In the midst of sending pictures and gathering information, Phil from their team pointed out something I hadn't considered -- my water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty! Rather than taking the opportunity to charge me for their services, Phil went above and beyond by explaining the situation clearly.

He let me know that while they could certainly come out and help, it would be more cost-effective for me to contact the manufacturer directly. Not only did he inform me about the warranty, but he even provided the contact information for the manufacturer and suggested I go through that channel first.

It's so rare to find businesses that prioritize honesty over profit, but Water Heaters Only did just that. They could have easily charged me for a service call, but instead, they provided advice that saved me time and money.

While I didn't end up needing to use their services this time, the transparency, integrity, and helpfulness I experienced will absolutely make them my first choice for any future needs. Thank you, Phil, for your honesty and for restoring my faith in what customer service should truly be.

Bailey plumbing is the very best. Sjjsjdjdjsjjs Bailey Plbg is the best! I have used them for many years and they are always reasonably priced, efficient and pleasant.

Most recently, Fredy cleared a stoppage in my bathroom sink. A few days later, he & David were here to replace a very old 2" broken cast iron pipe that was causing a serious leak under my kitchen crawl space.

Now everything works beautifully! It's always a pleasure to speak w/Alan on the phone. He does the scheduling & he, too, is pleasant and efficient.

I would use no one else for my plumbing needs. I cannot rave enough about Bailey Plumbing.

They are always communicative, on time and very reasonable. Thankful to have them in the neighborhood- and I recommend them to friends all the time We had an amazing experience with these guys.

It's not all that easy to find a company that works on floor heaters. These guys came in, gave a reasonable estimate with photos (lower than both other companies we brought out) and rebuilt/fixed it well within the time frame they set - plus under budget! Alan at the office was truly a nice guy to talk to and extremely helpful.

Bailey Co., Inc., so it was hard to find their Yelp page for us, but this is the same company. I wonder if that's why there aren't more reviews for them.
