it was easy and quick to get an appointment. They came within the window that was given to us.
Most importantly, they were honest and told us the status of our pipe and what it would look like if it needed to be replaced. Thank you for the great service! Once again needed their excellent service! Noticed the basement toilet in my parents house wasn't flushing properly and the shower had grit and a smell coming out of the drain.
Called and got an appointment for Monday between 3-6pm. The super-friendly and efficient receptionist told me I could call Saturday at 6:30am for a first come, first serve appointment.
I called at 6:31am and was placed on the list. At 7:15am the technician, Matt P.
called and said he was on his way. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and very efficient.
He immediately got to work and made sure to cover all areas with tarps in order to keep them clean. Definitely found a clog that if not corrected soon would have been a major problem.
He cleaned up all areas afterwards and the cost was very reasonable with a senior discount! Problem solved and no more clog and smells! This is my go to company for these types of problems and I have them on speed-dial! I just started using Colorado Sewer Service and I am really happy I did. I have called them out to a couple to my office buildings.
They come in a timely manner always polite. They have really good pricing so I will be using the for now on with all my building.
I have used Colorado Sewer Service for many years. I am always very happy with the responsiveness and excellent work.
Norman and his helper Evan were prompt, clean and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
I had good service from Colorado Sewer when the main drain started to back up. Everything started to drain real slowly, then water backed up from a basement drain and a shower stall in the basement.
They came out about 24 hours later and cleaned out the main sewer line. There were some tree roots creeping into the line which they cut out.
Price was $199 and they didn't try to upcharge us. Everything has been draining quickly and without issues for 4 months now.
They recommended getting the line checked periodically for tree root encroachment. Norman always does great work and good explanations and advice.
He worked on my kitchen sinks and outdoor sump pump drain obstruction. His helper Ethan is also a pleasant young man and good helper.
Amazing work! Had an emergency at our office during our busy season. Appreciated their prompt service and expertise.
I have used Colorado Sewer Service for annual maintenance on my line for many years. I was selling my home and requested a clean-out and a video for the sale.
I did not ask for my usual reliable plumber to expedite scheduling. Anthony could not get the line past 116'.
This surprised me immensely -- since the line had been cleaned less than 6 months ago. He videoed it (with a 1/2 inch camera) and said there was an offset, which he marked.
He recommended Dig Boss for repairs. Their estimate was over $12,000.
Upon getting a second video, from another company -- they used a 2" camera and were able to easily get all the way to the end of the sewer line. Their diagnosis was that the offset was typical for a clay pipe, it was the same as it had been originally laid and no repairs were needed.

Have used these guys before. No comparison- we've used several, and this is the only company that has never used scare tactics - trust me we had one company (large, well-established, and well-advertised) company send two guys in uniform - one guy was hard core sales telling me (female) all the terrible things that were going to happen if we didn't upgrade our whole system .
Fast forward my husband came home and told him no. The guy literally got aggressive.
That is not how Colorado Sewer Svc does business! George came yesterday. Immediately trouble shot the problem (which btw was not as complex as we thought).
He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions. I asked him about a particular service related to our main line.
He said, none of your symptoms warrant that. Saving us money! We'll never call another company.
Don't waste your time or money with another company. Thanks George! I was recommended to this company by my regular plumbing company for main line services.
They were early for the appointment time and went right to work once they made a diagnosis of the issue. They completed the service and cleaned up after themselves.
I am very satisfied with the service I received from their booking agent to completion of service. I would use them again if needed We contacted Colorado Sewer Service after having another local sewer service company help us with a pipe obstruction in our home sewer.
The other company did a great job in determining where the blockage was; however, after multiple attempts they were not able to completely remove the blockage. We called Colorado Sewer Service on a Monday (late afternoon) and requested their high-pressure jetting service.
We spoke with Monica who was personable and professional. She was able to schedule the service the following morning which was very appreciated.
On the day of the service, they contacted us to let us know they were about 45 minutes out from the appointment. When they arrived, Coleman (and another gentleman) were professional and friendly.
They took the time to determine what other services we had previously attempted to help us with the obstruction and they took care in handling the high-pressure jetting in our home. They were quick, thorough, and Coleman took much time in answering our many questions about the service and the future care of our pipes, etc.
We appreciate everything they did to help us with this very unpleasant situation at our home. They were professional, friendly, and very patient with us.
Highly recommended! This company is fantastic. Honest, reliable, and competent.
I lived with backed up sewage in my basement for almost two weeks as I struggled to find an honest and reliable service. I was quoted prices from $500-$7,000 (because of course a portion of my outdoor line needed to be dug up and replaced).
Finally got a recommendation for these guys and they were amazing. Showed up within 2 hours, charged what they quoted, said there was nothing wrong with my pipes and - most importantly - cleared my line! Save this info in case your ever need someone good and reliable.
Another note, they never asked me for a favorable review on any site. Of course I'm posting my appreciation everywhere anyway.
We had some issues with brown water coming up from shower and all of the drains gurgling when the basement washing machine, shower or toilet was used. I was able to schedule a sewer clean out within a few days and they showed up right on time and got everything taken care of within 90 minutes.
Very professional (one guy said he's been doing this 20 years) and even gave me tips and advice on how to maintain this to avoid having to dip up the line ($10k min) in the future. Thank you and highly recommended!! They came here quick.
They were courteous. The drain clearing was effective.
The technician, Jake, was even concerned that he cleaned up completely before he left, which he did. The invoice has all the information needed to get reimbursement from the HOA.
What more could you ask for? I just wanted to give out a big shout out to Colorado Sewer Services - they are just one of the best vendors I have ever used. We had an unfortunate sewer backup in 2020 and I've used them a few times to snake the pipes.
Their customer service is always top notch and always very prompt to come out. But we were having an unexplained leak in a basement toilet today and I spoke to one of the owners, Sean, and he personally came out to check things out.
He was truly amazing and they truly stand by their work. I highly recommend them if you need your lines scoped or cleaned out.
These guys are great and hardworking. I highly recommend them.
They show up sober and get the job done. Lately they haven't had the availability they used to have.
I've used them on several occasions at different properties and they've done a great job for scoping and cleaning. Highly recommended.
My kitchen drain backed up. The company I've used in the past didn't return any of my messages.
I found out they have a new owner. I got intouch with Colorado sewer service.
They gave me the price to clean the line from the sink and the main line right up front and that is exactly what they charged. There were no hidden charges when they started the work.
They were able to come out the same day. The next day I noticed a very slight seap from the p trap they had to remove.
I called them and they had Dave come out and he took care of it right away. I would recommend them for any of your sewer needs there honest and priced fairly for there exelent service.
I had a backup in my floor drain and Hery was there in 2 hours on a Saturday. Total service time was less than 30 minutes.
Henry was a pleasant, professional and courteous service man and I would use him again in a heartbeat. No complaints here! Colorado Sewer was quick to respond and diagnose our issues.
The service tech was super great communicating the problem and the price seemed very reasonable. Cole came out on a Sunday evening to deal with a persistent sewer back up.
He's very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get the sewer cleaned up. He did a great job and went over and above expectations! Thank you for making the evening less stressful! We had a clogged kitchen sink drain that I had spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to clear.
I called Colorado Sewer Service and in about an hour one of their plumbers, George M., showed up and and cleared the drain right away. They were very professional, polite and charged me a reasonable price.
I highly recommend them. I am the Facilities Manager of a school serving Special Needs children pre-K to 5th grade.
We are the last resort for education for many of our students. Some of our students are 1:1 ratio with teachers.
Today I called Colorado Sewer Service for the 3rd time in 10 days to clear the same drain line. The 2 previous times the technicians said the line was clear.
It is a main sewer line which serves our kitchen and 7 bathrooms. When it backs up, even when we put down sandbags, the poop water floods out of our boiler room into our downstair's hallways, where our students, who are young and have Special Needs, potentially get exposed to the waste.
We are short staffed due to Covid illnesses. When these backups occur, we need to pull staff from kids in order to prevent student exposure.
We are so short staffed even the Principal has pitched in to mop poop water. Today at 2PM when I spoke Colorado Sewer Service and informed them that they had not cleared the waste pipe their 2 previous visits and their lack of performance was impacting the students/staff, they didn't appear to care and told me they would get here sometime in the next 7 hours (it is now over 4 hours later, I called them and they still do not have an estimated arrival time).
Really?! If you do not endorse this lack of empathy & responsibility, use another rooter service. I was devastated when I found out my main sewer line had a clog in my new home I purchased.
I called this company and they were prompt and gave a fair estimate. I will continue to use their services We had a blocked sewer line.
Colorado Sewer Service was timely, communicative and pleasant. I appreciated the hard work while being patient and nice.
We called Colorado Sewer to come out to clean our sewer and video camera following the clean out. Ray and Jos
