Review and analyze now for company Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''Todd Volpe is a very pleasant person and very knowledgeable. He did a preventative inspection of our furnace and was very thorough.
He explained anything I asked about and went through everything on the furnace. I highly recommended Todd and Rock Plumbing, Heating and AC.
We had a great experience with Thomas coming out to complete a diagnostic on our furnace! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our MILLIONS of questions, talked us thru options, etc. We were beating ourselves up about letting the furnace get to that point, and he actually made us feel a lot better and explained how some elements we had no way of knowing about/most homeowner's don't know about.
He was also able to come out a full three days sooner than our appointment! We loved working with Thomas and Rock HVAC!! Called Rocks for a water heater replacement estimate (paid $99 service call). Person was polite but spent most of the time commenting on our water quality and how we needed a specialized filtration system (~$7k).
Their replacement estimate was the most expensive of the (3) quotes. Only Rocks charged a service fee.
Think twice about companies that need to charge a service fee. Water heater replacements can easily cost $2k+.
Terrible. Was having issues with an AC icing up.
They came out and said - AC is oversized - AC is 2 stage only running single stage - AC won't ever run properly Sent out another company, was told that the AC is the correct size for the home (4,300 sq. Ft with only one system).
Was also told my system is only single stage and running full capacity. They seemed much more educated as they knew this can be a problem with larger systems and added more airflow and a freeze stat Feel like they or maybe just Todd was very uneducated Declan came out to our place today and did a thorough repair of a couple of items on our 18 year old furnace.
Rock Plumbing always sends knowledgable repair people to complete the work that's needed. Complete HVAC replacement and switched to a tankless water heater.
From start to finish, every step of the way, each team member did excellent work. When they hit a snag (as does happen) they knew where to turn for guidance and support.
The team persevered until all systems function properly. Very impressed with their positive, respectful attitudes toward us and each other.
Good work is worth the expense! I was not impressed with Rock! Prices were outrageous and I felt that their on the site staff talked down to me! They came up with lots of additional issues that needed repairs and complained about the quality of the work of my previous plumber. I'm very sorry for this negative review.
The company quickly showed up for my repairs with no issues. I am older and felt I was ripped off on the crazy high prices.
Thanks for helping and responding with respectful and courteous agents and maintenance individuals. The team is always knowledgeable and have sensible ideas about projects.
They communicate and share concerns well. For pricing, there are often more than one option which makes it convenient in the case of emergency situations.
We were having trouble with our water heater, so we asked Rock for help! Not only did Josh help us understand what went wrong with our tankless, but he fixed it AND gave us advice for maintenance as homeowners in the future. By far one of the best experiences we've had with repairs/maintenance in general, we will be recommending these guys to everyone.
Josh, you're awesome. I wish I would have read the reviews before calling these guys to service my hvac.
Charged 99 just to come look at it and then tried to sell me on 1600 hvac cleaning were they take apart my hvac and "power wash it at a car wash". These guys are just making money doing nothing.
Rock is very responsive to service requests. Today Casey and Jared replaced our 21 year old furnace.
Their work was excellent, their post installation instructions were very clear and easy to understand and they cleaned the jobsite well. I have used Rock for all my plumbing and HVAC service for over 10 years now.
These guys deserve 5 stars! I called to have my toilet replaced. I was charged a $99 service fee for the tech to use an iPad for 5 minutes and show me a $1300 toilet replacement quote.
I wouldn't use these guys. Mark C came stat PDQ but i got the toy out cuz he couldnt get his hand in.
We Danes connected. Good service! We were very pleased with the service and attention that Declan provided.
We feel confident that our system has been thoroughly checked out and analyzed. Josh Eker is incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and transparent.
He explained everything in as much detail as we wanted and he took the time to explain the costs completely. There were no surprises, except how much we enjoyed what is normally not an enjoyable experience.
Josh got our 20+ year furnace running so quietly we can't even hear when it turns on! He went above and beyond! When we get around to replacing our furnace/ AC/ and water heater we want it to be Josh or no one, so I sure hope Rock knows what they have and keeps him! The cost for Rock is a bit more than some of the other guys, but the value you get for the cost makes it a much better deal. We are extremely happy and with the monthly club value and the professionalism of Josh, we feel assured that our home will be a warm one! A couple months ago we decided to to do a membership with Rock Plumbing, Heating & A/C.
So far I can say I'm not disappointed that we did this. With the temperature warming up we discovered that our A/C wasn't working correctly so we called Rock Plumbing and they not only came out to look at it and diagnose that the main motor had failed after we had another company work on it last summer.
The technician had the replacement part on the truck and was able to fix the problem the same day. Well worth the monthly membership fee to have this level of customer service.
Great job Rock Plumbing, Heating & A/C Chris was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He thoroughly explained things that should be completed in the future We used these monkeys to get 2 faucets replaced in our master bath.
Not only was their pricing well above average, $450.00 each, we had to have them come back out twice. The first time because one faucet was not plumb (leaning), and the second time because my drain wasn't draining as it did before.
The tech. took it apart and immediately took a photo of the lateral pipe between the 2 sinks, showing a tiny bit of gooey substance, and said that was the reason it wasn't draining properly.
Rather than just remove it, he stood there and watched as I ran a screw driver through the pipe fora few seconds and it was fine after he reassembled it. However, after he left, the drain plug was no longer functioning.
I fixed it myself. The HVAC side was phenomenal.
We had an on demand hot water system installed because our 22 year- old boiler had given up the ghost. They promised a 2 day installation, and even stayed until 8:00 P.M.
the first night so they would be sure to finish the next day. Their workmanship was top notch, and our gas bill was reduced by one third.
I wholeheartedly recommend that side of the company. If I could leave 5 stars for them, I most definitely would.
I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. They handled my emergency call smoothly and professionally.
They even managed to come out same day on a Friday, completely saved my weekend (and wallet). And our technician Ruben was really outstanding, highly recommended' Excellent work by polite and professional staff.
They replaced our aging water heaters. Their plumbing is superb and they were careful to cover the carpet and tile.
Excellence through every step of the process! From setting the appointment, to promptness of the technicians to their service. Each one of them created a fantastic experience in an otherwise frustrating situation (A/C going out suddenly on one of the hottest days of the summer).
They are top notch and will work with you. I've been working with ROCK for 13 years.
One of my ACs went out suddenly so I called ROCK as it was 95 degrees out. They were able to send Cory out as a last call, end of day thing.
Cory was able to troubleshoot the problem, found the issue and fixed it. As always a great job done by Chris and his team! Our 5 year old Bryant furnace stopped working on Christmas day.
We had Thomas, the service rep from Rock plumbing come out to perform a diagnostic ($99) to see if our furnace could be repaired. After the diagnostic, we were told that the motor was shot and needed to be replaced for approximately $1,600 but they couldn't guarantee that the furnace would work.
Thomas also stated that the furnace would only be good for 1 or 2 years even if they replaced the motor and ultimately recommended that we replace our furnace. They brought in their sales rep, Rob that evening who quoted us $8,100 to $12,300 depending on the model and also tried selling us the annual maintenance.
We thought the pricing was a bit high so we decided to get second quote. To our surprise, the specialist who we brought in to quote us for a new furnace, ended up fixing our motor.
He got our furnace running in an hour and charged us $120.00. Crazy.
I am writing this review because there are people like myself who do not know much about HVACs and trust professionals to provide sound advice. We were lucky in this instance but I am sure there are others that aren't.
We were so close to buying a new furnace based on their recommendation. Get a second opinion.
Wonderful and accommodating customer service. Pedro was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
He provided a quote and answered questions on his visit, then followed up with a detailed email. 5-star service all the way! I called Rock to fix a leaking outdoor pipe the day before leaving on an extended vacation.
Mario and Quentin quickly repaired the problem and also provided me with a cost effective solution to prevent future repeat issues. However, in the midst of this repair and because my sprinkler system was not properly winterized last year, a second more serious problem occurred.
Mario and Quentin reassured me they could remedy the new issue (on the inside of the house). They were at my home until very late in the evening to make certain all was repaired and operating correctly so I could leave on my planned vacation.
I highly recommend this company and THANK YOU Mario and Quentin!!' My ELDERLY PARENTS were absolutely swindled by this HVAC company. they convinced my elderly parents they needed a new HVAC system, they left a mes.
my Dad's got cancer & my poor Mom is at her wits end. When you call, the phone rings, you're put on eternal hold, then you get dumped into a voice mail system, they MAY, respond in 3-4 days.
they don't keep appointments. my Dad has cancer treatments, they don't care.
I recommend passing them by for a more reputable company. Service is good but I believe they are overpriced.
$15k to replace my furnace and ac. I wish I would have done more research on prices before going with them because I believe I could have gotten it done for significantly less Our HVAC guy wouldn't come out to see us for a new A/C because it was inconvenient!!! I called Rock and they came out next morning and we had new A/C in 2 days! The crew was polite, professional, and very organized! It pays to work with a large company like Rock versus the small independent.
Thanks Rock HVAC! Very knowledgeable, Cory is polite with excellent communication skills. I have confidence in his company.
Had a terrible initial experience, but everything after has been great. Cant really recommend unless we're average this out, because if you had only our first tech visiting, you'd have a VERY different experience than the rest of them so far.
Mark was professional and knowledgeable. Rock plumbing was more expensive than other companies, but they were able to help us in a timely manner.
We were part of the monthly subscription program that took care of seasonal maintenance, and also came with a guaranteed discount for any work that was required. During this year's visit, the tech told us that it was all doom and gloom, our units were on their last leg, and they would be surprised if it lasted much longer.
A salesmen then came and tried to sell us almost $27k worth of replacements. We've since paid other companies to come check it.
They said our units were fine. One guy we consulted said "it's a racket, they will always try to sell replacements that you don't need".
Needless to say, cancelled our subscription. Will not use this company again.
EVER. the Gentleman provided me the servcie today was Mr.
Corey Baughman. I gotta say I hadn't have great experience with plumbing service for some time, today was really a spotlight.
Mr. Baughman was able to ID and explain the problem with the simplist language.
the best part was the breakdown of cost. it made me feel safe and comfortable to pay for what lays in fromt of me.
no hidden charge. and the service was done very fast.
it save me not only time, but also money to get the repair finished. I literly thought it would takes hours and days to finish what my leaking issue was.
great thanks to Rock Plumbing, and great great thanks to Mr. Corey Baughman Andrew did an amazing job installing our new furnace.
He is a true expert. Explained all the new features and kept our carpet and basement clean.
His teammate also did a great job. Paul was great at rescheduling other customers so we could get heat next day since it was below zero.
The team at Rock led by Rob Heavilin made a mistake at a customers house and we came in to repair it. They destroyed a sprinkler wire and they destroyed the sod.
They sent a kid out to do the "repair" but he couldn't do it do they contracted Landscapes 101, my company, to do the repair for them. We finished the repair and Rock made another mistake of paying the guy who we subbed out to do the repair $600.
We asked them to pay directly to us before they cut the check because we realized the sub was stealing from us. Instead they supposedly wrote the check to the sub but I've seen no proof of payment either way.
I waited patiently for two weeks to write this review hoping they would do the right thing but they only seem to be interested in picking up the phone and speaking with me when they need something. Now that the work is done they aren't interested in calling me back or making me whole.
Furthermore when I told Rob that I would be writing a negative review he threatened to write a bad review for my company out of spite and I will attach the screenshot of that conversation. I wouldn't hire a group who won't honor their work to a company way smaller than theirs.
We have 2 employees. If they don't respect me then they may not respect you either.
Great communication and great service. But they are outrageously expensive.
We had a $36 solenoid valve that took 45 minutes to replace and was charged $328 plus a $99 service fee. If I would have known it was the valve, I could have done it myself.
It's that easy. So if you want to pay for great service and communication, Rock is your company.
But there are other companies that can do just as good of a job for far less. Our Nest thermostat decided to stop charging last night so no phone app & no ability to change temps on the actual unit as it's error message was 'needs to shut down to recharge battery'.
I called Rock Heating this morning & had a service person by 2:30. Aaron recommended an Ecobee unit with 5 yr warranty.
He explained the units features as he worked on it and made sure I understood how to use it. So much more efficient and easy than the Nest.
He was professional and personable. I always recommend Rock Heating and now also recommend Aaron as a technician, too.
While having a family gathering on Saturday our carbon monoxide detector went off. After the firemen said we would not be able to stay at the house, Aaron with Rock came out within 5 hours & we were settled on a plan for replacing our boiler & water heater with a combined unit.
Yes, the price was high but having had family members use them in the past we knew it to be a reputable company that will still stand 'rock' strong (while other companies our family had used have all closed down). We didn't expect a wknd.
answer to our issues & Aaron did very well, shut off the leak, & even left us with 2 portable heaters to keep us through the 5 winter nights before they will have our unit ready to install. Jordan and Wolfgang did an amazing job for me.
Very courteous and professional. It was obvious to me that they take great pride in their work! After the A/C installation was complete, Wolfgang took me step by step through the new Ecobee Smart Thermostat setup and control.
I would highly recommend them! Don't sign up for their membership! They make it difficult to cancel, and when I jumped through the last hoop, they attempted to scam me out of another month of payment. I do have the proof that my contract was fulfilled, yet I was told by Adriana Mastrianni that they would charge me again.
Also, their quote for a new system was more than double what others quoted and what I ultimately paid a reputable company. 0/10 do not recommend.
Same review I just posted on Google: Zach from Rock Heating came to service our HVAC system and water heater and he was so courteous and helpful. I explained I was a first-time homeowner, and he offered to show me everything he was doing if I wanted to learn about the systems.
So, I literally pulled up a chair and he walked me through everything. I feel really lucky to have found such a great company and a technician like Zach who is willing to go out of their way to help.
He was very thorough and I definitely felt like I was in good hands. I will for sure be calling Zach again when it's time to turn on the AC for the first time! My experience with the office was also great.
They answered all my questions in advance of the visit and they were very communicative to tell me Zach was actually going to be early and if that was okay with me. They then called me right after he left to ask how everything went.
I realize it sounds like I should be getting paid for this review, but I am just a happy customer. I would hands-down recommend Rock Heating! Great Service! We added a new AC unit to the House and weren't sure about the install at all.
The Crew was on time, knowledgable and very respectful to our Home and dogs. The Job was done clean, proper and making sure they had our floors covered and picked everything up.
The unit itself is super quiet and so far works great and the ecobee Thermostat feature is pretty sweet! I highly recommend Rock Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning ! We had a frozen pipe a few weeks ago and had Rock Plumbing come out to take a look at it and do the repair. One of their technicians came and took a look and said he didn't have the parts and as soon as he did they would call and set up an appointment.
Never heard back so I called and left message but still never heard back. Will not ever use them again.
I used these folks at the recommendation of our real estate agent when we bought the property as we were out of state and our daughter was going to live in it. They charged me a fortune to do things too the air conditioning only to tell me it needed replacement.
At the time we knew no one else. They even tried to charge me for a pad they did not install.
Now as we are selling the same property. I got many bids.
Their bid came in very high and one of the things on the inspectors report was the repair they had done originally saying it want to code. After looking up the code.
It was totally to code and the $950 they wanted to charge was not necessary. Also the bid out to fix a diverter valve on the tub that has no diverter valve! Don't trust these folks.
Use Befort heating and plumbing instead, they are honest and will tell you what is really going on. Way too expensive.
$584 in just labor to replace a kitchen faucet, $250 to snake one bathroom sink, $99 trip charge is NOT applied to work done. Scheduler and plumber were very friendly, however, plumber tried at least 3 times to upsell on various services (flush water heater, monthly service plan and something else after I stopped listening.
Much better alternatives out there. Winter maintenance tech tried to scam me with a false CO reading.
Told me the cause as a cracked or failing heat exchanger. Had a CO meter attached to a vent showing 3-5 ppm and said it's only going to get worse.
(BTW, home CO detectors don't alarm until the ppm reaches 70. FYI.) He advised not to run the heater because this level was dangerous.
[It's winter, don't run your heater or you will die = fear tactic] Then the sales pitch: they could order a new heat exchanger, but they are at least 2 months back ordered. He would be happy to send out a guy who would show me, free of charge, the other "in-stock" options (new furnaces).
I have my own CO meter and tested the same location myself after he left. 0 ppm.
If Rock has ANY integrity they would fire this guy, but I suspect he's one of their "veterans" who was just doing what he'd been taugh: up-sell on every visit. And this guy went for the max: lie big, instill fear and sell a new furnace! Other techs from previous visits always had improvement options for me to consider, but none of them lied (well, one of them told it would cost me $165 for Rock to disconnect a booster fan I no longer wanted.
Too dangerous for me to mess with wires in the furnace cavity. I unplugged it myself for $0.00).
I only hope this guy did not damage my heat exchanger in order to "make it go bad soon" because he did some things to my furnace cabinet none of the previous maintenance techs did: 1) he drilled a 3/8" hole in the back of the cabinet for "camera access" to the heat exchanger area. 2) he removed all the screws from the top back of the same cabinet to access the top area of the heat exchanger.
Were these steps really necessary? If you decide to hire Rock H&A despite the warning of the negative reviews, stay with the tech and video his entire visit. It may be the only way to keep him honest.
This company has serious integrity issues. And if they keep pushing sales with lies and fear mongering, they will have serious legal issues.
We had a pipe that clogged and caused a leak between in the walls floors. We were in panic mode trying to stay ahead of the water on a Saturday.
The Rock Plumbing was open and answered our call. Mike was wonderful and did a great job.
It was a little more than we wished but a LOT less than it could have been. Super thankful for them.
Corbyn came to help us figure out why our upstairs bathroom is leaking into our downstairs bathroom ceiling. He figured out exactly what was wrong.
We always feel confident when Corbyn comes to service our plumbing issues. These guys were great! We had to have our furnace replaced - not something anybody wants to do, but it has to be done.
Rock was very easy to work with, their communication and follow up was fantastic and the tech and installers were wonderful. They answered all of our questions and did everything in a timely and efficient manner.
We called them because the company we usually use for stuff like this couldn't get us in for 2 weeks - I am so glad we found Rock and will be using them for any of our HVAC or water heater needs moving forward! These guys are awesome! Our AC/Furnace/Water Heater were all original to our home (built in 2001) and, of course, the first really hot day of Summer our AC went out. Lars came out and was very professional when he diagnosed the problem.
He recommended that we replace the Furnace & AC unit but didn't pressure us into making a decision right then and there BUT he did give us a "band aid" fix to help us survive the hot weather. We were blown away with that so we went with them to replace everything.
They came next day, super professional, clean and got everything installed. Highly recommend these guys if you need anything dealing with your AC/Furnace./Water Heater! Zach came out and serviced both the furnace and the air conditioner.
Was very trustworthy and knew his stuff! I appreciate his attention to detail, as well as his great customer service. Thank you! Great company and excellent experience throughout our recent HVAC replacement.
The entire Team was knowledgable, honest and super helpful and provided a range of options to us during the process. Paul was great during our discussions on the current issues and provided good insight on our options and ultimately provided us with a deal we were comfortable with.
During the installation, Mike and Brad were very customer service oriented and made the experience very positive. We are extremely happy with our new system and will definitely continue to use Rock for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
Great company and I would highly recommend them. Honest, built on long term relationships.
They will give you advice on how to "do it yourself" where appropriate. Locally owned, techs are paid hourly, not on commission.
This is huge as you don't want a tech looking for problems or a bigger ticket trying to make a big commission. Rock Heating and Air were fabulous.
Craig and his assistant Alex put in a new furnace and were very instructive and professional the entire time. Obviously nobody wants to hear "you need to replace your furnace " but they made it much less painful than it could have been.
They are honest, upfront, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again.
Called them initially for a AC unit servicing and they charged me roughly $1000 bill which seemed highly inflated to begin with and was confirmed by several other HVAC techs I spoke with after the fact. They used that as a segway to sell me a maintenance membership by providing a small discount off the bill.
Signed up for their monthly maintenance plan (Charged me $15/month) and finally came time to schedule my FREE cleaning which turned out not to be free. They promised to call prior to the winter start-up to schedule for the cleaning, but I never heard from them so I had to call to get it scheduled.
Instead of providing a cleaning per the membership they sold, they instead gave me a $900 estimate for a cleaning. When I called to complain and cancel, they said I was still on the hook for remaining twelve months of charges.
The lady was rude and despite saying I would pay the remaining charges for the service contract, she said she would send my bill to collections. Clearly they are just out for a money grab.
TOTAL SCAM- STAY AWAY!!!!! Remember when customer service used to be King? It still is at Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air. We have used this company for 5 years and we never had a bad experience.
Their customer service people and technicians are always excellent! They call and text you when the technician is on the way, let you know about potential delays, follow up to see how the service was immediately, make great recommendations, and more. They offer a fair priced service package, always seem to have all the parts needed to fix something, and call you when it is time to schedule your next service for your air conditioner or heater.
When we first used them a few years ago the owner was still doing all the service calls himself, now they have several employees and have grown into a larger business - yet they NEVER lost their customer first attitude. Their pricing is fair, the technicians are top notch and have never tried to push a service we did not need, are always on time and are able to fix everything, and don't charge you if something goes wrong that they consider their fault.
We only had something minor go wrong once, sediment got stuck in a valve after our water heater was flushed and they came back the next day and fixed it all free of charge - no questions asked. I wish every company I hire was as good, honest, fairly priced and communicative as Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air...my life would be a lot easier when it comes to contractors.
BTW, I am a real customer and I usually don't write glowing reviews since most companies these days can care less about retaining anyone's service, but not these guys. So if you are wondering who to hire, its a no brainer...hire these guys! We woke up to a cold house on a Friday.
Our usual local heating repair outfit that we have used for years was unfortunately fully booked until Monday. We decided to try Rock Heating & cooling.
We were told the soonest that a technician could come by was the next day. A couple minutes after making the appointment we received a call back that a technician could be there and he showed up within an hour of the phone call.
Perhaps that should have been a red flag, "sudden" availability. After implying that our usual repair folks had jerry-rigged the heating system, he made some "adjustments" and declared the issue resolved.
Five days later, we awoke again to a cold house. After calling our usual repair outfit and scheduling an appointment, I simply asked Rock Heating & Cooling for a refund.
They wanted to send another technician to review the issue again, and went as far as suggesting it could be a different issue and not related to the first visit even though the symptoms were the same. Although their website indicates 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, no refund or rebate was offered.
We declined a re-visit by Rock Heating & Cooling deferring to our local repair outfit who found that a sensor had become corroded and was the cause of the system not functioning properly. Once cleaned, the heater worked just fine.
Please note that our preferred repair outfit charged half the price of what Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning charged. Needless to say, we do not recommend Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.
Don't use them. I was just charged $600 for a $200 repair: replacement of the air conditioner disconnect by the compressor outside.
Just had Rock Heating and Air out to fix a minor problem. Chris and his company are so great to work with.
Lars was very accommodating and came out on a Sunday with no extra fees. He also explained everything in great detail.
Sign up for their yearly maintenance plan- highly recommend! (720) 259-7469 I live in Denver and have used the Ponderosa Heating for many years. They are based in the mountains and it no longer made sense for them to work in Denver so they referred me to Rock.
I bought a new AC from them last year and am now enrolled in their annual service plan. So far, I can report that they are a highly professional organization.
The sales process was pleasant. They are reliable and the people I have interfaced with were great.
I would recommend them! Justin came over to clean and certify my furnace. He arrived early, went right to work and finished within the time frame stated.
I thought he was very nice and professional. To start, there are not many things more insufferable than a broken AC unit in the dead heat of summer.
I contacted Rock Heating and Air on Tuesday of this week to see how soon a tech could be dispatched out to look into the problem. Earliest availability was on Thursday afternoon which was expected due to the busy time of year.
To my surprise I was contacted the next morning letting me know of a cancellation asking if I would be available to meet the technician at noon on Wednesday. Upon arrival the technician Justin diagnosed and found that the fan (in the furnace piece) had been mangled after the wheel that held it in place had somehow fallen off its axis.
Normal turnaround for ordering/installation of new fan was between 1 & 2 days which had me online looking for an available hotel room until resolved. Justin went out to his truck to research turnaround time on part, shipping, arrival, installation.
Upon returning he said that he had been able to locate a part downtown about an hour drive away and that the owner was able to get coverage on other appointments so he could drive downtown to procure the hardware. He said they would attempt to come by that evening to install the new fan.
About an hour later Justin called and said that they further rearranged his appointments and that he would be back at my house in 1/2 hour to install the new fan. One hour later I felt the amazing cool air start flowing through our vents and by last night's bedtime we were back to a comfortable 70 degrees.
There are a myriad of companies in society that have or tout great customer service but none I have experienced in many years that took it to the level of Rock Heating and Air. To truly empathize with a customer and overcome any/every roadblock to ensure said customer's happiness has created a lifelong customer.
Truly and greatly appreciated! Scott Yesterday I had work done on my system. When I got home from work, I realized the heat wasn't working.
I called the company and the owner, Chris, who had worked on the system called me back within half an hour and stated he may have forgotten to turn a switch back on after finishing the repair. Instead of coming out at 7:45pm to fix the mistake (which he said would take 10 minutes), he assured me it "won't get very cold" in my house and decided to come out this morning.
I had no heat all night and my house was in the 50's by the time he got back to fix it. I paid over $450 for the work he did yesterday, so it seems reasonable that he would make the quick fix last night since it's December and the 50's are not a very liveable inside temperature.
I will not work with this company again. Chris and team did a great job installing my garage heater.
They also replaced my furnace and AC last year which was also done well. Always courteous, thorough and clean.'''.
