Once I recevied the replacement Moen faucet, I contacted Marlon and arrange for him to do the repair. He scheduled a time and messaged me before arrival.

There was some additional complexity in removing my older Moen faucet, as it was in a difficult place to access. Marlon handled it well and had it removed and the new one installed.

I posted a "wanted" help via Yelp to fix an error in water heater. It's a 6/7 year old Rheem Water heater.

I highly recommend :) Got quote from another Plumbing company to replace valves stem on tub faucet. Other company said was too old and had to replace valve and whole unit after having to break tile.

Estimate was $2500. Called Integrity and they gave estimate of $250 plus parts.

I asked Marlon to replace both valve stems and diverter as a precaution. They replaced all three stems and charged $100 more to replace the additional cold valve and diverter.

So for parts and labor came to $520 far better than $2500 and still having to repair tiles. Best to get several estimates because some businesses want to make the larger payments with maybe less work.

Called and talked to Marlon and he was able to come by within 1-2 hours and fix my issue! He and his employee snaked my toilet and figured out the issue and I was back in business in about 15 mins. So grateful he was able to come by on such short notice, I don't know what I would've done.

It's a cringey/embarrassing situation and both guys were super friendly and professional, will definitely use these guys again in the future! Called around looking to get couple of things fixed in the house, he was very reasonable and give me a diagnosis over the phone also able to give me the cheapest rate with a discount Definitely keep for future uses We experienced cross over issue with the tankless water heater.

Upon replacing all the cartridges in 3 separate shower valves, the problem did not go away. We listed the project in Yelp and Marlon responded with great enthusiasm.

He suggested our circular pump might cause the problem. The manual operating the pump is not ideal as the solenoid does not respond as fast.

We restored timer control of the valve, then the problem seems to go away. Marlon is a thorough person.

It was the middle of the day and while washing my hands, the water faucet ran out of water. Called the city water supply and was told there they did not shut it off but would have someone within the hour to asses the situation.

After about an hour, the city guy comes in checks the main meter to make sure no one has turned it off there, he cannot turn the valve off at my house to isolate the leak so just turns the water off at the meter and leaves, telling us its not their problem. Of course its one of those days(the Friday before Christmas week) where all hell breaks loose at work.

I have the mrs. take charge and she calls Marlon.

He comes over and investigates and notices its between the city line and where it enters the house as there was no leaks under the house. He immediately inquires if we have a good relationship with the neighbors and wants to hook us up with a temp solution before taking care of the problem the next day.

We hired him on the spot. We compared him with one other person and his price was comparable to the other guy.

We did book a hotel for the night and the next day. He had someone show up early next morning to begin the dig and take care of the city requirements before laying the pipe.

Reached out to Marlon and a bunch of other plumbers in my area with a detailed description of the problem but Marlon was the only one who provided some feedback about what it could be and a prompt response by showing up over the weekend.

Marlon did an excellent job diagnosing a blockage due to tree roots in our sewage line connecting to the city mains and helped clear multiple clogs systematically all the way to the mains while walking us through the whole process with a drain snake camera. He was patient and helped answer our numerous naive questions in detail, doing a stellar job for a very reasonable price.

Supporting an aged relative is always surprising! First the garbage disposal was discovered to be completely locked up, spinning ok but blades frozen. Marlon discussed and showed up on Monday with a new unit.

Not bad as I had called him on Friday! But now we had arrived at the house and discovered the washing machine drain was overflowing and we found out that a rooter company had visited before at astronomical costs and had not fixed the problem for the aged relative. I really liked Joksan the first time he did some work for us, so I called him again when I had a leak in a copper line. But this time, his quote was CRAZY high.

I subsequently had the work done for half as much! This was the 3rd time we have used Creativity Plumbing, and Joksan again did top-notch work. Today's job involved installing a Kohler "Transpose" skirted toilet which I had picked up at Lowes.

This model, like other Kohler skirted models, uses Kohler's non standard "ReadyLock" system for installation. Our old toilet had grout around its base, and Joksan carefully removed the grout and later caulked all around the base of the new toilet.

We also had him replace the old builder-grade shutoff valve, which was on its last legs. I paid Koksan to dispose of our old Kohler toilet, and I was very happy when he volunteered to also take away the large cardboard box from the new toilet.

This saved me from having to go at the box with a box cutter and cut it up into small pieces as required by our Sunnyvale garbage unit. I was trying to change water filter that was already installed when I moved into new place, but suddenly I did something wrong and water was unstoppable so I called him to see if he can help! Unfortunately he was an hour away but he helped me through facetime (and problem solved!) He was very kind, informative and willing to help! I would definitely come back for his paid service if I have any plumbing issues in future.

I contacted Joksan for a leak in my RO filter. I tried to fix the leak myself for an hour before I gave up and decided to call a plumber.

It was Sunday and most plumbers were either charging a surcharge to come for a quote or did not have availability for several days. Joksan saw the picture and video I sent, and immediately diagnosed the problem to be coming from inside the filter.

In the past we had him replace 3 outside hose bibs, install a filtered water faucet, and replace a Moen bathroom sink brass cartridge holder fitting. This time we needed him to replace a leaking kitchen faucet.

Joksan responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment 2 mornings later. He texted us that he was on his way 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, and arrived right on time.

That is rare these days! He put on protective booties and got to work. I had a complete replacement faucet, and thought that we might reuse the old deck plate.

Joksan suggested that he replace it, and scraped and sanded away the old plumber's putty and applied new putty. The job took more than 1 1/2 hours, and Joksan replaced the 2 feed lines since he said that they were not reusable.

We were extremely happy with his work and pricing, and he spent extra time advising us about a toilet that is not flushing well. He recommended some replacement brands and told us what measurement is needed for a new toilet (namely a 12" offset- measured as the distance from the back wall to the center of a hold-down bolt.) We will buy a replacement, and definitely have Joksan do the replacement work.

He charges $175 for installation, $50 to haul away an old toilet, and an extra $125 if the old shutoff valve does not shut off properly and needs replacing. (That is the case with ours).

I needed a toilet installation. I already ordered the specific toilet I wanted from Lowes and just needed someone to take out my old faulty toilet and install a new one.

Because of Covid, I didn't want people coming into my house unless necessary. Even though the adults are vaccinated, we have an unvaccinated kid.

Those that gave an estimate basically decided it was license to charge an arm and a leg. One even had the audacity to quote me $1100 for a toilet install after consulting with his "skirted toilet specialist".

Joksan did arrive late initially because of a earlier job that overran. But he communicated to me about it and was flexible enough to come by to do the install despite it already being very late in the day.

I understand that such things happen. Midway through, Joksan realized that he didn't have a specific drill bit (which is not usually needed for typical installs) and he then went out to Home Depot to get that part and came back to finish the job.

The final result was definitely professional looking. He was also very happy to share his tips and knowledge on how I can do certain fixes in the future, even though it may potentially decrease his future earnings! He will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

Also, unlike some of the other plumbers I have used, I have not had a single request from him for a positive Yelp review. I needed a water pressure regulating valve because the water pressure coming from the street into my house is about 120 psi (!!).

This makes for a great shower, but it's extremely hard on all my appliances. It was a pleasure to work with Joksan from the start.

Would recommend to anyone! These guys are the most friendly and honest people I have ever come out to my home. I have had them pull my wife's hair out of the drain for years but when 2020 had one last thing to throw at us New Years eve, they really came through.

New Years eve night my sewer line decided to have a massive backup and they came over as soon as they could. Unfortunately this time they could not unclog my pipes without a clean out being installed.

Long story short they had the clean out installed and my pipes cleared by early Saturday and their bill didn't break the bank. I highly recommend you give these guys a call.

I had a few minor plumbing issues that I had been putting off resolving for awhile (one drippy faucet, a toilet that runs, etc). I finally did the research and after seeing the reviews for Eldridge decided to hire them.

I called yesterday and left a message, was provided with a prompt call back and was scheduled for today. Keith spent less than 2 hours at my house, explained each issue and quickly repaired all items.

The final price was very reasonable for the amount of time he was in my house. I am very happy with the service and results.

We called Eldridge and Sons after finding out we had a leak in the waste line under our kitchen. Keith came out on a Friday, looked at the issue, explained clearly what was going on (with photos) and gave us a reasonable quote.

He returned on Monday and fixed it! Our experience with Eldridge and Sons is that they are knowledgeable, professional and reasonable! I manage Los Gatos Storage Services, and back in July the San Jose Water Company decided that we needed to repair our backflow prevention assembly. Wade came out to attempt repairs and quickly discovered that a full replacement of the assembly was required.

He took the time to show and explain why we needed a replacement. It took only a week for the assembly to be ordered, replaced and a retest to be performed.

They were quick, professional and the customer service was outstanding. Correspondence from the initial call to when the work was performed was a tad slow, but that aside, I would highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Wade Eldridge, the owner, is an excellent plumber, both in technical competence and customer service. I've called on him twice and have been more than pleased on each occasion.

In the first, which involved a home drainage issue, Wade & his employee Alan conducted a detailed and exhaustive evaluation of the problem (which turned out to be much more complex than expected) and cleared the drain line. In the second, he replaced my stubborn, nearly stuck shower control knob in no time flat.

As a small locally owned business, Eldridge is far more responsive than my previous plumber, which has a considerably larger customer base and can't always provide same-day service (at least that's been my experience). Another bonus -- Eldridge's hourly rate is much more affordable than my previous plumber's.

I own a lounge and it was flooding, and business was being interrupted. Eldridge & Sons came out to the business to determine what steps needed to be done.

Each time they came out, they were very punctual. Keith and Wade explained every detail and showed me what was going on every step of the way.

My hot water heater bled out on a Tuesday morning... I called Eldridge and by the time I came home from on Tuesday evening, my new hot water heater was installed and working great.

These guys replaced the 40-ft main from the house to the city cleanout for us, to solve recurring issues with backups caused by root intrusion. their estimate was reasonable, and they completed the job quickly and stuck to the budget.

they had to haul in some extra equipment due to unanticipated problems, but the minor increase in time and cost was fair and justified. Overall the communication was good.

the only issue was a couple of pvc irrigation pipes that were cut during the trenching were not repaired afterward, and were just buried. It wasn't a big job for me to dig them up and repair them myself, but it would have been easier for them to do it before backfilling and compacting everything, or just to not bury them so I could repair them without digging them up and cleaning them out.

I'd highly recommend Eldridge & Sons, and will definitely call them for any future work. Very professional and on time.

I just had a small project but it was completed in a very short amount of time on a Sunday morning. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

Prompt, efficient, very friendly, reasonable price and completed job quickly (bathroom drain issues). Will definitely call again! I called the plumbing company on Thursday afternoon (02/22) and they sent Tom over around 8:30am the next morning.

The dispatcher, Nicole, had asked for some photos of the bathroom tub/shower faucet (old Delta faucet, over 40 years old) that was causing the problem (very little hot water dispensed; cold water had plenty of water pressure). Tom knows his stuff, and tried to use a trick to force water pressure to try and clear the possible clog in the faucet value.

It did not solve it. Tom said that it seemed a little more hot water was coming through, but still not acceptable (according to him).

The only solution was to have an entire new faucet, value, spout and shower head replaced, as well as replacing some copper piping that handles the water pressure up to the shower head. I gave my OK for the job to be done, and he immediately left (gone less than 1/2 hour) to go to his supplier in Campbell, who had all the needed parts to fix my faucet.

He had originally quoted me 5-6 hours to fix this, but in actuality, he spent about 3:15 to do this job. A new Delta faucet system now has strong cold AND hot water coming through.

Through his boss, Tom was also able to get me a courtesy discount on this job, which I did not expect. Tom is an excellent plumber (he told me he has been doing this for over 30 years), and has the best demeanor and customer service focus that is rarely found in many service trades.

Got the emergency of bathroom overflow, and contacted Eldridge & Sons this noon. Shortly, Chris showed up and identified the problem.

Went back for the tool, and back within 20 mins. Ten more minutes later, done! We are very pleased with the professional and prompt service Chris provided.

Chris is very knowledgeable, and nice. He did his job efficiently, and neatly.

I called Wade Eldridge and they (Chris & Nick) were out that afternoon, on time. They brought a lighthearted attitude with them, and worked efficiently & resourcefully, as a team, - which counts, because they just charge you by the hour.

Luckily, we had easy access to the unit, but I was also able to save some money by clearing the work zone and draining the heater prior to their arrival. New 40 gal heater, new flex lines, pipe cutting & soldering, new earthquake strapping, old heater gone - $762.

I like dealing with family-owned businesses and, based on the recommendation of a friend, called Eldridge Plumbing at about 2:00 on a Friday regarding a stopped utility/kitchen drain. My call was answered promptly and courteously, a plumber (Allan, I think) was at the house by 3:45 and the problem solved by 4:30.

He went above-and-beyond by hosing off the patio where the clean-out gunk ended up and doing a quick maintenance on an annoying toilet noise we'd been putting up with (at no extra charge). Nice! I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons and will certainly call them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Surprising how many trades do not. They were able to come out immediately and fix our plumbing issue.

I would use again and highly recommend. I have had Eldridge & Sons come to my home three times in the past year for three unrelated (small) jobs (one bathtub drain, one toilet constantly running, one kitchen sink/garbage disposal).

Each time they were prompt, clean, competent, polite, considerate, and thorough. Oh, and patient and friendly - didn't mind answering my questions.

Their hourly rate seems quite reasonable to me for the service level they provide. Clearly these have been small jobs - but things were fixed right and I had peace of mind.

If I ever require a bigger plumbing job I will absolutely call Eldridge first I needed new shut-off valves in my bathroom installed as they were old and one wouldn't close all the way. I am pretty good at basic plumbing, but I was concerned about the poor condition of the hot side -- that the part might not remove properly or other complication would come up if I tried to do it myself.
