Khan mentioned they don't patch any holes (if open up drywall to replace piping). The house has multiple spigot heads around exterior of crawlspace which they removed but created a new one through the crawl space vent (feels like short cut to me).

Wished they patched at least the exterior or replaced all the spigots. We rushed to Home Depot again to get spray foam and fill up the holes so critters don't get into wall cavity overnight.

The English of the crew replacing the shower valve wasn't great so I misunderstood when he said we should get a better shower valve. We thought a whole shower valve SET was needed.

Khan does it again. The P-trap to my guest bath corroded and ended up with a huge hole and leak and after messaging Khan he was there the next day to help.

He initially replaced the p-trap but warned us that there was a crack higher up in the drain which would leak. After consulting with him we decided to swap out the ugly pedestal sink that came with the house for a much better looking sink with cabinet.

We bought the new sink and faucet and Kahn was back the next day to replace the unit. Khan is always fair and honest and gives us fair pricing for the work.

When he turned the water on, we discovered that the copper inlet flex-hose had a crack and was spraying water all over. It was NOT the water heater.

BK came in to unclog the kitchen sink, and he was all done (with a full-on 70-ft drain snake) in about 30 minutes--incredible! The sink was draining like a charm. Our old plumber had taken ages to do the same job with worse results and a higher price point.

The only thing I would have preferred done differently , which honestly wasn't something I even thought about at the moment, was that when they dug up the gravel surrounding our garden area, instead of putting them on a tarp they were all dumped into the empty garden beds. Adnan arrived on time (at 11), explained exactly the work they'd need to do, what it would cost for each part of the work, and what was _not_included in the repair cost [without me having to ask him what was and what was not included].

The job was complete in less than anticipate time and they cleaned up the place after the fix. So glad I found them from Yelp! No one plans for their water heater to break.

It just does and then you start worrying about where to find help and how long it will take to get warm water running again. We quickly searched on yelp for a reliable plumber to help us over the weekend.

Like advertised on Yelp, AD was extremely responsive when we contacted him. We exchanged text conversations about the issue and he was fortunately able to come to my house within 30 minutes on a Saturday.

His team came with the necessary equipment and respecting that we wanted to communicate with masks on. They came in a timely manner, fixed my issue within an hour, and it has been working well with no issues since.

Payment was exchanged then and there. I am satisfied with the job.

Originally I thought the trap needed to be replaced but BK corrected me and explained why it's another part (pipe extension) that needs focus on instead. BK is very honest and ethical, I would do business with him again.

Our guest bathroom shower drain was clogged and we hadn't cleared any drains professionally since we moved in about 3 years ago (who knows what the previous owners had done in terms of plumbing / cleaning). Thus we decided we would get 2 shower drains and 2 bathroom sink drains cleared.

Khan was very professional and responded quickly to my request for a quote thru Yelp. I contacted him over the phone to discuss our needs further.

He wasn't pushy and asked clarifying questions before providing a quote. I got a few more quotes and then called Khan back to schedule the job (pricing was pretty fair).

I like how there is no middle man involved like other companies where they have a sales person and/or dispatcher. Apparently we weren't actually in their service area and Khan didn't realize it until I had sent him the address, but he had already scheduled the job and wanted to follow thru on his commitment.

I'm impressed they were willing to drive out to us. Khan brought his friend along to assist and all drains were cleared with a snake within 30 mins - very efficient.

They even cleared out two additional bathroom sinks free of charge. Also, when it came time to pay for the service, Khan told me there's actually $25 off any plumbing service (check their website).

He stayed a little longer to answer our questions and also checked our water heater for us. When it comes time for our next plumbing job or water heater replacement, we'll be looking for AAA Affordable Plumbing again.

5+ stars Woke up to water leaking in my garage to discover my 7-year old water heater was out. I need my hot water, so I contacted several places on yelp, some were non-responsive, while others were very pricey.

Bakhtiar answered my inquiry quickly and came to my house to provide a quote within hours. Bakhtiar provided excellent customer service.

He was sympathetic towards my dilemma and provided two different options to fit within my budget for me to choose. He assured me that he had the best prices in town, and yes he was right.

I came across AAA after having a bad experience with another plumber we've been using for years (dishonest and overcharging service). We were having sewer backflow issues, so Khan recommended installing a cleanout access since our house is very old and doesn't have one.

There was a crew of 3 people working on our project and within 1.5 hours I had a new water heater! 2021 Adrian skillfully efficiently replaced our water heater. Then when my parent's water heater started acting up in March 2023, we called Adrian.

Adrian diagnosed the issue to a failed control panel/circuit board had and that he could source & replace just the board - thus saving my parents $$$ on a new tank. Thank you very much, -Berhanu I chose Dependable Water Heaters based on the Yelp reviews. Called Adrian on 2/13, he came out on 2/15 and found that my 40-gallon heater was beyond repair.

He removed the heater (with the help of my son) and told me that only a 30-gallon heater would fit into the tight space and quoted about $2700 total. 30-gallon heater is less than is recommended for the size of the household, but I thought that had no choice but agree.

The installation of the new heater was delayed since the closet needed to be repaired and also get a termite treatment, and I did not know at the time how long it would take to get that done. I asked Adrian how much of a lead time he would need to get the new heater in, he said 24 hours.

After closet was ready for the installation, I called Adrian again on March 4 and asked when he can get the water heater in. He promised to get back to me by the end of the day and never called me back.

Another vendor came out on a short notice, installed a 40-gallon water heater without a glitch and charged me $1600. I called Adrian that same day and told him that I chose another vendor.

Two weeks later I reminded him that he never charged me for the service call and asked for the invoice. It took Adrian until April 4 to send me the invoice.

He charged me $595 for 2.5 hours of work. He explained that removing the water heater from the tight space was a very complex task, which "justified" his hourly rate of $238.

Invoice had no mentioning that the service call was to investigate the leak. When I asked him to indicate it in the invoice so insurance company would cover it, he added a brief note at the end of the long list and refused to detail the leak investigation any further.

Note that I was honest and reminded him to send me the invoice for the job that he probably forgot about. Somehow, the other vendor charged me almost the same amount for 6 hours of installation in the same tight space and never complained, they also did not have any problem installing a bigger water heater in the same tight space.

Dan is a very honest and straight talking guy. He explained in detail the work that was needed and provided with a fair quote.

Dan and and his partner Khoa redid all the gas plumbing, installed a Navien tankless water heater and made sure we passed the city inspections. Soon after moving in, we started having issues with sewage backup.

After getting the rooter services a couple of times which was temporarily fixing the issue, we decided to call Team Contractors to find the underlying problem. Dan & Khoa were prompt to come in over the same weekend and found the issue (sewer line gradient under the house was not enough causing the backups).

They scheduled the fix within the same week and they fixed the issue. And a third time, when we again faced sewage backup, Dan and Khoa came out on a Friday night to help us out.

They used camera line to pinpoint the cause for the backup (turned out to be a piece of corroded cast iron piece which collapsed into the joint between the house and the city line). They had to cut out and replace a piece of this old pipe, which was under the Japanese maple in front of the house.

They took great care not to destroy the tree, even though it meant more work for them. Once they were done, they put everything back together as if it were never dug-up.

They are very knowledgeable, highly professional, always keep their timelines and do a thorough job including setup and cleanup at the end. I would highly recommend team contractors.

My water heater needed replacement and I had to go back and forth several times between the warranty company and the manufacturer to fix it. All this while we had to have cold showers for over a week after diagnosing the problem which was an internal leak.

I looked up yelp and found Dan who promptly agreed to come by and fix the issue. The quote I got from Dan was literally half of what the manufacturer was quoting me.

He showed up the same afternoon, an hour after we spoke and worked his way towards removing the heater, driving up to Home Depot to find a replacement and even making a detour to the ATM since I had to draw out some money to pay him. I described the problem and he setup a time to come and look at my issue and give me an estimate. On the day of the estimate Dan came when scheduled and called in advance to let me know he was on the way.

All very professional and efficient. After spending sometime going over my problem and agreeing on a solution, we settled on what I thought was a fair price.

Dan said he was able to get a technician over to my home the next day to the job. Unbelievable service, as I had been waiting or over two weeks to get my bathroom finished and still no end in sight at this point.

Maybe Dan felt sorry for me lol. This was a tough job but Dan assured me that his guy could handle it.

Khao was the tech who came to do the job.The job was very difficult and required drilling and cutting into installed glass tile (very, very delicate stuff), then installing a divertor valve into existing new water lines. Khao politely confiremd that he could handle this job.

Then he took his time, made his measurements and got to work. He completed the glass tile cutting perfectly.

(For reference another plumber who had estimated the job as well, sent over a guy who told me "we don't cut glass tile, we're plumbers", very useful right? Then his boss told him that they "have a guy" who can cut tile. Comments like these are deal breakers for me.) Back to Khao, he went and installed the valve in my ideal position.

A position that I didn't even think was possible due to the existing water lines. The valve and handle kit were positioned perfectly.

The new lines were routed nicely and the whole job was very slick. Expertly done.

Finally Khao took the time cleanup really well. To put it simply, Khao is the man.

So to recap, they were courteous, timely, professional and expert. Can't really give more praise than that.

Based on my experiences good plumbers are really, really hard to find. You will be smart and satisfied if you use Team Contractors.

Dan(Khoa) and his partner did a great job replacing Pressure reducing valve at our place. I contacted him via Yelp on Sunday within hours he responded with the quote and promptly ( and courteously) responded to additional questions I had.
