I used to have a white old sink that needed replacement badly. I contacted Triple S services and was able to schedule an appointment in just a few days, what it's great.

The guys who came to my house kept everything in order and clean. They had an issue while removing the old sink, since it was glued to the tiles.

Some tiles cracked but they did a great job fixing it and installing the sink. When my husband got home he didn't notice the cracks and was very happy with the results.

The price was very competitive and they didn't charge extra for fixing the tiles. I will definitely use their services again when I need to change other sinks around the house.

We bought a 1960s house that we knew had build up in the main sewer line but started experiencing backup a few months after closing. We had a different sewer company come out to snake the line and we had temporary results until we had a major backup.

I contacted Rick and Triple S Sanitary to come out to do a hydrojet to blow out any backup due to them having the best price for that service when contacting a few different plumbing companies. Rick and came out within two days and put a camera down our lines to figure out what our issue.

He ended up discovering that hydrojetting the main line wouldn't help since we had a more complicated issue and did a thorough snake instead. He then called me downstairs and had me turn on all our sinks to show what was happening in the pipes while the water was flowing.

All of this resulted in me actually understanding the root of the issue and what I had to do to keep our lines clean. He was extremely thorough, saved us money by showing up to complete a more expensive job and then told us we didn't need it and was really friendly as well.

Will be working with them moving forward and recommend that other folks needing a plumber don't hire the wrong person the first time like me and go with Triple S from the start. Scheduler was great.

These guys were able to get past a clog in the pipes below a double sink that the first plumber I called couldn't. They came in and I expected them to have to cut into the wall to get to the part of the pipes to unclog, but nope.....the Triple S guy was enough of an expert to be able to do the job without cutting into any walls or pipes.

And Triple S was cheaper too! They were prompt, the dispatcher was easy to work with and polite. I really have nothing bad to say about Triple S.

Will totally use again. First rate service! Triple S cleared a blockage on our main sewer line.

Jason was on time, worked diligently and cleared our problem in about an hour. Rick came and helped for part of the job.

While running water through the sinks and flushing toilets to make sure the blockage was cleared, Jason noticed that one of the sinks in our basement was running slow. So at no additional charge, he snaked the drain in that sink -- he had to use a sawzall to remove a nailed-in shelf blocking access to the cleanout installed by the former owner of our home.

Jason also discovered that the drain closure in the sink was likely causing water to back up in the sink and so showed us how to make sure the drain closure was completely open. Wonderful.

Jason was respectful and comfortable safely working in our home even during COVID, in short he is pleasure to work with. Five stars! AWESOME!!! Great company that I will use in the future for sure!!! 1/26/2021: I appreciate Desiree being professional, honest, and the repair estimate was straight forward unlike other companies out there that try to swindle you by charging a low diagnostic fee and then decide to charge you a CRAZY bill that is beyond ridiculous.

Desiree set up my appt quickly and professionally, she listened and understood my problem right away and immediately gave me honest, awesome, quote (clog in our drain at our office). We had to techs come over the very next day around the time frame I was given.

Both techs were professional, knowledgeable, and even gave a great tip to keep clear the lines due to the clog we had. They had all their equipment ready on hand and fixed our drain with professionalism!!! Thank you Desiree and the techs that fixed our issue!!! When our house was build the plumber did a poor job installing our exit sewer line leaving our house. The plumber who originally installed the line when the house was being built, cracked the line and tried to patch it.

This isn't the kind of thing most people ever have to worry about, but we couldn't have been happier working with Triple S to get all of our problems resolved. They dug under our patio and had to replace a large section of the pipe.

Obviously situations like this can be very stressful for a home owner, but Rick and his team were very professional, showing up on time and not leaving until everything way fixed perfectly. Without question I would call Triple S with any other plumbing problems we have and I've already told 5 of our neighbors about how great the experience with Rick and his team was.

We had a pretty extensive sewer line problem which resulted in having to replace multiple sections of the line which was 5-6 ft under ground in our teeny tiny backyard.

When the first replacement and assumed cause of the leak did not solve the problem, the team kept digging and replacing areas that had been cracked until the leak was gone! Rick was great at communicating and the whole team were very respectful any time they needed to come inside the house. I wouldn't hesitate to call them up again if we had any future problems! I cannot speak more highly of Tripple S.

Ricky and his team came on short notice to do a second inspection of my sewer line as a follow-up to the one my buyer did during the inspection for the purchase of my property. We felt that we needed to confirm with the first scope allegedly showed and the buyer also requested that we clean the line.

These guys did a scope prior to cleaning, followed up with a hydro jet twice through, and did a follow-up scope with a commentary to the video that explained what the original crew to have found as a crack in the line was in fact not under my property at all. The hour and a half that they spent scoping my line saved me potentially thousands of dollars and heaps of stress.

Everything was thoroughly explained and with the utmost honesty and integrity. Not only were they detailed with their work and respectful of my property but they were personable and fun to have in my home even when doing a dirty job such as sewer work.

We've lived in CO for only 4 years and we'd never experienced this before in our house. After talking to a few neighbors & doing some research online we learned that we may need a sewer scope or clean out due to tree roots potentially clogging the main drain.

I called around to several places, most of them quoting me their "hourly rate & minimums". That was a ridiculous joke! And then Desiree answers the phone at Triple S.

Talk about a pleasant surprise! 1st of all, I didn't get a voice recording sending me through a series of prompts to get a live person on the phone. She picked up, stated their business name & was ready to assist...but not only that, you could hear the smile in her voice! She was friendly and extremely helpful in explaining what our issue might be and their solutions for it.

She gave me a very reasonable price quote and it was straightforward without all the hourly & minimums nonsense! She quickly got us on their schedule and in 2 days her husband, Rick was out with his apprentice Travis and they worked hard nearly half the day to clear the clog in our line with their hydro jet system. He showed me in real time the camera scope of the clog before and then our clean pipes afterwards from inside the house to over 95' out to the main sewer line! They were both so extremely nice, very transparent in the work they performed and even went above and beyond to show me where our main drain ran outside and how we could remedy any issues going forward with monthly maintenence and later getting a new line to replace our old failing one without ever having to dig up our yard or tearing up our driveway! I was so incredibly impressed with this company and was happy we could support their family owned business.

Live part time in Denver..called plumbing company who advised pipes were old and corroding...only way to solve was excavate under toilet and replace pipe...but that would cost lots as well as create mess!..so I called Triple S on neighbors recommendation..Rick explained he would power jet the pipes cleaning out all the scales causing slow flush and backup..But I live in a hi rise..He told me in calm way, no problem and would run hose up side of building into my unit..Am I glad I called him...within 3 hours as promised he was here with his truck and in no time power jet the pipes..NO MESS...no fuss and 5x less than a plumber would have charged to excavate...

I was in the middle of doing laundry when our sewer line backed up into the. basement, on a Saturday early evening no less.

Great company and employees. We are a commercial and municipal contractor who bailed these guys out on a couple jobs that were too big for them and they never paid us.

They wont take or return our calls. They have given us bad email addresses twice to send their invoices to.

I have been having problems with my sewer line backing up and draining slow. Came across Triple S Sanitary Sewer Service on Yelp and so glad I did! Called and scheduled an appointment for a sewer inspection and jet cleaning to figure out what was going with my sewer line.

Shawn A. the service tech was very professional and arrived on time.

Upon his inspection of my sewer line with his camera he found a major tree root ball blocking my line, he went above and beyond using several pieces of equipment to make sure my blockage was cleared to the main sewer line. Also, he took his time to inspect the sewer line once clear to give me a sewer health report for future maintenance.

I highly recommend Triple S for sewer and plumbing issues! Thank you Shawn and the Triple S team for a job well done!! They get it. Take care of people.
