On the day of the repair, the plumber performed the jobs professionally and answered all of our questions. Our brand new Bosch dishwasher continued to get an error code E:24 watertap which generally indicates a clog somewhere in the lines and which prevents the appliance from draining.

We cleaned out the air gap and inspected all the hoses and lines but couldn't find the problem ourselves. We contacted Best Bay and Abel set us up with a very prompt appointment.

Eddy came out for the appointment as promised and inspected the entire unit and all the lines carefully. He didn't find any issue that would cause the error message and thought we should probably contact the manufacturer directly to make sure there was no internal issue with the dishwasher itself.

As it turned out, the line to the dishwasher was likely kinked because after his reassembly, the dishwasher worked perfectly. Fingers crossed that it continues to do so! We were very impressed at how carefully and thoroughly he checked everything to make sure that the plumbing was working correctly.

I'll definitely be using their services again in the future! It started out as a clogged bathtub. We tried drano and baking soda, vinegar, & hot water and a plunger.

But no luck. A long condensed story with a happy ending.

It was hard to find a recognizable plumber. I called a 800 number who sent out Jermaine from Gogo Rooter.

Jermaine called to say he was on his way. After explaining I have a clogged bathtub, I could hear Jermaine working on it.

He came back 30 minutes later, his tool snapped so something else must be going on. The house is on a slab so we were limited.

We decided on drilling thru the outside wall and into the cement. After opening the wall and drilling thru: A.

The p-trap was blocked. The flow diverter rusted and broke away from the faucet and fell into the p trap area and over the years it rusted and finally blocked the entire pipe.

It was not going to drain. B.

The shower was leaking for years so the support beam was crumbling. C.

The cast iron tub was also rusting. The fix: 1.

Fix the p trap & plumbing 2. Find and fix the leak in the shower plumbing 3.

Replace the tub 4. Fix the support beam 5.

Replace the insulation and re-plaster the walls. 6.

Retile the tub. 7.

Cosmetic - repaint We also needed city permits and their sign offs. It was a huge project all due to a clogged bathtub.

Jermaine, the plumber walked us thru and oversaw the whole project. He was amazing.

The company called to make sure we didn't have additional questions at the end of the day but Jermaine answered them all and found out the answers for us right away when we had them. It took a few weeks without a tub.

Jermaine is a great plumber. He fixed the plumbing issue, the p-trap and shower leak super quick.

He removed the tile & tub and replaced the tub in one day with a buddy. The city needed to sign off on the fix before they were able to do more work.

After the first inspection we got the go ahead for tile. The first tile guy the company sent over in the afternoon, tiled half the tub and took a break, then called it quits when he came back because the city had a noise ordinance.

Why break at 6 and then come back at 8? The company sent out another tile guy, Henry who said he couldn't fix the uneven tile on the walls, the dips, the protrusion, unevenly cut tile, etc... Henry said he would have to pull it all out and restart so we needed to contact the company.

I called and sent pictures to Jermaine. Jermaine talked to his boss.

Henry came back out, demo and redid all the tile. Now it looks great.

Jermaine sent pictures in to the city and they approved the final sign off. Jermaine painted, cleaned up the remaining material and now we are all good.

I would definitely recommend Jermaine for all your plumbing needs. Next time, if i want to just switch out a fixture, I'm calling Jermaine.

Same as AllStar Plumbing, so don't be fooled by the name. We hired this company to replace 4 sump pumps under our house.

The first gentleman came and put in 2 of them. He was then set to come back the next week, but we heard nothing from the company.

We can't fault that worker as he had passed away over the weekend. But we do fault the company for not calling us.

We called them, got someone else to come out who didn't even know what was supposed to be done. Finally, a couple of weeks later another man was supposed to come out, but he called AFTER he was supposed to be here to say he wasn't coming and that he was getting his supervisor involved.

A week later the supervisor came out and told us we didn't need 4 pumps, that trenches should be dug under the house, that he himself had invented the trenching system, and that this change would cost us roughly $10,000 more than what we paid. When we seemed hesitant about this whole scenario he chalked it up to the concept that we just couldn't afford it.

He was supposed to have someone come back to at least make sure the pumps were installed correctly and working. Never happened.
