. I know I didn't do it.
It's possible that another plumbing company did it last week when giving me an estimate, but I suspect the damage was done by TNT. I was not aware that TNT was based only in Firestone.
If they cover the Littleton area, I would presume that they had staff who were competent, willing and able to cover the area. I have never had such a terrible experience with a service company.
Note that the owner Ron called me after the incident. I explained what happened and why I would not have TNT do plumbing work.
He said that they do not do business that way and was very apologetic. I told him I believed what he said, but I still could not do business with his company.
Also note that Darci, who scheduled the appointment, was extremely courteous and helpful. Truly great experience with these guys.
Had a few good bids, but these guys were more than on top of it - prompt, tidy job, great install and now I have endless hot water. Would/will call them again in a second! Strongest recommendation.
Awesome company and will now be the ones I turn to for plumbing needs. Contacted them with a specific need and they were great on getting a direct estimate.
They also went out of the way to work around my schedule. Ronnie was a professional and preformed the work quickly and made sure to adjust the pipes to make sure that it couldnt happen as easily.
Highly recommend. I purchased a complete shower kit with new head, next, control valve, etc...
wanted to use the existing valve hardware but ended up okaying a complete reinstall. Not totally convinced the plumber tried to adapt existing valve-both were Delta.
Instead of presenting options he started to pack up and leave me without installation so I agreed to a new install. $875.00.
Still in shock but it's new and working. Went to turn it on upon completion-no water.
After seeing the confusion, I suggested he check the shower head for obstruction. That's what it was.
Not sure he had a lot of experience installing shower hardware but it got done but my remodel job got set back another two months due to this expense. The workmanship was good.
It's not hard to sweat dozen joints and connection sleeves, just expensive. We hired them to put ventilation in our attic.
They showed up on time wearing a mask and gave us an estimate. On the day they were scheduled they let me know they were running late and again when they were on their way.
They were polite and professional. They left the area clean.
They wore masks when they came to do the work. They were friendly and answered our questions.
I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Excellent, friendly, and prompt service, very reasonable too! They came to replace a shower cartridge, and now they're our go-to for all of our plumbing needs.
We had a bit of a plumbing emergency with our antique claw foot tub faucet over Labor Day weekend. I called and emailed TNT Plumbing that Saturday and got a super quick response (within 15 minutes) and an appointment scheduled first thing the next business day.
My husband and I were impressed by the quick and friendly service we received as well as the reasonable price. We will be trusting all of our future plumbing needs to TNT and will be recommending them to our friends.
Highly recommended....Michael did a gas line for a new range. Not only is he friendly he is knowledgeable very professional.
Will use TNT again! It's great to work with Ronnie. He's quick to respond, explains everything and provides options for how to address an issue.
Had a problem outside faucet that had burst and was putting water into our finished basement. Thankfully, it was only leaking when the faucet was on.
We called TNT and they were able to get Larry out the next day. I cannot remember the ladies name who answered the phone, but I felt if we would have had an issue we couldn't mediate on the day we called they would have made it that day.
As it was, they were apologetic about it taking a day. Larry arrived at our house right on time, he gave us a conservative estimate and explained what his repairs would entail.
Once he got to work, he was methodical and followed his explanation to the letter. He showed us why he did things and the issue he found.
He was able complete his repairs in under 30 minutes and significantly adjusted his estimate down as he was able to do the repairs quickly. Understand, what he had to do was still what he explained the issue would be, and while circumstances to access the issue undoubtedly helped on the time to repair, revising the bill down from an agreed upon estimate is not always done.
We will not hesitate to call TNT going forward and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Ronnie was on time and very knowledgeable.
Took care of the problem that two plumbing companies before him couldn't figure out. And all that for an affordable price.
I wouldn't just highly recommend them, they're the only ones I'd recommend. I had contacted a company called Lion Home Svcs.
to extend a gas line from under my deck to the top of my deck so we could grill for a holiday. This other company quoted $800+ dollars to do the job.
I found TNT online and Ronnie came out within a couple of days and did a fantastic job. His pricing was 1/3rd of the other company.
He even came back with some "improved" parts the next week and replaced them for free. Very happy with this company.
We really got lucky to have found an ethical company with solid experience and a focus on a happy customer.'''.
