I called John and he was at our place within 15 minutes. His price was quite reasonable and fair, but most importantly, he fixed and replaced the faucet that day.

He didn't charge me "extra" even though he knew I was in a bind and it was late in the afternoon. He also noticed that the dishwasher was installed improperly and he fixed that too--at no extra charge! I highly recommend John for all your plumbing needs.

Seat not available at stores (online only). Not wanting to wait for delivery I stopped into WB plumbing.

After a short wait, I approached the counter and told the staff what I needed. I showed him photos that depict how the seat was mounted.

The young man looked up part and gave me a price ($1 more than Home Depot). He went and came back with a box.

I started to ask questions hoping to confirm that it was the correct seat for my toilet. Another worker overheard my questions and jumped in to assist.

The hot &cold washerless valves were leaking & couldn't get the pair of valves that came with the faucet & had to improvise. Almost had to special order however what I purchased worked fine.

I needed a new bathroom P trap and the employee there was very helpful with the selection of the drainage plumbing kit as well as the gauge thickness which was #17. I was very happy with the product and installed on my own without any issues.

Great service! These guys rock! I went in looking for the "J" pipe piece for a bathroom sink P-trap. The guys there greeted me but were helping other customers.

It's a pretty old water heater anyway with collections of spider webs and rust buildup on the outside, so I was thinking it was time for a new one. Service: It seemed like a lot of plumbing contractors were here as I saw some vans and their logos parked nearby.

It was quite busy when I went in, but while standing in line I overheard the guys at the counter talking about tankless water heaters and how to calculate something called BTU for tankless units and how it is energy-efficient. They seemed very knowledgable and proficient about their products as they helped other clients.

The guys answered any questions that I had and listed some options to compare like tankless water heaters or storage tank water heaters. I eventually opted for their Bradford White water heater, since we have about 8 people using water in our house.

I was unsure about how it could be installed since I know nothing about plumbing stuff, but they were able to refer me to a plumbing contractor, who was also very knowledgable and installed the water heater with stability and in a timely manner. Parking: There's plenty of street parking, with 2-hour parking spots all around, and lots of residential all-day parking very close by.

I like how convenient it is to Irving where all the food places are too, and the streets at this plumbing supply are less crowded, which makes it less stressful when looking for parking.
