My experience was nothing like the ones noted below, we had called Greg after we had Bumble bee plumbing out here to fix our running toilet. Of course we were over charged and the work was not completed by the plumbing company and we were exhausted running out of resources and had no time to fix the problem.

We called up Greg and he walked us through every step to get the toilet fixed, he did offer to come help us but fortunately my boyfriend was able to fix the job with Greg's help. I will defiantly consider using Greg for future iniquities and plumbing jobs.

No issues so far! Greg the owner is great. We woke up to a leaky water softening system which was old and needed replacement.

He called back was able to arrive to uninstall it and remedy the leak. He arrived in less than 30 min to do so.

Pricing was reasonable for the fix. Would not use again.

Competent but VERY expensive and with the competition in Phoenix you don't need to pay 145.00 an hour to do uncomplicated plumbing.. Yes if you need to replace your entire plumbing system perhaps..

But if you got several bids Greg would be 2 times as high.. On top of this he is arrogant in a passive aggressive way..

Never been treated so poorly. Greg did work on my homes plumbing and when a home inspection was done for a sale several months later, a problem was found.

Greg said he wouldn't have anything to do with home sales so I brought in another company to camera the line and then asked Greg to take a look at the video ( I wanted his opinion on what may be wrong). To say that I was not only surprised by Greg's reaction, but also felt threatened by him charging at me and cursing at me is an understatement.

Later, when I thought he had some time to calm down I texted him again to see if he had viewed the video (he threw it when I tried to hand it to him). He claimed that I had given him a "google" video, that he would prove there was no problem and threatened legal action against me.

He then claimed to have offered to "fix" it because he said he would come take a look at it and therefore I couldn't contact the BBB or registrar of contractors. I ended up having the plumbing job redone by another company so I didn't have to deal with Greg again.

Tracy from Bragg came today to replace our garbage disposal.

Showed up early, was quick, even cleaned our sink after he was done :). He also gave us some great pointers on how to best maintain our disposal.

Thanks Tracy! The plumber was supposed to be at my house between 1 and 2pm. I got a call at 11am from a technician named Kyle confirming that he would be at my house between 1 and 2pm.

I scheduled my day around this appointment. 4:30 pm came around and, despite several messages I left both with the company and the technician himself, I had not heard from Bragg Plumbing.

I am never trusting this company again! Tracy from Bragg quickly identified and fixed the leak under my sink. He also provided an estimate and recommendation for some other work that was clear and honest.

I'd definitely call them again. If you're looking for opportunistic plumbers to take your money, then these are the guys.

My tankless water heater stopped working yesterday. The water in our neighborhood went out, and the computerized unit shut down.

I googled "tankless water heater repair" and Bragg Plumbing came up, so I called. The technician I talked with, clearly didn't want to come look at the heater.

He went on and on about what a piece of junk the model was and that it should just be replaced. I convinced him to come and look at it anyway which he did today.

He claimed to be an "expert" on the model from years of experience working with them. After fiddling with it for a few minutes, he told me that it was the computer board.

He gave me an estimate of $1,500 to repair the unit, and said it would be two to three weeks to get parts. He recommended I just replace the unit and gave me an estimate of $5,000.

I did research and a unit our size can be purchased for less than $1,000. I asked him why so much, and he said that installation parts and labor would add to the cost.

After he left, I called another plumber. The second plumber came out, opened the front panel, and pressed a hidden reset button.

The water heater was fixed in less than one minute! It cost me $65. I called Bragg again to ask why their "expert" didn't think to press the reset button.

They gave me lame excuses and no apology. Don't bother with these people.

They don't know what they're doing, except trying to get people to pay for unnecessary repairs. I was freaking out when I called Bragg, not only because my toilet was backing up all over my house but because of all of the plumbing nightmares I have heard from others.

Zach, the plumber that came to my house was courteous, professional and even on time. He did something with my main line, whatever that is, cleared it.

It was relatively inexpensive and fast. I was very satisfied with their service and will use them again if I need a plumber as well as recommend them to others.

If this is the same Bragg plumbing & heating License # 821844 I would stay far away from these people. I just talked to a man named John and he was perhaps the most unpleasant person I have talked to in 20 years.

Almost used profanity in a simple conversation. Was hostile for no reason...You do not want to do business with a company that cannot be civilized to people on the phone...

JUST HORRIBLE...I am still shaken from how rude he was...I am sure you can find another company to take care of your needs... They did good enough work, but very overpriced.

DO COMPARISON SHOPPING EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY. If you don't, you'll be kicking yourself later.
