I would highly recommend him. The response time is excellent however worker Tony sucks.

He cane by did a walk through the house said it will be $475 to make holes in my ceiling to find the leak. He said he will be back at 7pm however at 7:38pm he called said he is stuck with different job and will be coming tomorrow afternoon, mind you i am a single mom with 3 kids who will not have water access til next day or two! I said thats fine i found someone else who will do the job in am.

He said sure but u have to pay $50 service charge. Wtf! Do i? What exactly did u do? Sorry guys but this is BS and robbery.

I called this company because I had a clogged yard drain and based on the great reviews here on Yelp. Right from the start, they answered all my questions and said they would have someone out that same day between 2-4pm.

They showed up on time and listened again to my issues and questions to come up with the best possible solution. The plumber that came out was awesome.

He was polite, professional and provided some good advice on my yard drain systems. Long story short, he had to snake one drain due to an excessive amount of mud/gunk etc that had built up.

He got the drain flowing again in no time. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend using this company based on my experience.

I had a clogged bathtub drain. Had 2 different plumbers come out to clear drain.

They ran snake through the drain with no success. 2nd plumber suggested may have to cut hole in the wall opposite side of tub.

I called Hayes Plumbing for next day appt. Gustavo immediately advises me he's going to try going through roof vent .

Within 25 minutes he cleared it! Very cordial and thorough on the phone. I could definitely tell they wanted to properly understand the problem and make sure they had all the parts to bring before coming out.

They were surprisingly fast as well and will be hitting them up in the future The plumber came out and quickly misdiagnosed my issue. He told me I needed a new garbage disposal, which ended up not being the case.

I really didn't have any confidence in his diagnosis and called another plumber to provide me with a proper diagnosis and fix the problem on the spot. The water line to our home burst and we needed to get it resolved before the rain came.

Alfonso and Kevin were able to find the leak quickly and then fix the issue. They first tried PVC but because of the cold weather, they ended up putting in a copper line.

It's been about three weeks now and everything is back to normal! Same day service (and best price!) for garbage disposal replacement. Nice guys and great service.

Dan Santa Clarita My kitchen sink was clogged so I decide to call Valencia Plumbing since it was close by and wow they did such an amazing job and came 10 hours after my initial call! They are so straight forward and are not trying to rip you off ! I highly recommend this place and if I ever have issues again will be going back! Also super nice and friendly Valencia plumbing came out and addressed my situation perfectly when I was down 2 toilets great job I highly recommend! They came out on short notice I forgot his name Latino guy with his helper I think his name was mark not sure but these dudes got the job done, they know what they are doing!! Peter was able to do the service same day.

The person who answered my call did not take the address wrong right. The next day the service guy ended up calling me to get the correct address and ended arriving at noon.

He was not able to do the job and told me that to take care of the problem it was better to hydrojet the drain. I agreed and the quote was $ 500.00 He called the supervisor and requested the service and told me that the person with the equipment was going to be coming in one hour.

It took aprox 4 hours. They took care of the problem, but instead charged me $ 600.00 (the toilette was taking out and after the job was done was place back).

He told me that there was a three month warranty and that they were going to email me the invoice. Check was issued to another company not Valencia Plumbing.

As of today I have yet to receive the invoice stating the warranty and the toilette is leaking due to a bad ajustment. We had a flood on a couple of weeks ago from a pipe that randomly burst in the ceiling.

It was during normal businesses hours thankfully so we tried calling around. Once we reached Valencia Plumbing they assured us that they would send someone out right away.

We waited 4 hours until my husband finally called back (it was now 4pm) because we were worried that everything would close. Also the damage from the leak was ever growing.

Valencia Plumbing assured us that someone would be there right away and we took their word for it (unfortunately). After 5pm rolled around my husband tried calling back but no answer.

Now we were stuck hiring an after hours plumber and paying a premium for their service PLUS hours worth of extended damage to our home. I know it's partially my fault for waiting so long to call but we trusted Valencia Plumbing and they most certainly did not deliver on that trust.

I asked for estimates, they provided one and were available same day in couple of hours. They installed my kitchen faucet.

I tried other plumbers and it was funny that some were not even ready to provide an estimate to replace a faucet without first visiting home, taking a look and so on. I believe installing a faucet is a standard plumbing job.

I recommend Valencia Plumbing. Peter and his crew were wonderful to work with! Had an emergency with my main sewer line and they replaced the very next day! No more sewer water on my bathroom floor! Thank goodness! I will call them in the future they saved the day! The person who answered my call was so kind and nice even I called in Saturday evening for my water heater.

It turned out that we didn't need his service eventually but he told us what we can do with the warranty. I really appreciate his helps! These guys are true professionals.
