Justin came to give us our quote. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the challenges he saw of the job and gave me best and worst case scenarios.
We got two other bids, ASAP fell in the middle but felt the most confidence from Justin. Fast forward to the project; Solomon was our tech and I cannot give enough kudos for the work he did! I was told by people who had gone through this process that we would be cleaning up drywall dust and dirt for years to come.
Not the case with Solomon. He hung plastic drops in each area he was working in and the one tool that works as hard as he does, is his vacuum.
We gave him an area of the garage to store his tools and at the end of every day he had that space and the house as clean as it was when he showed up. This was a big decision and we had concerns before starting this process.
Now that it's done, I could not be more pleased with our experience and confident know we have ASAP available if we should have any issues in the future. They put new sewer pipe from house to road and installed new drain lines.
Then proceeded to cover drain lines. Had to open them for an inspection and can't get them open another plumber even used an impact wrench and still can't open Have to dig them out and replace.
BEWARE. If you just need a simple emergency toilet plunge they might be ok.
I did that once and it was fine. If you need anything else...
go elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, unethical...
and will rack up costs and waste your time. Over and over.
They lack coordination with their own team and subcontractors and make promises they never keep, including appointments. They also don't mind leaving the job unfinished for many weeks.
Always with an excuse (usually blaming someone else). I tried repeatedly to like them.
Tried to work with them. And even tried to help coordinate with their team including making myself available when it was supremely inconvenient for me.
Nothing works. And they don't care.
Save yourself and go elsewhere... UPDATE: I had to call another plumbing company because ASAP just could not/would not finish the job.
The other company came out and fixed the problem in 1 day. After having the 2nd company there I learned that ASAP opened a wall they didn't need to which I now need to repair (they actually tried to talk me into taking out even more), the job was NOT difficult like they said it was, and the area ASAP was going to charge me over $3500 for was not even the whole plumbing area to be fixed (they would have done half the job had THEY done the job which would have required me to remove the whole area again and fix it properly).
Whew!! Glad I called someone else. ASAP are big talkers, scammers, and most importantly...not competent.

I'd happily use their services again. I hired ASAP plumbing to do a burst line under my house.
Their equipment broke spraying my house in hydrolic fluid. They said they would take care of it.
They however have not cleaned up the mess they made. In addition they damaged interior walls while puling the pipe.
Do not use them for any thing they refuse to be held accountable. They have been out 2 times to try and clean this mess up, but have failed.
They have not offered any other solutions. I called with a plugged kitchen sink and they had someone at our house in less than 2 hours.
We were able to get our clogged sink fixed in 30 minutes. Cole was outstanding and so kind! He shared his knowledge and explained every step of the way of replacing our master shower water valve mixer.

In a very stressful situation, with multiple tenants being impacted by the plumbing issues everyone at ASAP went above and beyond in helping us! They set a tech last night, whom I'm sure worked a full day- he communicated with us and took the time to do what he could. With the help of Efrain, Landon and Ben they were able to get our tenants use of their water as quickly as possible.

5 Star service technician! Received a call before 7am the tech was about 45 min out. Six hours later he shows up and of course with out a call.
I had a hose bib needed to be redone and two shower/tub valves that needed replaced or fixed. He replaced the hose bib and said he would need to go thru the garage dryway to fix it.
I dont care what needs to be done, just do it. His explanation sounded as if he was not to sure of how to get it done.
If customers call you out to fix things... just do it.

We hired ASAP Plumbing to conduct a sewer inspection for us. My client paid $285 for the inspection and was told he would receive video camera footage, written report on what was discovered and an estimate for repairs.
We only received a a partial camera video but no video showing the damaged sewer line or a written estimate for repairs. After multiple attempts to get the information that was promised with no response, we ultimately had to hire another company to do another inspection and we received what we paid for the same day.
I've requested ASAP Plumbing to reimburse my client, but received no response. It seems they don't care about their image or customer satisfaction.
Will definitely not r recommend them to future clients or any of my real estate colleagues ASAP Plumbing was plumber #4 for my slab leak issue and they solved what the first 3 plumbers couldn't. Plumbers 1-3 could not isolate the leak with any certainty and wanted to open up floors in my newly remodeled home (with continuous plank!).
They wanted to tear everything up until they found the leak. I just couldn't believe in today's day and age that they couldn't solve this with minimal damage.
Fortunately, Solomon was plumber #4 and isolated the issue with all of his fancy equipment. He was very confident and scientific in his approach.
To my surprise he offered to fix it that evening! No tearing through floors necessary. We abandoned the leaking pipe and rerouted.

Not to be trusted. Tried saying the whole house needed torn apart and they could not fix the leak causing the problem until the "mold" was cleaned up.
After calling the restoration company sent to me by them to give an estimate the company said there was no mold. There was "water damage" to a few base boards over the 50 years of them being there.
The quote to fix the leak was over 500 dollars. Replaced the faucet for 25 dollars and it took me, not a plumber, not a handyman, just a regular guy with youtube and a wrench 10 minutes to fix the issue.
I was going to be charged over 10k, have my house destroyed, not put back together, for absolutely no reason. Jose at ASAP Plumbing is a seasoned professional.

We've used ASAP plumbing exclusively for years and they were our only phone call when we decided to replace our 10 year old 40 gal hot water tank. Tyler came out last Friday to provide all options as well as an estimate, with same day install if we wanted.
Let me repeat that- SAME DAY install was available. That's impressive.
We elected to upsize to a 50 gal tank and Tyler answered all my questions, provided various options and pricing, and took the time to make sure he was confident it would work in the space available. We chose to install the following week.
Fast forward to today- Tyler was prompt, and as promised- the old tank was out, the new tank installed, and water was flowing again inside of 2 hours. Was this our cheapest option? No.
Could've hired a "guy someone knows" to install a Home Depot tank for less. But that "guy" would still be here- probably most of the day, and I'd be left disposing of a tank along with taking on the cost of fixing anything down the road that he may have done wrong.
Not the case with ASAP. The professionalism shows and attention to detail is worth every penny.
The tank is installed correctly, vent is straight and taped, gas line cleanly routed and not sloppily hanging. The ball valve is installed for easy access and quick shut off.
There were no boxes, plastic, or anything left behind. Add to that a 6 yr manufacturer warranty, the labor warranty, and all done in less than 2 hours- that's a big deal in my book.

The tech Anthony was unable to complete the job replacing a shower valve and putting it back together correctly. Instead choosing to leave 1 screw missing and 1 halfway in the wall and no silicone to waterproof the shower.
I wonder why a business that could've easily fixed the problem with the product in the truck or the short stuff they had at Home Depot Corey the manager, we assume thinks offering a membership for future service is something people want when they don't do the first job correctly.
