Also, I had to go buy some clips to secure the fittings he put on. Again, standard part in plumbing he didnt have.

Worse part of it all was that he lied his way through the whole thing. Said he has been doing this 10 years; obviously not the case.

Claimed he works for Mike Counsil, but talked down about them. And then upon contacting him very professionally about the problem that persists, he texted me with berating comments about how I can't afford a real plumber, etc etc etc.

Overall very poor professional, low quality skill set, unprepared, and unhonest. If there was a zero star rating, he would deserve it.

Oh, and he even stated that it was a F as far as grade for the job. But still took the money and ran.

Very good guy and said that he would recommend that while I have him do the snake also to replace most of the parts under my sink. I told him that I appreciated that but I have a friend who is a plumber, he said he would try to make it work.

He found the clog, and got everything back together with no leaks I will use these guys again for sure Negative stars. Poor workmanship, low quality products and horrendous/misleading pricing practices.

We have had nothing but problems with work performed and quality of parts installed. We had to call another plumber to help resolve original issue and found Caccia misrouted some of our other piping in installing a basic water filter.

The repair was to replace a shower diverter valve. The water was shut-off at 9:30 am and I called them right away to let them know.

Instead, they re-routed our plumber to another job and I had to keep calling in for updates as to when someone would be here. They kept stalling.

After waiting around for 5 hours without water I cancelled the job. Terrible customer service in my opinion, but for what it is worth, they were apologetic, after the fact.

Caccia has been very helpful in assisting us on a spot repair with our sewer lateral. Ofa on day one has been extremely thorough in his estimates taking lots of measurements and answering any questions I had.

I appreciate that they give regular updates as to which service person will be showing up and when. PG&E contacted me because there's a gas leak on the house line.

I contacted Caccia Plumbing after hours on their website, and somebody responded immediately via their online chat. They scheduled somebody to arrive the next day.

Joe from Caccia diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on (installer error by the folks who installed our generator, so annoying) and reassured me my house wasn't going to explode in the interim but showed me where I could shut off the gas to the affected pipe if I was nervous. The company Ed & Hector a couple of days later and they did the repairs efficiently.

They also took a look at a sink with terrible water flow. I had previously had another plumber (sent by HomeServe) try to diagnose the problem: that plumber didn't test anything and suggested repairs that would cost $2K+.

In contrast, Ed explained what he thought the issue might me, the testing he was going to do etc. His hunch was correct and there was sediment that had crept up through the pipes as well as clogs from disintegrating rubber.

I am simply blown away by the service that I received from Luvet Grajeda and Caccia Plumbing! I purchased an old home and discovered quickly it needed a new washer and dryer. When the installation people came, they showed me that one of the valves was leaking, preventing a proper installation.

So I called Caccia plumbing to help replace the valve. The customer service on the phone was phenomenal, and I was able to get an appointment in less than 48 hours (I could have gotten it sooner too, but since it wasn't an emergency I was ok with 2 days later).

There were no surprises. Since this review I had an excellent conversation with Joseph, the service manager.

Juan came to my house today to give me an estimate on replacing the seals in bathtub stem valves. He gave me a price that was a bit more than others and explained that working on pipes installed in 1936 had associated risk.

He did a bit of work with no promise of business to determine what sort or hardware we had, and suggested a solution. It is galling to pay hundreds of dollars for a few minutes of work, but that is not unique to Caccia Plumbing.

All the estimates were coming in around the same price. Good guy who explained things and seems to have done a good job.

Installed a tankless water heater for us last year, tricky install and they did a fantastic job, informing us every step of the way what was being done and why. A bit more expensive, but my neighbor used a budget plumber for her tankless heater and has had lots of issues that we did not.

This was my first time working with Caccia Plumbing and what an amazing experience!! we have had many plumbers come through here over the last 25 years and I can confidently say that Caccia Plumbing is the best - Bar none. I'd like to shift the spotlight to Kameron, the plumber who worked with us and resolved our issues with the sewer ejector pump and replacing pipes.

He installed a new sewer ejector pump for us. We also had a situation with backflow making a horrible banging sound throughout the house once the pump would come on.

Thank you Caccia Plumbing and thank you Kameron! I cannot recommend Caccia Plumbing highly enough. A few weeks ago, our washing machine started leaking water onto the floor and the sink in the laundry room started backing up implying that the stand pipe had a big clog.

After we went through 3 plumbers trying unsuccessfully to snake the line where each of them was baffled by "hitting something hard that the snakes could not get through". The brilliant plumbers at Caccia Plumbing isolated the area where the clog was by testing a lot of our piping.

They found the area where the clog seemed to be, opened up the wall and cut through the pipes. Only to find....a ton of NUTS! The squirrels had apparently been dropping nuts down the standpipe that vents to our roof.

They were packed in there and water logged and it took Cameron, our Caccia plumber, 90 minutes to pry them all out. Cameron and Ofa were amazing professionals who were able to identify the problem area, open up the wall, fix the problem, disinfect the whole area and patch the wall back up.

However, since they are so close to our condo almost everyone in our condo uses them. My first impression of them was that they were very professional.

Ramon was the plumber assigned to take care of our clog. He was very respectful, polite, and continuously updated me throughout the process.

He was able to fix the issue with our clog. I was a little skeptical because he had accidentally broken a candle that I had purchased which was put in the bathroom for decorative purposes.

It reminded me of where I grew up so it had meaning to it. He was really apologetic about breaking it and offered to pay for it.

After the service was over Caccia had sent me a check to pay for the cost of the candle. I thought that this was very great customer service and professional of them.

I would highly suggest using them and will continue to use them in the future. Joan was fabulous throughout the entire process of replacing our water heater from start to finish.

Ugh! Dayna Diangson showed up ahead of her scheduled appointment and immediately set to work. First though she asked a few questions about exactly what the toilet was and more importantly wasn't doing.

At her recommendation we opted to purchase a new toilet with a superior flushing system. While the new toilet was being delivered she removed the old toilet and rooted out the drain.

She repaired the old flange double and triple checked the drains and installed the toilet which is now working way better than the old one. Because of a number of problems associated with the previous installation this job took considerable time.

Dayna stayed well past the dinner insuring the job was completed. Her work was neat and clean.

Was Cacia Plumbing the cheapest. Likely not.

But it was worth every penny. I recommend Cacia, and Dayna completely.

She was helpful and very professional. We just had another excellent service repair of an old shower valve by Juan and Joseph.

They took the time to research a valve replacement for a Hans Grohe part that is no longer manufactured in order to avoid our having to spend nearly $4,000 to open up the wall in our shower and get all new fixtures. They also installed a new shower head due to some leaks in the old one.

We have used Caccia for many years and have referred them to our neighbors and friends. We have always appreciated the ethical way they go about doing business for some very large jobs as well as small ones.

We find that being members of the Caccia club is very worthwhile and includes a savings of $100 each time they come out. We highly recommend them.

In the last couple of years, they have done close to $20K of work on my home and my rentals. And I have given them 5 stars rating twice.

However, I am a bit disappointed with the recent scheduling work by their phone agent In early 2023, I enrolled in Caccia Care Club for my home and my rentals. In Dec 2023, my tenant called to schedule for the annual complementary service scheduled for Jan 2024 to flush the water heater, camera inspection of sewage line and snaking a drain.

The day before the appointment, my tenant called to reconfirm the appointment and the phone agent informed her that in order to use the complementary service, I will need to have a paid service first. I was surprised because I not told about this requirement when I purchased the Care Club membership.

I called Caccia and the phone agent confirmed that is the policy. I told her it doesn't make sense that I have been paying for the membership for almost year, but I actually can't use the service.

So I informed her that I would like to cancel the membership. Then the agent checked with her boss and told me that they will make an exception.

After a couple of months, my tenant tried to call again to schedule the appointment for around end of March. After she waited most of the day, the plumber cancelled the appointment because his previous job took longer than expected.

Now it is May 2024 and my tenant has moved out. My wife called to schedule an appointment for flushing the water heater, camera inspection of sewage line and snaking a drain.

She specifically asked to send someone who can do all three tasks so she doesn't have to make multiple trips to the rental property. Today the plumber came and did a great job flushing the water heater.

However, he said he was not scheduled to do the camera inspection of sewage line and snaking a drain which will need to be scheduled for next week. While Caccia plumbing team does great work; however, I am not happy the phone agents are not as diligent with their work.

I called and asked that they send someone out to do just a general assessment of the plumbing in our home after having gone through the perils of a leaking pipe under the house. They send out a very nice and knowledgeable plumber named Abnan, who crawled under our house, still wet and muddy from our leak and recent rains, and did a thorough inspection complete with photographs for us to see.

He pointed out the cause of our leak, and also called our attention to a few other spots that were in danger of becoming new leaks. It was really nice being able to actually see what he was talking about by looking at the pictures.

Called them about a leakage issue and a banging noise in pipes. They charged 40$ service fee for showing up and basically telling me that they will need to charge me an additional 230-250$ fee for someone to go down in the crawl space and investigate the issue.

almost got hit by one of them this morning when they made an illegal lane change maneuver We had a sewer main back up at our house at 6 PM and called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing. Jaime Olvera called my wife back immediately and within one hour he was on site.

He snaked the line and it was functional within 30 minutes. More importantly, he put a camera down the line and actually assessed the problem that we have been dealing with for years.

Apparently we had a sewer line clean out that was buried near a tree in our front yard. None of the previous plumbers have ever told us this.

The next day Jaime returned to our house, dug down to the clean out and located it. he then extended the pipe up to grade level and reinstalled the Christy box and cover.

This company had great reviews and I'm happy to add to that now. I sent out multiple inquiries through Yelp late in the evening (nearly 11pm) and Jaime, the owner, quickly replied.

I highly recommend Fantastic Rooter Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! We worked with Fantastic Rooter and the behest of our Realtor. We needed to get our bathtub replaced pretty quickly as we were getting ready to sell our house.

They came out to our house, were very professional and said they'd get back to us with a quote within a short period of time. Initially we didn't receive anything.

It took more than a week until we did receive the quote. During that time I did not get any updates directly from them without me initiating the conversation (this communication issue was continuous throughout the project).

We had asked for the quote to show the various line items of the project, including replacement of the bathtub, the faucet, fixing the sheet rock, and flooring if it was necessary. The quote did not specifically call out these line items at all an didn't include amounts for the sheet rock or flooring.

I received the quote and decided to move forward with them as it seemed like a reasonable price and we were in a bit of a hurry. I accepted the quote online and did not hear back from them.

I had to call to actually schedule the work for them to come out (though the quote site specifically says they will call you). They came out and did the work, making sure to clean up when they were done.

They did a pretty good job at getting everything done even though there were some issues with materials getting here on time (not their fault). When the job was done the sheet rock wasn't repaired and there was a large hole on the ground where they had removed the part that was connecting the flooring to the tub.

Before they left I asked if they would be able to do some simple/quick repair so that the tub could be used and so that it would look nice when we listed it. The person that was here said they could do that and for me to schedule time with the office after we got the house painted (which was happening the following week).

I paid them the full value of the quote that day, but I received a call from the office as well as the person from the site saying the charge did not go through. It was clear on my bank statement that it did and it eventually showed up on theirs.

When I asked them about coming back out to do the simple repair that I asked he noted that he spoke with his manager (Jaime) and would not be able to come out and do the repair as it isn't their specialty and they didn't want to do a bad job. I was very clear that I didn't care if it looked beautiful, as long as it was functional.

They still refused to do the work, so we ended up having to pay someone last minute to put something in place (also didn't look great). Overall they did a fine job on the replacement of the tub, but their communication was awful, and the part at the end where they wouldn't do something simple to help us out left an awful taste.

When you have "Fantastic" in your name you better be good! These guys are really really good and I am very thankful for finding them. Monday night a valve in our bathroom had failed and water was streaming out.

We had to turn off the water to the house to stop it. I sent out an urgent request for service through Yelp and Jaime responded.

He dispatched Brian to resolve our issue. Brian is very patient, professional, helpful, and just a really nice person.

We agreed the entire valve needed to be replaced. I was expecting this to take 2-3 days.

You know how it goes. They assess the issue, have to order the parts, and then return at a later date to fix it.

Here I am thinking how are we going to get by without water for 2-3 days. That's when Brian informed me he could have it fixed today.

The tech did minimal if any clean up. We found fecal matter on the mirror, the light fixtures, wall and the sliding door of the shower.

I had what I thought was a water softener installed just over two years ago by a man who couldn't care less about his customers and was extremely rude. Brian with Fantastic Rooter Plumbing came and helped me be free of that mistake.

Gerardo replaced our leaky spout in the shower/bathtub and it was heavenly to take a shower without half of the water being wasted and it's so much more quiet now! Our driveway is steep and could of possibly damaged his truck and gouged our driveway. I have seen it happen many times to others that drive up our driveway and it irritates me every time when it happens.

First impression of meeting Eduardo, he was professional, personable, and detailed oriented. From my own personal experience, my family and I have been through so many hired home repair technicians claiming they will provide the best results backed by many years of experience, then up selling, and convincing us they are the right people for my home repair needs.

Due to the many negative experiences mentioned above, I was reluctant. I was prepared to get multiple bids for our water heater replacement.

Eduardo explained to me our broken water heater was out of warranty. He then checked the heater to identify the location of the leak and pointed it out to me.

At no point did he hassled me for a replacement. When asked, Eduardo gave me options of a replacement.

Eduardo explained to me that my mother was concerned that the water is not hot enough. My mother wanted water to be Satan's hell hot coming from all the faucets.

Eduardo explained to me that he does not feel safe setting the water temperature too high because of children at the house and I agreed. When I arrived home, I was amazingly surprised with the work done.

The water was coming from a very corroded nipple that I was hesitant to try repairing myself, because if it broke or was made worse, no water for the entire house until a plumber comes. Fantastic Rooter gave me a bid about half of the other companies and showed up on time.

They easily fixed it and the REDUCED my quoted price because it was a quick fix. I likely could have done it, but didn't care to risk it and was quite happy with their work...and I am keeping their business card.

We had issues with our water heater and no matter what my husband did he couldn't get it to stay lit. So we reached out to the professionals to see if they could come out and take a look.

Contacted them this morning and they responded quickly and were out quickly. Eduardo came and was able to get it to stay lit, and answered all my questions and gave me honest feedback regarding our water heater.

Great family own business, if your looking for honest ppl not ppl that take advantage of older ppl or a single mother they are the company to use. Brain explain everything to me where I was able to understand clearly and showed us great tips to check our toilet water pressure.

We were having issue with our toilet being plugged up and we had originally called rooter hero plumbing and they were trying to take advantage of me and my grandmother by over charging thank goodness we got brain second opinion and he was able to tell us that everything was fine didn't need to replace our pipes. I had a leaky faucet and also a broken bath tub faucet and a really old shower head. I scheduled some time with Fantastic rooter and they sent over Brian to look at my faucets and he recommended changing them as there was no way to fix these things.

Brian suggested me to take time to find the faucets of my liking and did not force us in any way to get things fixed sooner or with their Company. I really liked Brian's professionalism and the no obligation investigation he did made me want to hire him for the job.

So, when I bought the parts, I reached out to Fantastic Rooter and it was really have to have Brian come in install the new faucets and shower head. He also fixed a minor problem with my toilet's flush tank.

They are great as they want to solve your problems This is the second time I've used Fantastic Rooter, for very different jobs. First was fixing a leaking waste line under the house, second was cleaning out main line.

In addition, we could see where the line was failing as well. He quoted a very reasonable price and was able to get his crew out the next day and replace over 30 feet of septic line, which was at least 30 inches below the surface.

Inconsiderate of the time it was and stared doing a job at 7am on Sunday waking up our whole neighborhood. Plan accordingly not what's convenient for your company.

Our toilets and shower started backing up. I called Fantastic Rooter at 3:30pm and a technician was there by 5pm! They found the problem which ended up needing a whole new sewer pipe for our septic system.

I hired Fantastic Rooter to replace a 132 ft 2"-gas line that went from the front of the house and all the way to the far side of the backyard. Jaime and his team had to trench a line for the entire distance without breaking the concrete patio,walkway or gas fire pit.

This project took a full 4 days and they completed on schedule with no issues. His team showed up on time and stayed late to get the work done on time.
