Review and analyze now for company Sewer Lines Only and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''We used Sewer Lines Only two years ago to replace the 80+ years old sewer line in our home, which was built in 1939. Not only was their price the best but their professionalism was outstanding.
They gave us comprehensive information up front and answered any and all questions we had promptly. Not only this, but a small section above the replaced sewer line sunk after we had landscaped it.
We thought it might be related to the line since it was right above it. We called them and they came out to our house very promptly (within a couple of days) and re-scoped the line.
They determined that the sink hole wasn't related to the new line but it was due to a leak in our sprinkler system. In spite of that, they repaired my sprinkler line and filled in the hole anyway - no charge for any of the work - even though it was not their problem! I've recommended them to my neighbors and they were very happy with their work as well.
Can't say enough good things about them! If you need a sewer line replaced or any sewer line related work at your house, our recommendation is to contact Sewer Lines Only first and chances are you won't need to contact anyone else. Great company, awesome staff and fantastic workers.
Highly recommend them with no reservations. Thank goodness I got a second opinion from Jake at Sewer Lines only.
Roto Rooter said I needed to replace all of my cast iron lines immediately and as it turns out, everything is fine and I only need annual cleanings. They rearranged appointments to fit me in as it was pretty much an emergency.
Previous plumber though sure I would need my line excavated, but Sewer Line Only did a line cleaning where the tech worked hard at it and was successful in breaking through the blockage. Their response and communication is first rate.
I could not recommend them high enough. Fantastic company to deal with at your worst times.
Who wants to talk about sewer lines....ewwww Welp it is a fact and a reality During my home inspection ( if you buy a property I highly suggest you do so...you would be surprised how many purchasers do not do so) It was discovered that the sewer lines were broken in three places. After negotiating with the seller I had Sewer Lines give a bid and come out.
While these guys are not the cheapest they are really exceptional....like they got their shit together ( I just had to throw that in). They came in dug up the concrete replaced the pvc pipe and the joint within the property.
Very efficient with a minimum of inconvenience. Project took two days including the concrete repair.
Sure there were minor hiccups. Dirty floors with residue of plastic flooring.
But they responded quickly and resolved any concerns. These guys are very good and I would highly recommend using them Great, honest company.
I was told by Mr.Rooter that my entire sewer line needed to be replaced - $24,000 - thank goodness I decided to get a second option. Sewer Lines Only sent two great technicians, Kosta & Murray, both were on time, through and explained everything throughout the process.
They were able to fix my problem by cleaning out the line - they literally saved me thousands of $$. I highly recommend this company!! I recently engaged Sewer Lines Only for a sewer line installation, and I am highly impressed with the excellent service provided by Jake during the initial inspection and quoting phase, as well as by Alex, who supervised the removal of the old line and the installation of the new sewer line.
Jake's expertise became evident from our first interaction. He conducted a thorough assessment of the project, addressed all our concerns, and explained the installation process in detail.
His knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction set a positive tone for the entire experience. The installation team, led by Alex, was truly outstanding.
Their punctuality, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic were evident throughout the project. The team's expertise and consistent communication were remarkable, giving me confidence that the job was executed with precision the first time.
They completed the work in just one day. We had an excellent experience with this company.
The crew was efficient and communicative. The foreman answered all of my questions courteously and clearly.
The company's bid was at least 50% lower than other bids we had, so the work was great value for the money. I contacted the company after the job because of a large branch that had been broken off a tree.
They immediately sent someone to "fix" the wounded area and to haul away the large limb. Undoubtedly the fastest response I have ever had from a company.
Highly recommended! Thank you! From the start, everyone at this company has been awesome. Cameron gave us a great price on our new line, and was very responsive.
It took two days to install, and Alex, Mark, and the team did a fantastic and super clean job. So glad I don't ever have to worry about my old line anymore.
Forget PlumbLine unless you want to get ripped off. Thank you for doing such a great job!!! Enjoy the chili and the cerveza.
I had them come out to do an estimate on replacing my sewer line after a big name chain company told me I needed to urgently have my whole sewer line replaced to the tune of $20,000 after the sewer started to back up the toilets. Jimmy W.
came out to do a free estimate and took pics of the sewer line and determined that while there was some shifting and a small crack forming, it wasn't the urgent crisis the other guys made it out to be, and gave me a much more reasonable quote for performing the work when the time comes. I really appreciate the time he took to get me better information and his more honest, no pressure approach.
I will definitely be calling Sewer Lines Only for my future root cleaning and sewer needs. Sewer Lines Only did a fantastic job for us.
Cameron, Sipote, Kim, and the other dispatchers I spoke with did a great job of keeping us informed, and the work was done quickly. They cleaned up the crawl space, where they had to replace some piping and the turf was replaced in the front yard, where they had to dig up the line to repair.
The team was courteous. All in all, they did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.
I recently had a need for scoping my sewer line. Sewer Lines Only responded in a very timely manner and the technician they sent (Jimmie) was very professional and thorough.
Office personnel was friendly, efficient in relaying the problems I was having to the responding technician. Very happy with their service.
Jake was great in finding problem, knowing what and how it would be fixed Sewer line had been clogged with roots as well prior companies attempt left a broken cutting head in line Not only did this company do everything they said, but even more Daniels crew was fantastic in performing the work and you could not ask for any more in excellence from them They went above and beyond, and if you are looking for an honest up front no commission company that uses their own people, this is the one to use Previous company that ended up breaking their cutting head off in my line now gave estimate of +13,800,when in fact Sewers only did all work including outside cleanouts, replaced pipe and cleaned line for $3575. As well finding the broken cutting head from previous days company.
No matter what, trust your lines to this company as I cannot say enough. When they finished the cleanup was stellar, you would not have known work had been done Too bad my situation did not allow much time to ask around, check reviews, etc.
Consumer Fraud, watch out for 'Mr. Rooter", as they will tell you they do not subcontract.
*Then I ONLY scheduled a $95 snake. I pulled the toilet myself to save $150.
"Rooter Town" showed up. Since I was very skeptical, ( no uniforms, spitting in my yard, muddy feet), I requested from first guy (supposed to perform snake my line only), no business card.
Refused to run the snake in front of me! *Called his buddy, carrying on and on about they are a "family owned company" - Second guy comes, to scope the line and SEE what is blocking my main sewer line. I demanded to see the video and still shots, I told Austin of Rooter Town, I need to see myself- refused to let me see, his reason was, "it just goes dark ma'am, you won't be able to see anything.
BUT, I insisted he has an LED light on the end of that, let me see the darkness from your scope I just got charged for. Again, no business card, unmarked vehicle, no uniform.
At this point I said stop, NO, can't afford, don't have money. I was on my way to doctor appointment that I HAD to get to.
Long story short, I hired Mr. Rooter to simply run a snake.
Different company shows up. Second UNLISENCED "plumber" was a salesman on commission, filling out his tablet device, I was literally leaving for DR.
sitting in my car, he asked me to scribble my signature on his tablet. This was so he could have his company see if they can offer financing.
And permission to provide an ESTIMATE, and possibly apply for permit. All of this I knew would take time, and I would not possibly get approved, as I currently have no income! I returned home to find a 3rd company (unmarked vehicles, no business cards), leaving with back hoes.
My yard is destroyed. 8ft long X 8 ft deep.
I was shocked, to see they did this so fast, prior to my being able to contact my homeowners Ins company, prior to receiving any estimate, invoice..... *The back how company- (again no business cards, uniforms, unmarked vehicles,) I Spoke Espanol to the 2 gentleman leaving my property.
They said they only found toilet paper, nothing more, in the line. *I called Austin, the unlicensed "plumber" salesman.
He explained he did me a huge favor, and granted me a discount, BUT I CAN NOT USE MY APPLIANCES BECAUSE HE NEEDS $12,000 MORE. He said now he needs to go 33ft.
from the house to the street. I can, "only use the toilet and sink".
This all took place in one day. Once I reached my Home Owners Ins Company, they told me to STOP all work.
* Now I had time to reach out to clients/colleagues. SEWERE LINES ONLY came highly recommended.
Jake assessed my situation and scoped the lines/examined the huge hole in my yard. Jake was fantastic, and very familiar with the scam being run by unethical types, ( regarding sewer lines).
* Still trying to resolve the matter. However, thanks to SEWER LINES ONLY, I did not feel forced into another $12,000 more.
My appliances are able to be used, that was a scare tactic. When these things happen, it's typically unexpected.
Stick with your gut when you know you only need a simple snake of the line. Be even more demanding than I was , when asking to perform in front of you! And demanding in writing prior to signing some kid's tablet you cannot read yourself.
Unfortunately, my matter is not resolved, but I just recently received an email from "NEIGHBORLY" requesting me to schedule an appointment to perform work at my home on the sewer line. Yet ANOTHER COMPANY NAME! ----17 days after the fact asking if-- -asking to schedule what had already been done.
If I would like for them to perform work! * So, bottom line is that I am a senior woman alone, I tried to ask all questions and be smart. Tell everyone you know to only ever use SEWER LINES ONLY!!! Thank you Jake! It's nice to know there is someone out there conducting business on an ethical level in a professional manner.
Sucks for me I was scammed under duress. Respectfully, Homeowner in Centennial Murray was great, honest and professional, I won't hesitate to use this company again.
Thanks I called Sewer Lines Only about replacing my clay line, which I had been told by other professionals needed to be "immediately replaced" due to cracking/shifting. They were able to send out a technician next-day for a free estimate, which was great! The technician, Jake, arrived on time and worked quickly to scope my line.
He was incredibly straightforward and explained things to me in layman's terms (super helpful for a first-time homeowner). He told me that the problem was not as urgent as others had portrayed to me - there was some standing water and roots in my line, but what I really needed for now was just a good "hydrojet" cleaning.
Sewer Lines Only doesn't even do hydrojet cleanings, so he clearly didn't have an ulterior motive, and even gave me a couple recommendations for other companies. Jake took a lot of time out of his day to make sure I was fully informed, answer all of my questions, and formulate a full plan of attack for when my line would need to be replaced.
He even got down to details like where the excavator would need to drive, if/when I should pour a concrete driveway, how to keep my lines in good condition in the meantime, etc. It's so refreshing to work with such an efficient & honest company, with reps who really care about the customer's best interest.
When I have to replace my clay line with PVC in the next couple of years, I will definitely be working with Sewer Lines Only. Thanks again Jake! I've had two extremely positive experiences with sewer lines only! First time was with Jake, very professional and helpful! Second time was with Murray, we had scheduled him to come out and do a sewer line cleaning, he showed up right on time and after scoping the line he informed us that at one time some other company had broke off 3 chunks of cable in the pipe and it was sitting in the bottom of the line he explained to us that his equipment wouldn't be able to retrieve the broken cables and gave us another company's number that could water jet out the line, we called the other company they came right out and took care of the problem.
The other company may have completed the job but in the future the only place I will deal with is sewer lines only! Thank you Murray and Jake! We've used these guys before for a p trap installation and they were awesome, so I left a five star review on Google, and after having them scope and clean our line today, I feel compelled to leave another on this platform. Murray came out, was patient with our dogs, super professional and kind, and was in and out very efficiently.
SLO's prices are very reasonable, too. They will be our go-to sewer line maintenance folks and plumbers now.
Great company from start to finish. We were selling our house and a sewer issue came back on the inspection report.
Jimmy came out and provided an unbiased estimate of what the issue was, what it would take to fix, and what it would cost. No sales tactics.
No asking what other companies bid. Scheduling was easy and work was completed on time.
And they did a great job of communicating before, during, and after. This crew and company is better than getting a visit from Santa Claus.
Everything was done by the book, dotted all the eyes. I have almost never worked with such a company so professional and reliable and friendly and caring for their customer - that makes you feel good having them take care of an important, worrisome job for a homeowner.
Amazingly, they left the area cleaner than when they first came. And there was no music better than the sound of the first toilet flush after they were finished.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Cameron from Sewer Lines Only was professional, timely, and communicative.
He took time to explain what was happening and why (clog in my exterior sewer line going to city's line). He offered to assist me even after the job was complete to ensure I was happy.
He was the lowest cost bid for the work, which is doubly great, along with the wonderful service. We had excellent and professional service from Sewer Lines Only.
We had a previous estimate from a different company that was 20,000 more than the estimate from Sewer Lines Only. They were timely and cleaned up very well after the work.
They worked around our schedule too. Our house is 120 years only and they understood its limitations and issues All their staff was careful and considerate of our yard.
After we had some settling happen (this is normal) and they made time to come fill it in. They were creative in figuring out how to move pipes into locations without causing lots more cost to us.
Sewer Lines Only are incredibly good with follow up and communication too. I would recommend very highly.
TLDR: Great company, would hire again, highly recommend. I needed the sewer line replaced in my house last year (November 2021).
I called a few places to get quotes on the job and Sewer Lines Only was the only one to get back to me. They came out quickly to scope the line and had a quote over in similar fashion.
The quote was reasonable and I opted to hire them to do it. The job took two days (as planned and agreed upon).
The first day to do the interior of the house (had to reroute the line in the basement), and the second was to dig down to the line and connect the new pipe to the city's line. They did a great job with all permitting, inspections, and got the work done in a timely fashion.
Their employees were friendly and worked quickly. Some of the folks I interacted with were ESL speakers and I'm a monolingual English-only speaker, so communication was a bit difficult at times, but they were very nice and it didn't really matter; I'm a fan of charades.
Indoor and outdoor crews did a great job cleaning up after themselves and left the house in good condition. A bit of criticism on their interior crew's job (although to be clear this was rectified very quickly)...
My house has an old foundation made of masonry blocks. They had to punch a hole through it to run the new pipe out and when sealing up the hole, their interior crew did a pretty bad job.
I contacted the office and they had someone here early the next morning to patch it properly - no arguing and quite a few apologies on it. Overall, I actually consider this a positive trait in a company.
They owned up to the mistake and remedied it IMMEDIATELY. I personally like reading anecdotes like this in reviews, because it illustrates what a company does in a sub-optimal circumstance.
Fast-forward to about a month ago (10ish months since the original job), I found a leak in the basement. It looked to be coming from the new sewer line, but to be completely honest I'm not entirely clear if it was or not (again slight language barrier with the crew, sometimes details gets lost).
Whether it was the line Sewer Lines Only installed leaking or not, they were at my house in 2 days to fix the problem. My plumbing vocabulary isn't broad, so my descriptions here might be lacking, but they installed a piece of pipe to pressure test the system and subsequently replaced a pretty big chunk of the sewer line.
Now, the reason that I say it is unclear if their line was leaking or not is because their crew found another leaking pipe which ran above the new line and was dripping onto it. This pipe was connected to a shower drain and was not replaced when they did the original job last year, so not within the scope of their warranty (or their fault at all).
They replaced it anyway free of charge and took care of the leak. No more drips here.
So, again, I personally think this reflects well on this company. They honored their warranty (very quickly) and fixed something that wasn't even under the purview of that warranty.
The kind of folks you want to do business with. To summarize, I would absolutely, unequivocally hire them again to do the same job, so please don't take either of my anecdotes above as "negative press".
I believe s* happens, everyone makes mistakes, and its how you deal with unforeseen problems that defines character. After researching sewer line repair companies I was excited to work with Sewer Lines Only until their estimate doubled.
We first had an estimate for $8600 for pipe bursting a sewer line in Wash Park. My insurance company reached out for details and was told Denver conditionally approved the pipe burst since it was under a structure.
A few days later they want to send out a more experienced (lead) estimater. They rescoped the line and told me we'd have to dig a new line.
Ok, I can understand why due to the condition of the old pipe and the slope. They tell me it will be 2-3k additional, again....ok since it's more work.
They tell me I'll get the estimate later in the afternoon. 3 days later I reach out to ask what's up? They send the estimate over and it's 6k more.
$14800 from 8600. Now they know I'm against a closing deadline and this is why I feel This company is deceptive.
They tried putting the screws to me with this tight dead line. I asked why the estimate was almost 50% more and they tell me the lead foreman says the Denver soil is hard to work with! I guess my advice is find someone that isn't going to take advantage of your timeframe and is familiar with the soil in Denver.
We had the main line to our sewer replaced a couple of months ago. Sewers Only was responsive and thorough with the quote, and the estimate was fair.
The men who showed up to do the work were courteous and professional. Time will tell how the new line holds up, but I'm quite pleased at the moment.
Jacob was fabulous! He came over to do a sewer scope based on my inspection report. He was professional, on time and explained what he was doing.
Because my lines were clean and didn't match what was in my inspection report, he waived the inspection fee. He didn't have to do this but did out of the kindness in his heart.
I will use Jacob again in the future and recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you Jacob! We're selling an old house and the buyer's sewer inspector found a possible issue with the sewer line.
The buyer was asking for a very expensive repair. We called Sewer Lines Only for an estimate and review.
Two days later we met Jimmy, who looked over the existing video scope and gave us a very detailed analysis of what we were looking at. In short, he explained that there was really no issue with the sewer that needed repair and offered to provide further details to help us dispute the original inspection if need be.
This saved us somewhere between 6k and 10k - it would have been an expensive job! I really appreciate the honesty. Very helpful and would absolutely recommend! Just wanted to give an update to say Ive used SLO every year to do maintenance on my sewer lines to ensure I don't experience any similar situation again.
Still as helpful, professional, and reasonable as ever! (As a plus, I'll get customer coupons from them once in a while for local eats. The 2-for-1 from Mad Greens is my favorite! lol ) SLO is an outstanding company.
Called yesterday to schedule periodic maintenance and they were able to come out this afternoon. I was sent a reminder of the appointment which I confirmed, Tyler was the technician- a polite, knowledgeable professional who wore a mask and was gloved.
He was on time, scoped & cleared the line of some roots, remarked about a flat place and small offset, showed me the video, indicated I had no significant issues, cleaned up nicely and was on his way. This took about an hour.
You can find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better. Highly recommend.
Worked with Cameron who was awesome. Sewer line maintenance - scope and clean.
Prices were upfront and reasonable. Work was efficient and on time.
All my questions were answered. They did great work.
Will definitely work with them from now on. Sewer Lines Only came out as a second estimate for our necessary repair work.
They had a much stronger understanding of engineering and problem solving than the previous company and provided a couple of more affordable options for us. Their work was done well and they replaced our stones and mulch so that no one can even tell we had sewer line work done.
Was fortunate to have Jimmy come out to give us an estimate today. Courteous, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and confident, I appreciated his assurances that they will do a great job.
I had such a great experience with them! Their rates were very reasonable, the office staff was easy to work with and had better equipment to be able to clean, rather than replace, my sewer as another company wanted to do (because their cleaning tool wasn't able to get through everything). Cameron who came out for the initial inspection and then for the cleaning was fantastic! Make sure you call Sewer Lines Only if you are having main line issues.
I had a problem with a property in Denver - had a plumbing company come and try to snake the main line. They tried snaking for several hours and said that we had a belly in the main and that we needed a full line replacement for $13k.
They were able to do it quickly - but I wanted to get a second estimate. I called Sewer Lines Only at 5pm and left a vm.
They tried to call back but I wasn't able to answer. They then sent a text and we ended up talking at 615pm.
We discussed the project and Morgan gave me a range that was better than the bid I had. We set up a formal estimate for the next day.
Jimmy came by and ran the camera and he thought there was a good chance that the problem was only by the tap. They offered two estimates - one for just by the tap and one for a full replacement if needed ($9.2k - a 4K savings).
We scheduled the repair. They came on time, did an exploratory dig and proved the problem was only at the tap.
They finished ahead of schedule and only had to dig the road. House is flushing great and this solution cost less than $5.4k! Great company and service Ian and Jackson came out to our house on extremely short notice when we were given a terrible diagnosis by two other plumbers.
We were told we would need to excavate to clear a blockage in our sewer line, and these guys cleared it easily, saving us thousands of dollars and untold headaches. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, trustworthy, and easy to work with.
My go-to plumbers from here out. I highly recommend sewer lines only.
They are a professional and thorough company. I have had a lot of problems with my roots because of the Clay foundation and they took the extra step by using a special type of equipment list plus to get rid of these routes.
The technician had a scope and included a video after he was done. They charge a flat rate with no hidden fees.
It's nice to know that there Are some honest companies in the world The dug a trench and connected me to the city's sewer line. They did a good job of not messing up my lawn where the heave equipment had to go.
I'm connected to the city's main and it all looks (via scope) and works fine. Where they fall down is fixing all the things they had to tear up to dig that line.
They said they would restore the landscaping and fix the area where they had to cut through the driveway (not sure why they couldn't dig under the driveway). Here is what really happened...They filled the septic tank and area where they dug with loose dirt which 3 months later after the snow and rain has compacted and I still have 2 foot hole in my yard where the septic tank was.
The whole line area has lowered as well as the dirt has compacted. They cut a 2 foot way area through my driveway and sent a team to "fix" it.
That team did a super half-assed job and now my driveway has this crappy, chipped area in it. All in all, they did what their name claims.
They put in a sewer line. Might want to see if they'll discount you a good chunk of change so you can fix the landscaping yourself or higher some real professionals.
My main line kept clogging so I called these guys for a scope. Really impressed with how honest the techs were.
Turns out I didn't need any emergency repairs but I'd definitely recommend for anyone needing work done. Jackson with Sewer Lines Only was incredibly knowledgable and helpful during our appointment.
He answered any questions we had and was very personable. The company is very thorough and we felt the job was done more than satisfactorily.
We would definitely use this company again. 44 year old house with some settling.
The belly required about 42' of in-basement sewer replacement. These guys are service oriented, good communicators, follow through on their commitments.
From initial scheduling I had a bunch of questions on our sewer line replacement. Wyatt hopped on the phone immediately and explained process of replacing: breaking up concrete, removal, replacement, tying into existing feeders.
