Brian's work was inspected and there was no issues with City inspection. Brian took the time to listen to our needs and was kind enough to help recommend faucets, toilets, tankless water heater and water softeners.

One time I had Brian fix a clogged toilet and his work was good. I called on him again to do a more complicated toilet installation and he quit responding after he heard that it was a little more difficult that clearing a clogged drain.
Then I had a similar clogged drain so I called on Brian and he said he'd call me back to confirm the time he could come fix it.... He didn't call back.
I tried again, no response. Puma Plumbing is great.

Best plumbing experience ever! I would call him for any problem. Let me just start by saying Bryan is a ROCK STAR! Puma plumbing was the 4th plumbing company I called when my shower would not turn off.
He was able to assess the issue on the phone and knew the solution by talking to me. Bryan would have also helped me resolve my water problem over the phone if I had time and proper tools to do it.
So he came in to fix my shower valve handle and also taught me what to do when it happens next time with our other showers. Puma plumbing's rate is also very competitive and came in lower than the other companies' estimates.

Brian was super helpful and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the recommended diagnosis from my warranty people, but when the problem persisted (due to the warranty people's faulty diagnosis, that Brian disagreed with to begin with) he actually correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
While this would be normal plumbing work what went above and beyond his normal call of duty, was when my warranty people refused to honor the payment for the repair of the actual problem that was done for the system. I had already paid Brian for it, But Brian wrote a letter that I then emailed to my warranty people explaining the situation which finally resulted in the warranty people paying for my expenses.
He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very supportive in helping me get my warranty people to pay for the expenses. His repair work was great and he walked me through exactly what was wrong, he even fixed my shower installation while we were waiting for the water heater to heat up! From the first visit (snaking our outgoing drain) to just now putting in a new, free toilet at no charge. Living in a 50+ year old house, these delightful surprises, like needing a re-drain pop up.
Not only that, but some previous repairs were not done properly or up to code! Brian was upfront about extra problems he found, explained it all and kept the price down. Getting to the problem required cutting the tile in our bathroom, but Brian suggested a superb tile guy, Matt Skowron of Matt Building Co.
