Our water heater gave out 12/30 so we went through First American home warranty to get it fixed. The first plumbing company we were assigned said they couldn't get there until 1/2.

Contacted first American and they switched us to Compass Plumbing. In the first 5 minutes of switching contractors Compass plumbing calls and says they'll be here in 15.

Although it couldn't be fixed that day, Compass Plumbing showed full visibility. Very knowledgeable in their area of expertise.

Very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions! Their professionalism is the standard! Parts were ordered a date and time were set and everything was executed flawlessly. Cleaned up after themselves, which working with various contractors previously you wouldn't believe how messy some leave after finishing their job.

They paid for the water heater and the installation and hired a company called compass plumbing. Eager came out and was very reliable and notified us that they ordered the wrong water heater and put in the time and work to get the replacement swapped out for the right type for my grandma's mobile home.

He kept his word and said that he would do it the following Monday. Yesterday the new water heater was put in.

We did have to pay a lot of money but that was because Home Shield didn't cover the permit or codes, however he installed everything up to code and perfect. Definitely would recommend eager for any Plumbing needs.

We had a toilet flange failure and First American Home Warranty sent "Presidential Drain Cleaning and Plumbing" who told me they couldn't touch the toilet due to the fact that I had removed it from the "installed position." I asked First American for an exception and they told me to put the toilet back, which I did. They re-authorized Presidential to resume the service claim on a Monday afternoon, but Presidential did not answer/return my calls (twice per day) for the rest of the week - they simply abandoned me.

I requested a new service provider and was assigned Compass and boy what a difference. Even if there are delays/challenges, decent communication goes a long way.

Long story short, Eager followed through with communication and was kind and professional. He completed the job and did an excellent job.

He fixed the clogged pipe, also repaired a plastic piece that I seem to have broken while trying to do it myself and then also took the time out to go to his van and get me a larger pipe for my plumbing ( which he really didn't have to do) he could've just fixed it and left but in order to make the plumbing system better, he noticed that it would work better with a longer pipe.

Did not want to mess with the valve if it broke at the wall. We have to get a second opinion for the stoppage on our kitchen sink drain. Our home warranty sent Eager of Compass Plumbing.

Eager was able to clear the stoppage by just using longer snake. The initial plumber that was sent by the home warranty said the drain line was seriously clogged due to steel wool and roots and need it to be repaired or replaced.

We never use steel wool in our kitchen sink. I told them to use a longer snake and they said it will not work.

People will just find a way to take advantage of your problem. Compass Plumbing came as scheduled and started working on our kitchen drain and was able to clear it right away.

Our shower head was leaking and we made a claim through our home warranty. We had 2 technicians come out before Compass and they all refused to do the job since our valve in our shower wasn't secured and they didn't want to try to replace the cartridge since it might break.

After it was assigned to Compass, Eager came out right away and was able to replace the cartridge within 20 minutes of being at my house. Usually you have to wait for the part to come in but he had one on hand and replaced it so I wouldn't have to wait.
