At some point, a genius put in galvanized steel pipe. Do you know what steel does over time? OMG! It rusts! Eventually, you have leaks and big bills to fix the leaks.

Over the years we have been replacing the old steel pipes with copper and PEX. We had a shower and bath faucet that still needed repiping.

The problem was that all the plumbers who saw it said it would be really hard and expensive. So, I put it off.

Eventually, I could not put it off any longer. I got a recommendation to call Rich at Xcel Plumbing.

He was responsive and came out to give me an estimate the next day. His estimate was reasonable, so I scheduled the work.

Rich and his assistant Otto showed up when they said they would and got the job done in a day. Rich put his expertise to use and found a way that was much less difficult and destructive than what other plumbers had proposed.

A previous plumber had put copper and steel pipes together, which is a recipe for disaster. Rich took out the damaged pipe and put in nice new PEX, which should last for my lifetime and beyond.

I immediately noticed an improvement in the flow and taste of our water out of the sink. Sweet! Recommended for your plumbing needs.

Rich is extremely responsive and has taken great care of us during a remodel. He is reliable and honest.

Also very reasonably priced. Two very nice guys, in masks, replaced the wax seal on my leaking toilet.

When I thought it was continuing to leak, Rich came out twice to check it out. He accepted the cost of the service cal onlyl at my insistence.

Suffice to say the toilet was not leaking. Their work was good, and I recommend them Rich got me set.

Otto was the rep that came out to help me and he is awesome. I won't be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs because the service couldn't have been better.
