Regarding Ryan and RB Construction, he is not a licensed contractor, however, he did lie and say that he was. Note, as an unlicensed contractor he can only take on jobs up to $500 including material per the state's laws, so if he gives you a quote for more than $500, he is in violation of the law.

Additionally, it is state law that a contractor cannot ask for more than a 10% deposit, which he does. He is currently being investigated by the state as a result of these violations.

The quality of his work is horrible; everything he did in our place is having to be redone. He redid our shower at least three times and he didn't waterproof it on the final try, the shower tile is still not square or level, water leaks out of the shower, the glass door scrapes the ground; trim pieces and grout are missing in many areas, toilet is improperly installed, a majority of the floor tiles are hollow so they will eventually break, he damaged thousands of dollars' worth of my property due to misuse and carelessness, agreed to replace it but lied about actually doing it.

The job was not complete on September 30th, he lied about it being complete, and then he demanded final payment and abandoned the job, which I'm sure he claims he didn't but he mysteriously stopped receiving my texts, emails and phone calls, when I asked when he would have my damaged property available to install. His accounting is also inaccurate, so he has attempted to overcharge me.

End result is I would never recommend Ryan Bitonti or RB Construction. Highly recommend RB Construction, great customer service and very knowledgeable.

I will definitely use again in the future. Ryan was suppose to come and give us a quote.

He even confirmed the night before. My husband waited for him but he never showed up or messaged me.

When I texted him to find out what happen I never got a response. Needed a full blown bathroom remodel, new tub/tile on floor and shower.work was finished in a timely manner and was very reliable always on time.

Some didn't show up at all, others did and had no idea how to handle the problem, yet others quoted me a very high price. I finally found GM on the web and called them.

Morris showed up the same day I called, beat everyone's price (even though he had no idea what others had quoted me), and took care of the problem. When he came, he was very helpful right of the bet.

He went beyond and above what his actual duties were. He worked very hard, and very fast.

He performed services that the company that came before him did and charged us $150, for free!!! Morris was extremely knowledgable. He was also really personable, and really cared.

He gave us advice that is literally restoring our home. He could have done just what was in his job description, charged us for it and moved on, but he spend extra hours ensuring that our family is on the right track.

Thank you Morris! Service Tech (John) came out on 02/14/2018 to pump septic tank, he stated that it was finished. I checked later that afternoon and it was not empty, I contacted GM Plumbing and spoke to Jerry who stated that he would contact service tech and have him come out and finish the job ( service tech never showed up ) I contacted GM Plumbing again in 02/15/2018 (morning )and spoke with Jerry, again he stated that he would have someone come out and complete the job, I called GM Plumbing again in the afternoon and spoke with Jerry, he stated that he would come out and complete the job but never showed up.

02/16/2018 contacted GM Plumbing and once again advised them I needed the job completed, they stated that they would come out today and I'm still waiting . WARNING WARNING.

Never showed up, not even made any attempts to make any phone calls to let us know that there will not be servicing the property. I wasted my entire day for nothing.

They are good collecting bad reviews only on yelp and google! One more thing, that any good reviews that they have is from close people that they know. My personal experience with this company is AWFUL!!! They ripped me off for $120 and NEVER provided the service they told me they would provide.

In July of 2016 my friend, was moving into her new house and had hired GM Plumbing and Sewer to do some work at her home. One of the installation guys named Shaun Wilson, saw the uninstalled dishwaher on their front porch.

He offered to haul it away and she told him she was going to give it to me as my dishwasher had recently stopped working. He offered his business card (which I still have a picture of in my phone to remind me how awful they were) and said he would be happy to take the dishwasher to my home and install it for $120.

She wrote him a check. He never showed up to pick up the dishwasher from her home .

After MANY MANY phone calls, someone finally answered and said they were sorry and would show up the following weekend to complete the service. No one showed up, no one called.

Subsequent calls and messages were not replied to. The check was cashed and no services were ever performed.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and NOW over 2 years later the business owner responds to them that he "never installed a dishwasher at my home" as his defense. True- they should have but NEVER DID! I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and told all my friends NEVER to use this company.

They are criminal! MORRIS IS A LiAR and UNPROFESSIONAL! He not only failed to show up to appointed time more than 10 times, he also broke much yard things during his plumbing work. Now i am much poorer than I first started with broken things at my house.

Never returns my phone calls; I'm planning on hiring a lawyer to settle this lack of communication and service which I already paid for. Stay away unless you want a long period of frustration and broken promises ! I had these guys come out a few years back to fix a leak under my sink.

A few days later, the leak was back; the problem hadn't actually been fixed. I moved on to a different plumber.

Then, my landlords called GM the other day to investigate a backup problem. The guy showed up an hour & a half late, claimed it was the septic tank, needed to be pumped, & he'd have someone here with the truck later that day.

They never showed, & they have not answered my calls or followed up for the past two days. Furthermore, their voicemail is full & I am unable to even leave a message.

I'm generally pretty lenient with stuff like this, but the level of unprofessionalism I've seen from this "company" is unlike anything I've ever seen. AWFUL!!! not only did he start a job but never finish it destroyed plants that didnt have to be asked for more money 800.00 more then quoted left me without water again should have been completed in a day --I had to get another plumber to finish he took advantage of me.

I hired GM Plumbing to replace my septic tank and add an access pipe for my leech field. He did a fantastic job at a really good price.

Easy guy to talk to and very friendly. I read all the other reviews, but I went against them and am complete happy and satisfied with the work.

Was quoted $250 for a pump out when his truck was broken...3 months later price went to $300 +..quick to argue...had a bit of an attitude..which I enjoyed. He may be on the "A.V.

You would think showing up on time, locating the issue, would be an easy task for someone who claims they have been in the biz long enough to know enough, but they actually made it worse, like how you make a backed up issue worse?!?!? I would think twice before hiring gm plumbing again, I had been holding back from hiring someone to come inspect and service my septic tank, because of other shady "handymen" that did "mickey mouse work" for other projects when my brother was renting out my house, I only called gm plumbing on the recommendations of two people who swore by gm's great service. He showed up an hour and half early (that was the only plus) I was quoted 325 for the emptying of the tank itself...fine, he had to dig the tank another 50bucks, which was fine....I let him do his work, i went to bank to get money to pay, i should have paid by credit card instead, when I came back 30-+ minutes later he was done, he was diddling with a plumbing snake telling me something was clogged (it was hair, the plumber that came by two days later used the same type of plumbing snake gm used, no even 2 minutes and it was uncloged), but that he had emptied the tank Im starting to have doubts that the tank was wasn't even full due to the clog, because it looked as if it had been dry for a while (can those pumps really suck up that quick?), i know it was clogged because I had been having problems with it since i moved in.

once he was done trying to unclog, gave up and told me that "oh something is clogged in there, you can probably rent a snake from home depot blah blah blah just make sure it has teeth" I paid him and he went on his way....I hired them for a damn reason, I knew that it had some problems, what problems? had I known what those problems were, I would have told him from the beginning, that is why i hired them" gm plumbing gets an F rating from me. Homeowner/ Contractor BEWARE!!! We Hired Gary Morris of GM Septic to install septic tank system. After being paid in full for the work contracted on the project he repeatedly promised to come back and finish the project and repair damage he did to the property.

He did not return after promising more than a dozen times and no showing our appointments that he made repeatedly. We are having to turn to the courts to be made whole.

Again, I would say stay as far from this individual and company as possible!! Very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and service. We had them out for our septic system because they were on our homeowners insurance list of contracted sewer technicians.

We have been going back and forth with them for months trying to resolve our dissatisfaction with the poor service, seeming lack of knowledge, and unauthorized disposal of our septic lids which were replaced with unsightly risers put in our front yard. When we called to get our original lids back we were told they were gone.

We have been waiting at least 2 months for them to come out and replace the risers that were put in. Each time we are given a time that they will be here, no one shows up or calls to explain why they did not show up.

Each time I am guaranteed that they will be here, and I am still waiting. There is always an excuse but never any action.

I am ready to file a complaint against this company. I can absolutely NOT recommend this company for any future jobs.

Aside from the poor service I believe we were gouged on the price of this work. I have since had other companies come out and the price they give for the same job is about half of what we paid to GM.

I see that some people have given them good ratings which shocks me because we have had nothing but problems with them since the first day they showed up at our home. We had Morris back out today for a back up that we thought was due to the previous issues with our septic.

I have to say that he was very helpful and professional. Although there were things we were not happy with on our initial complaint, I feel it is important to revise my previous rating.

As it turns out, the current issue was NOT related to the previous work that was done. Morris was very thorough in making sure that the problem was resolved and was kind enough to fix a leak under the sink at no extra charge, as well as leaving his cell number to reach him directly if there were any further issues.

I appreciate him getting back up here on such short notice and taking care of the problem. I guess time will tell if the original problem is completely resolved, but in the meantime, I feel it necessary to give credit when credit is due.

The most disgusting experience I've ever had EVER! Dude says he's going to head out to find a part for my water heater at 11a says he'll be back in an hour. By 1p I call him and he says he's going to different stores trying to get the part.

3pm,. 4pm comes and he stops answering my phone calls.

At about 630p my insurance company calls and says he called early today to tell them GM doesn't work with my type of water heater! Spent the entire day waiting on the most unprofessional, lying person. Would never recommend hiring this company to my worst enemy! I was put on hold for 5 minutes waiting with the first plumber and the second plumber couldn't get there until the end of the week. I called GM after finding them in the yellow pages online.

The receptionist was very nice and got someone to come by within 2 hrs to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and scheduled the work for the next day.

Morris and his partner showed up and did an awesome job. They didn't leave till they where positive all the drains were clear and clean.

If the drains or any other plumbing issue come up again, I will be calling GM plumbing inc. This update should've been posted sooner .

Morris came back a week later with the parts I needed and finished the job! He is a true professional! GM is an honest company with fair rates and pricing. They are on my permanent list.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a situation where I had a company come out and pump my septic.

They told me that I had to have $9000 worth of work done and my leach lines were bad. The company said they pumped the tank but two week later waste was coming up in my yard out of my drain.

I called GM sanitation they were the most reasonable of all of companies I called. He came out and found that the last company had stuffed a towel in my drain going into the septic tank.

Morris lossened the towel and our problems were taken care of. People need to be careful.

there are plently of other plumbing companies out there that would be greatful for your business- especially in this economy. We got a quote from this company to replace a septic tank; the price was reasonable, so I hired them.

They said they went to get the plans from Building and safety, but placed the tank in the wrong place and not deep enough - and charged us another $800 to put in another leech line - when it wouldn't pass inspection, he got angry at having to come back out and reset it, and panned our regular plumber's work on our house build, dug up our disconnected power line one day, then broke it the second; and told me my husband said it was ok to cut it (a lie). The old septic tank is still sitting in my front yard because 'the guy said he would take care of it' (another lie).

I tried calling him, but he got so agitated and unprofessional...downright rude. I now have to get repairs done on my power line, and he refuses to take responsibility for it - just made excuses that it wouldn't be able to be used anyway (like that makes it ok to destroy something on someone's property? They are not qualified to judge power lines) NEVER use these people! I called them to fix a water heater that wasn't working and that guy said that it was the thermocouple.he replaced it but obviously the part was used because didnt work .i kept calling the guy to come back and fix the problem to which he said he was going to stop by to fix the issue ,he never did.called him several times,all lies.unproffesional.

Had another plumbing company out the day before who couldn't do the job but told us we needed a clean out installed for$800, when I said that was to much the guy said then I will do it for $475 but I had to patch the stucco. He then said cash only, I said forget it.

I called GM and within a few hours they had someone out (Morris), he said if we need a clean out it would be $350 complete. But guess what we had a clean out the other did even look for! Morris was great a got the job done and it was only $100 and he was there for almost 3 hours.

I won't use anyone else now that I found an honest plumbing company! Absolutely the best in the AV and beyond. I had a plumbing problem and called 2 other plumbers who greatly overcharged me and didn't solve my problem.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! To be honest we didn't actually use this service. One of our toilets is malfunctioning so we called AHS, our home warranty service for a service call.

An appt. was set up with GM Plumbing and Sewer for 9 to 11 on Thurs.

Yet on Wed. night I had a message on my machine saying that the technician had come by but no one was home.

Left no number. So I looked up the number and called and was told that they got the dates wrong - they wanted to know if they could come out now - like 8PM?.

That did not work for us so they said that someone would be out at the originally designated time, between 9 and 11, on Thurs. At 10:30 on Thurs someone called (could barely understand them cuz of static on their cell phone) and said they were running a little late.

At 12:20 still no one had arrived or had even called to give an update. We had to go to work so we called AHS and canceled the service call.

Very unprofessional. Had a problem with my main sewer drain (tree roots broke the pipe) on a newly purchased home.

After 2 other companies came out and quoted me what they would charge to fix it, I called GM plumbing and Morris came out to see what he could do for me. He came out and quoted me literally half of what the next cheapest company stated they could do the job for.

At this point I figured what the heck and scheduled them to come out and fix the problem. It took them one day, and 5 hours tops to get me working again like it never even happened.

And they don't quote low just to get your business and then ramp up the charges once they're at the job site, he stuck true to his word. It has been 3 months since I hired them on for the job and everything is still working flawlessly.

Very happy with the work performed, and amazed at the price they charged. 4 stars due to having to reschedule them at the last minute after they didn't show up one hour after the initial day they were supposed to come out to fix the problem and had to call them to find out what was going on.
