Review and analyze now for company Caccia Plumbing and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''I had a clogged sink and my usual plumber buddy who live up the street from me of course was in Tahoe for the weekend. I called 2 companies in Half Moon Bay both of which were booked out 2-3 weeks.
Did some yelp searching and saw good review so lobbed in call. They picked up right away and within 2 hours a guy was here.
Very good guy and said that he would recommend that while I have him do the snake also to replace most of the parts under my sink. I told him that I appreciated that but I have a friend who is a plumber, he said he would try to make it work.
He found the clog, and got everything back together with no leaks I will use these guys again for sure Negative stars. Poor workmanship, low quality products and horrendous/misleading pricing practices.
We have had nothing but problems with work performed and quality of parts installed. We had to call another plumber to help resolve original issue and found Caccia misrouted some of our other piping in installing a basic water filter.
Originally, appreciated their responsiveness and appearance of helpful manner. However, pricing scheme was not as it originally appeared.
Charged hundreds of dollars per hour for hours not actually worked. While we signed up for their membership, definitely regret it and are hesitant to call them to have them come back to fix all the problems they created as nothing has been as it seems or as good as they presented initially.
The faucet they selected and installed was supposed to be premium and was extremely expensive and broke in less than a year spewing water all over our kitchen. We spent thousands of dollars and are worse off for hiring them.
Wish we never worked with this company. We started using Caccia Plumbing this summer to install a tankless water heater and fix some issues with our shower fixtures.
They've been out 3 or 4 times since handle other issues, including today to fix a minor malfunction with our new water heater (no charge, it was covered with a 3 year parts/labor warranty). Each time I've been impressed with the knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism of all the technicians and office staff.
They leave no stone unturned in providing the best service to their customers. I requested a quote from Anthony of Caccia Plumbing when I had a less than a 1 yr old booster pump installed by my builder started leaking.
Anthony and his front staff were responsive and extremely transparent on pricing and schedule. I got a quote from several companies to replace the booster engine and decided to go with Caccia and am so glad I did - they were punctual and the quality of their work was solid.
Thanks and you definitely got a lifelong customer! No job should be too small. Do not refuse to help customers no matter how small the job is.
Profits will come if you don't knock yourself down. Caccia Plumbing responded quickly to my inquiry for a quote on an outlet installation for EV charging.
I was able to get an appointment for a free estimate the same day. The technician, Shaun, was super helpful.
The work needed to get the job done was more involved than we expected and Shaun explained that it wouldn't be worth the cost. He did give us tips and advice on how to meet our EV charging needs.
I have had two electrical sockets replaced and one burst pipe repaired by Caccia staff. They are always professional, friendly, respectful and helpful.
They explain what they are going to do, and then test their work to make sure it is good before they go. Highly recommended! We called Caccia when we needed a sewer lateral replaced - this is a big, expensive job and we wanted to be sure it was done right.
Caccia came through for us again, from a detailed estimate to handling the needed permits to effective traffic control and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Still our #1 choice for plumbing jobs! Great service for leaking water heater! Our water heater finally called it quits ironically on Saturday morning so we were unsure how long we'd have to wait for a repair.
However, Jesse was ringing our doorbell at 8:30am on Monday to inspect and propose a replacement. Jaime came to install the new water heater shortly after, and everyone was fixed before 3pm.
Jaime was courteous, efficient, thorough, and patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommend Caccia! I've been using Caccia now for over a year for many plumbing needs - from installing a new sink/vanity, new auto Toto toilet, to clogged drains and a constant drip in our shower.
They have the best customer service hands down of any plumber we have ever used (many!). They may not be the least expensive but you pay for what you get!! Jaimie and Melissa were punctual, very courteous and professional.
They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. It was a time sensitive situation for me since my water heater stopped working.
Jaimie was very knowledgeable about the product and rebates available. He took me through all my options I had available for choosing a green product.
They were respectful of the area they worked in and always cleaned up after themselves. I had complete confidence in their ability to complete the job exceptionally! Will not hesitate to use them again, highly recommend.
(I was very happy to see a female plumber, which was a first for me. Excellent representation Melissa!) The owner called to apologize and he was able to provide competitive quotes.
For both sewer lateral and remodel. I've got no axe to grind, but just stating the facts: They said they would be here at 10am after our water was shut-off by the town.
The repair was to replace a shower diverter valve. The water was shut-off at 9:30 am and I called them right away to let them know.
Instead, they re-routed our plumber to another job and I had to keep calling in for updates as to when someone would be here. They kept stalling.
After waiting around for 5 hours without water I cancelled the job. Terrible customer service in my opinion, but for what it is worth, they were apologetic, after the fact.
It was a wasted day. The story had a good outcome.
I ended up hiring a local independent plumber who did an excellent job at half the price of Caccia's estimate (which I was thought was crazy high to begin with, but gave them the benefit of the doubt because I did not know any better). Lesson learned: Always get 2 quotes.
Caccia has been very helpful in assisting us on a spot repair with our sewer lateral. Ofa on day one has been extremely thorough in his estimates taking lots of measurements and answering any questions I had.
Ofa and his team came out and did the repair making sure they cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend Caccia enough Ofa is the kind of person you would want to take on any of your plumbing repair.
When I did Google search for the good electrician in the area, I was surprised to see Cacci plumbing. I called the office to see if they do the electrical work.
I was surprised to learn they have been doing the electrical work and asked if they do the free estimate. I was surprised to hear the yes.
Then Ed Zalko came for the work. He was very courteous and finished the work as promise.
I also heard that they are doing the plumbing, electrical work and HVAC. I will keep this in mind for the future.
I had a great experience working with Angelo and Ed to prep for a new induction stove. Will call Caccia for future issues.
Timely , knowledgeable, skillful, very personable. A real pleasure to work with.
They were extremely thorough. Check areas I didn't know about.
They were able to explain all of the potential issues that I could deal with preemptively. 5* customers service.
The operator was very kind & clear for the steps. She took my request & info.
Told me the next steps, such as a f/u call to schedule an appt, when would they call me, such and such. Later on the same day, they scheduled me a free estimate appt.
On the day of, they texted me with the ETA which helped a lot. The gentleman came on time.
He checked the issue & offered to check other issues that we might not be aware! Very good customer service. Tankless Water Heater After using Caccia Plumbing for the first time for our garbage disposal, I was confident with them to replace our tankless water heater.
Ed and Dayna came out on Monday and replaced the old one. It was a big job and by the time I came home we had hot water.
If there's any plumbing issue you're having call Caccia Plumbing. All the technicians are superb! Have to give a shout out to Angelo for figuring out the hammering in our bathrooms, after troubleshooting for 2+hours! It's so quiet now! Thank you! Recently had a need for air gap vent on our dishwasher.
Conner did an outstanding job replacing hoses and adding a new vent. I left for Maui shortly after the repair, then when I got home, he had sent us a thank you card for allowing him to do the work.
I think he is the first plumber I've ever had that took the time to do this. Hats off to Caccia Plumbing! 12/27/2023: First time using Caccia and highly recommended.
From the first call to my follow up on completion was outstanding service and communication, so rare these days. Kameron arrived first thing in the morning after texting ahead when he would arrive.
The information he has been given was correct. He thoroughly assessed my slow kitchen drain and the real possibility of needing to replace my disposal to wall pipe that hadn't been changed in more than 30 years.
Every step was explained clearly and honestly with monetary quotes. Pictures taken and emailed along with quotes and final bill.
No hidden fees or surprises. He even honored Yelp's sink drain coupon.
Now my drain is running like new and I can go back to baking biscotti. Thank you everyone at Caccia Plumbing.
I highly recommend Caccia Plumbing. They are reliable & professional.
I appreciate that they give regular updates as to which service person will be showing up and when. PG&E contacted me because there's a gas leak on the house line.
I contacted Caccia Plumbing after hours on their website, and somebody responded immediately via their online chat. They scheduled somebody to arrive the next day.
Joe from Caccia diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on (installer error by the folks who installed our generator, so annoying) and reassured me my house wasn't going to explode in the interim but showed me where I could shut off the gas to the affected pipe if I was nervous. The company Ed & Hector a couple of days later and they did the repairs efficiently.
They also took a look at a sink with terrible water flow. I had previously had another plumber (sent by HomeServe) try to diagnose the problem: that plumber didn't test anything and suggested repairs that would cost $2K+.
In contrast, Ed explained what he thought the issue might me, the testing he was going to do etc. His hunch was correct and there was sediment that had crept up through the pipes as well as clogs from disintegrating rubber.
He made the required repairs and it cost a fraction of what I was quoted by the other company. I also signed up for their monthly service plan.
I was previously on a similar one from HomeServe but Caccia's plan is cheaper and their service people are superior. Caccia Plumbing came out today to flush my tankless water heater and correct a problem with the sink drain stopper.
Dayna Diangson did the work. As always, they scheduled an appointment time and came as scheduled.
We explained the sink stopper problem and the location of the tankless water heater. Dayna completed all work in a professional manner.
Work was as with all Caccia work excellent. Will always request a plumbing estimate from Caccia on all plumbing work.
Great service from Caccia Plumbing! I especially appreciate the diligent effort from Guillermo Ortigoza and Ofa Veimau! I am simply blown away by the service that I received from Luvet Grajeda and Caccia Plumbing! I purchased an old home and discovered quickly it needed a new washer and dryer. When the installation people came, they showed me that one of the valves was leaking, preventing a proper installation.
So I called Caccia plumbing to help replace the valve. The customer service on the phone was phenomenal, and I was able to get an appointment in less than 48 hours (I could have gotten it sooner too, but since it wasn't an emergency I was ok with 2 days later).
Prior to the appointment, I received confirmation of the appointment, and on the day of I got a text with a photo of the person who was coming to assist me so I knew who to expect. When Luvet showed up, he was amiable, courteous, and extremely helpful.
He not only addressed the problem, but also explained what other things I could do to prevent other problems in the future. While he was there, I also showed him some other issues plumbing issues the house has, and he was able to take care of all of them in the same appointment, explaining at every step what he was doing and why he was doing it.
He also made some recommendations for future things to address without any pressure to do anything unnecessary. Pricing was fully transparent, and he made sure that I was comfortable with everything before proceeding.
I am incredibly grateful for Luvet and the team at Caccia Plumbing. Our family will definitely be using them moving forward, and if you're reading this I suggest you do as well.
You will be happy you did! I can't thank CACCIA and Joe enough for saving the day! We were in a desperate situation when the water heater broke right before our guests from overseas came in. Joe came out first thing in the am.
So friendly and professional. Was able to repair my electric heatpump water heater within a couple of hours! THANK YOU for everything.
it is a great company. The plumber came on came on time.
He finished his job clean up the place.. a five star service We had a fantastic experience with Joe from Caccia Plumbing! He was super prompt in arriving after we placed an urgent call into Caccia as we'd lost all water supply into the the interior of our house.
Joe was quick to diagnose the issue, acquire all the parts for repair, and had us up and running in less than 24 hours. He also came up with a creative solution that saved us more than $2,000 relative to another quote we received for the same work.
We would highly recommend Joe and Caccia Plumbing and will be using Caccia for all our plumbing needs in the future! Excellent service. We needed a seismic natural gas shutoff valve to automatically shut off our service in case of a significant earthquake.
We got the referral from a friend and are glad we did. Daniel was excellent! Professional, good listener, on time, and a problem solver.
We needed our kitchen sink granite repaired so all the plumbing needed to be removed. Our Grohe faucet proved difficult to remove because another plumber installed it incorrectly.
Only way to remove it was to saw it off. Anyway, few days later, Daniel returned to install our new plumbing in a timely manner.
J. Oakes I previously wrote a review on Caccia Plumbing, which stressed the quality of the work, but warned about what I felt was overpricing.
In case that review is no longer visible, but was noticed earlier: I did not in that review, and do not now allege any impropriety. As stressed in my original review, I could have obtained other estimates, and chose not to do that at the time.
There were no surprises. Since this review I had an excellent conversation with Joseph, the service manager.
He explained how the company figures pricing, and he agreed that in my particular case an inadvertent mistake happened. Caccia corrected this mistake promptly.
My years long satisfaction with Caccia is restored, and I will resume doing business with them. They have served me very well in the past, congruent with other reviews.
I am awaiting the next leak in anticipation of calling them :-) Meh for Viessman boiler repair - misdiagnosed and charged a lot of money for it. Nice folks but had to hire a different contractor to solve the problem.
Juan came to my house today to give me an estimate on replacing the seals in bathtub stem valves. He gave me a price that was a bit more than others and explained that working on pipes installed in 1936 had associated risk.
He did a bit of work with no promise of business to determine what sort or hardware we had, and suggested a solution. It is galling to pay hundreds of dollars for a few minutes of work, but that is not unique to Caccia Plumbing.
All the estimates were coming in around the same price. Good guy who explained things and seems to have done a good job.
Installed a tankless water heater for us last year, tricky install and they did a fantastic job, informing us every step of the way what was being done and why. A bit more expensive, but my neighbor used a budget plumber for her tankless heater and has had lots of issues that we did not.
Caccia came today to do our 1 yr maintenance and was right on time, pleasant, informative, and professional. Really top notch service.
Had to have some work done for my fineness studio and they were very responsive, communicative in their updates and Dana, my plumber was very good & professional . She also left everything very clean.
They definitely are not the cheapest, but you often get what you pay for. Kameron came on time, communicated the plan directly, and what to expect.
He did a comprehensive inspection, working to find all point where leaks could come from or evidence of leaking further (spending a long time under the house to ensure he found all water signs) and then did sealing in every area possible. He advised on other consultations we would need, and recommendations for providers.
While at our home he coordinated the scheduling with another service provider, making the introductions and having them call us to schedule the needed appt. I am grateful, feel that he did all the work I could have expected and then more, and was respectful, polite and even managed our dogs.
Would definitely recommend highly and would return to this company again. Caccia Plumbing installed two appliances for me.
The first was a leak detector which Anthony installed. And the second was an earthquake gas shutoff valve which Jaime installed.
In both cases, their appointment process was painless, their work quality flawless. I am really happy to write a good review for a professional company and their staff.
Thank you Caccia Plumbing for making it easy. Kameron was able to help us fix a problem in our shower head that was bothering us for years.
We were in good hands and he explained what was going on under the surface of the hardware Ruvel did an amazing job explaining the problem to what he was doing before he did it. He also gave me the alternative if that didn't work.
He also looked at the entire line to ensure it was stable long term. I appreciated the service from their accounting dept and solved the problem promptly.
The company is trustworthy. 11/22/23 - The water company sent us a notice that our house had a continuous low volume water leak, which I was able to trace to an aging toilet in my daughter's upstairs bathroom.
Caccia plumbing sent out plumber Joe Sullivan on Monday 11/20 who attempted to repair the leak, but determined that replacing the unit was a better bet. On 11/22 Caccia had plumber Daniel Ahuatzin deliver and install a replacement toilet.
Both plumbers, Joe and Daniel, were excellent - polite, efficient, clear communicators, very respectful of our property and our time. Daniel replaced the toilet, took away the old unit, and left everything clean and working.
Great service again! Very responsive. Sent Kameron out asap.
He was very knowledgeable and cares about his work. Great troubleshooter.
Great customer service and very clean. Repair of leaking toilet and troubleshooting furnace that wasn't working.
Excellent communication, job skill and neatness. Daniel A recently replaced our water heater and his service was outstanding.
He arrived promptly and fixed the issue quickly, demonstrating his expertise. What I appreciated most was how he explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner.
His efficient work and clear communication made the experience stress-free. Highly recommend Daniel for his professional and knowledgeable service! My water heater died on Monday night and my family learned what a "navy shower" is...I sent Caccia a note via Yelp and they responded first thing Tuesday morning.
They were on-site by noon and quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through the options. I chose to have a new tankless water heater installed rather than going the repair route.
Caccia was here first thing Wednesday morning to install the new appliance and everything is working great. All 3 of the technicians that came to my house were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided first class service.
Thank you to the crew that got my water flowing again quickly!!!! As an added bonus, Caccia is a sponsor of our local youth fastpitch softball leagues and I was glad that I could support their business (although I would rather not have had my water heater die...). Thank you Caccia for great work and responsiveness.
You have a new loyal customer. I highly recommend Caccia Plumbing.
Great service, fast, professional, competitive pricing. Had an electrical issue in our garage that we couldn't figure out ourselves.
Heard the Caccia Plumbing also provided electrical service so I called. Set up appointment, showed up on time, and fixed our problem in 30 minutes.
We received a letter from our home insurance requesting a plumbing inspection and had 4 days to do it. I called several plumbers before Caccia and none of them were willing to come out on such short notice.
I called Caccia Plumbing, explained the situation and they were very accommodating with my time sensitive request. Kameron came that afternoon and gave his assessment and had a few minor recommendations.
He was honest, transparent & true to his word which made me feel we were in good hands. We decided to do all the work Kameron suggested and the results was seamless.
He was very thorough and did everything he said he would. After working on one our sinks, he put everything back in a very organized manner which I really appreciated.
We sent our inspection report on time. Thank you Kameron and everyone at Caccia Plumbing.
We will be back! Their motto should be "Customer First!" Called over the weekend, was greeted by a live person! Total jaw-drop moment (expected voicemail). Was able to actual schedule a service call for Monday! What?Tech, Connor Ragusin.
A very friendly and enthusiastic gentleman arrived on-time--He came, he assessed, he conquered! Job was done so fast! I'm a repeat customer and HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASSIA PLUMBING! They truly put their Customers first!! We requested work on a leak from my elderly neighbor, who was 85 and the city couldn't figure out what the leak was. In a very short visit.
took the time to make us feel comfortable explain with the probability is and then fix the problem this is a great company. Great service great find I am writing to update a review that I previously did for Caccia Plumbing.
I would like to thank Joseph who called me for my initial negative review of the work that was performed for my mother. The initial disagreement centered around the cost of work for my elderly mother and the process by which her work was approved.
We were able to talk through our misunderstanding and come to an amicable resolution moving forward. I appreciate their immediate follow up with me and professionalism while working through the issue.
I think it is rare these days to find a business like Caccia Plumbing in that they were both proactive in addressing my complaint but also willing to work through said complaint to make sure that they retained the long-term customer relationship. Thank you, Joseph.
This was my first time working with Caccia Plumbing and what an amazing experience!! we have had many plumbers come through here over the last 25 years and I can confidently say that Caccia Plumbing is the best - Bar none. I'd like to shift the spotlight to Kameron, the plumber who worked with us and resolved our issues with the sewer ejector pump and replacing pipes.
He installed a new sewer ejector pump for us. We also had a situation with backflow making a horrible banging sound throughout the house once the pump would come on.
He resolved it for us by replacing pipes in a very tight space and all is well now! Kameron is very skilled and confident with his quality of work. His demeanor shows a great deal of polish and class.
He is also a really nice person with a helpful can do demeanor. He comes with a great deal of integrity and amazing follow up skills.
Now this is the service should be. Top notch.
Kameron constantly remained in touch with me until all of the work was completed. We have a great deal of respect for him and feel honored to have had the privilege of working with him.
Thank you Caccia Plumbing and thank you Kameron! I cannot recommend Caccia Plumbing highly enough. A few weeks ago, our washing machine started leaking water onto the floor and the sink in the laundry room started backing up implying that the stand pipe had a big clog.
After we went through 3 plumbers trying unsuccessfully to snake the line where each of them was baffled by "hitting something hard that the snakes could not get through". The brilliant plumbers at Caccia Plumbing isolated the area where the clog was by testing a lot of our piping.
They found the area where the clog seemed to be, opened up the wall and cut through the pipes. Only to find....a ton of NUTS! The squirrels had apparently been dropping nuts down the standpipe that vents to our roof.
They were packed in there and water logged and it took Cameron, our Caccia plumber, 90 minutes to pry them all out. Cameron and Ofa were amazing professionals who were able to identify the problem area, open up the wall, fix the problem, disinfect the whole area and patch the wall back up.
Cameron even went on our roof and installed a screen over the standpipe exit so the squirrels could no longer drop nuts in. 5 Star Professional Service all the way! Caccia plumbing are our heroes! It was any first time using them.
However, since they are so close to our condo almost everyone in our condo uses them. My first impression of them was that they were very professional.
Ramon was the plumber assigned to take care of our clog. He was very respectful, polite, and continuously updated me throughout the process.
He was able to fix the issue with our clog. I was a little skeptical because he had accidentally broken a candle that I had purchased which was put in the bathroom for decorative purposes.
It reminded me of where I grew up so it had meaning to it. He was really apologetic about breaking it and offered to pay for it.
After the service was over Caccia had sent me a check to pay for the cost of the candle. I thought that this was very great customer service and professional of them.
I would highly suggest using them and will continue to use them in the future. Joan was fabulous throughout the entire process of replacing our water heater from start to finish.
He was incredibly professional as is everyone who we have ever worked with at caccia. Had it not been for the way Joan conducted himself from the beginning when he gave us his initial assessment of the project we may have considered someone else.
However his low key, up front and honesty in terms of the job and price made our decision easy. Quality of work and professionalism matters.
Joan excelled in both areas. I am a customer of Caccia Plumbing.
They have made a number of visits to my house. I have dealt with 3 different plumber.
The latest was Conor Ragusin. They share a number of things in common-Great expertise, excellent people skills, and explaining what they are going to do in layman terms.
Each time I have been completely satisfied. Highly recommend the service.
Professional, knowledgeable as well as trustworthy. Provided me with several options.
Next day service on a very plugged up and perpetually troublesome toilet. The only toilet in our apartment.
Ugh! Dayna Diangson showed up ahead of her scheduled appointment and immediately set to work. First though she asked a few questions about exactly what the toilet was and more importantly wasn't doing.
At her recommendation we opted to purchase a new toilet with a superior flushing system. While the new toilet was being delivered she removed the old toilet and rooted out the drain.
She repaired the old flange double and triple checked the drains and installed the toilet which is now working way better than the old one. Because of a number of problems associated with the previous installation this job took considerable time.
Dayna stayed well past the dinner insuring the job was completed. Her work was neat and clean.
Was Cacia Plumbing the cheapest. Likely not.
But it was worth every penny. I recommend Cacia, and Dayna completely.
I've used them many times and they always do a great job. Dayna was the latest plumber from Caccia to fix our plumbing problem.
She was helpful and very professional. We just had another excellent service repair of an old shower valve by Juan and Joseph.
They took the time to research a valve replacement for a Hans Grohe part that is no longer manufactured in order to avoid our having to spend nearly $4,000 to open up the wall in our shower and get all new fixtures. They also installed a new shower head due to some leaks in the old one.
We have used Caccia for many years and have referred them to our neighbors and friends. We have always appreciated the ethical way they go about doing business for some very large jobs as well as small ones.
We find that being members of the Caccia club is very worthwhile and includes a savings of $100 each time they come out. We highly recommend them.
Juan was a plumber from CACCIA plumbing and was excellent. he was friendly and did everything possible to quickly get my bathroom in working order.
if there were 6 stars I would gladly give it him. Thanks Juan for all you did.
Definitely will call CACCIA plumbing in the future. And thank you Caccia for escalating my work order, (I only have 1 bathroom) First of all I have to say all of the Caccia plumbers that came out are super professional, friendly and do excellent work.
In the last couple of years, they have done close to $20K of work on my home and my rentals. And I have given them 5 stars rating twice.
However, I am a bit disappointed with the recent scheduling work by their phone agent In early 2023, I enrolled in Caccia Care Club for my home and my rentals. In Dec 2023, my tenant called to schedule for the annual complementary service scheduled for Jan 2024 to flush the water heater, camera inspection of sewage line and snaking a drain.
The day before the appointment, my tenant called to reconfirm the appointment and the phone agent informed her that in order to use the complementary service, I will need to have a paid service first. I was surprised because I not told about this requirement when I purchased the Care Club membership.
I called Caccia and the phone agent confirmed that is the policy. I told her it doesn't make sense that I have been paying for the membership for almost year, but I actually can't use the service.
So I informed her that I would like to cancel the membership. Then the agent checked with her boss and told me that they will make an exception.
After a couple of months, my tenant tried to call again to schedule the appointment for around end of March. After she waited most of the day, the plumber cancelled the appointment because his previous job took longer than expected.
Now it is May 2024 and my tenant has moved out. My wife called to schedule an appointment for flushing the water heater, camera inspection of sewage line and snaking a drain.
She specifically asked to send someone who can do all three tasks so she doesn't have to make multiple trips to the rental property. Today the plumber came and did a great job flushing the water heater.
However, he said he was not scheduled to do the camera inspection of sewage line and snaking a drain which will need to be scheduled for next week. While Caccia plumbing team does great work; however, I am not happy the phone agents are not as diligent with their work.
Very quick response and technician Daniel was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to assure that my problem was resolved and to make sure his work area was cleaned better than he found it.
No doubt who I will be calling for all future plumbing needs! I called Caccia because I had a leak in my new bathtub drain. They sent a plumber over by noon the same day.
It was not an emergency so I didn't even expect such quick service. Joan, the plumber was very professional and explained the cause of the leak.
He sent a detailed explanation so we could forward it to our contractor. I highly recommend Caccia Plumbing.
The cost of the service call was very reasonable and I plan to call them in the future should I need a plumber. They really care about the customer and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received.
This company is over the TOP. We had some major damage and it was corrected in very short period of time, including, permits.
We have used this company for an emergency hot heater repair, steam shower repair and some major leak issues. We will not use another company in this area other than CACCIA.
Professional, on time, they know their business and we will never go back to another company. (PS, if you have a dog-we have 2- they were so respectful, to them, as well as to us.) Stephanie Johnson and Les Mayberry Responsive.
Nate is the best. But had Noah today: also good.
Considerate and skilled. I was out of the country traveling with my adult son at home.
A leak started in my garage that was from the bathroom from the floor above. Connor came to our rescue and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.
Amazing service from start to finish. I highly recommend Caccia plumbing and will hire them for all future issues and remodeling projects.
Very, very impressed. Great service! Very responsive and professional! Loved their technician Daniel Ahuatzin! Jaime and Melissa did outstanding work to replace my basement sink.
They explained everything that needed to be done and gave me several options to choose from. They even took away some of the trash I had in the garage after they finished the job.
Above and beyond service! We were charged almost $600 to clean a filter on a tankless water heater that I could have handled myself. The tech was nice enough, but told me he didn't open up the panel to inspect it even though it hadn't been serviced for 10 years.
$600 an hour is a higher hourly rate than lawyers, which says to me that this company is taking advantage of busy families in Silicon Valley. Be very wary of Caccia.
From the start up a professional company. Called up to have a water heater issue.
Made an appointment and they showed up and fixed the issue. And gave me choices on what to happen next, either I could just repair the problem and have the water heater fail in a couple of years because my water heater is almost 10 years old.
Or I can spend some more money, and have the whole thing replaced, I opted for the latter. Workmanship quality is second to none, no shortcuts.
Modern plumbing. They set up all the tools needed and removed the old heater, while removing the heater the replacement was being delivered to the house.
Once they arrived they switched out the old for new. The install was flawless.
And they even cleaned up afterwards!!! Caccia plumbing (Ramon) came out to our 60 yr old home in Belmont and cleared a clogged kitchen drain. Ramon ran a snake all the way to the main street sewer.
Ramon was prompt, curteous and informative - he explained how our home plumbing and drainage system worked. Cost was reasonable, response and service were great.
We will not hesitate to call Caccia Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs After the plumber I've used for years retired, I set out to find someone new that I could trust to do good quality work at a fair price. I'm happy to say that after a couple of swings and misses, I think I've found a winner with Caccia Plumbing.
I called and asked that they send someone out to do just a general assessment of the plumbing in our home after having gone through the perils of a leaking pipe under the house. They send out a very nice and knowledgeable plumber named Abnan, who crawled under our house, still wet and muddy from our leak and recent rains, and did a thorough inspection complete with photographs for us to see.
He pointed out the cause of our leak, and also called our attention to a few other spots that were in danger of becoming new leaks. It was really nice being able to actually see what he was talking about by looking at the pictures.
I soon received an estimate from Anthony, and after a bit of back and forth about the best way to proceed, we hired Caccia to come back and complete the necessary work. I was thrilled that they sent Abnan (Ricky) back out as we were so pleased with the work and attitude that we observed on his first visit.
Once again he dove under the house despite the wet and muddy conditions and spent two hours performing the necessary repairs, and again took pictures for us to see the before and after details. Caccia team members were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.
Each and every one of them that I had the pleasure of speaking with displayed courtesy and professionalism. They were polite, prompt, and unlike some of the other plumbing outfits I tried, they were extremely forthcoming with all of the information that I needed and wanted.
I'd especially like to commend Abnan for his professionalism and expertise, he's definitely an asset to the company. Joan and Ofa were amazing.
We had a clog in our main line that required a snake. We also used a camera on the sewer lateral.
Great customer service and job well done. Thank you! I recently had a larger than expected plumbing job performed by Caccia.
I had used Caccia in the past for very large jobs and have always been more than pleased with the work they perform. This time was no different.
Ed came out and worked diligently and professionally. He cleaned up after his work and left things better than when he arrived.
I love that Caccia always sends a note telling you when the plumber is on his way to your home, who it is and something about their work with Caccia and their hobbies, etc. Makes it so family like! I highly recommend Caccia, they are efficient and have the breadth of knowledge, experience and equipment to tackle the most difficult jobs.
They are creative and problem solving people. Very pleased customer!! Jaime and his team did a great job replacing our water heater.
They worked all day, protected our house, cleaned up nicely and were so friendly. We love our new water heater and appreciate all Jaime's attention to detail.
Thank you! My husband and I had Caccia out for our plumbing issues. We were beyond pleased with the service Jaime provided.
We look for several things when hiring a company, and Caccia has them all. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and prompt.
We always recommend Caccia, and will continue to do so. Thank you Cassia and Jaime for your outstanding service.
Harry & Janette What a delight to work with Joan and this company. It started with the pleasant ladies answering the phones! I was able to make a quick appointment and had a VERY knowledgeable and polite technician come to our house.
He clearly explained all of our options, gave us detailed estimates, and left without charging us anything for his time that day. We later scheduled a repair with him.
All work was performed professionally and at the highest standards . Joan and Cacchio plumbing are excellent! Great experience.
They diagnosed and repaired a problem that no other plumbers could figure out. They were also super polite and wonderful to deal with.
I had an issue with a shower. Had two other plumbers come by who instantly started quoting big numbers $$$ to completely replace my shower fixtures.
Neither of them took the time to remove the shower knob to investigate what the issue might be. Nate, the Caccia plumber who came here to look into the issue, was the only one who actually took the time to diagnose and fix the issue.
Great technician. A++ They were nice and pleasant.
Easy to work with. He was helpful in diagnosing our problem.
I would use them again for sure.'''.
