My house has been literally torn apart, garbage left in my yard and has ghosted me. Demanded a $7000 check yet when I asked for an itemized invoice Jonathon could never produce one so that I could get reimbursed for the water leak due to the fault of the solar company.
This has been since New Years Eve and I have not received an invoice. Also was lied to when I called the office and was told there was no one there by the name of Jonathan Garcia.
Yet the phone number listed on the website is his mobile number. I was also lied to about him getting a new phone yet his text messages were still coming from his original mobile number.
He pretty much held my home hostage from getting repaired. Had he provided the invoice he would've been paid by now.
Because the solar company was as fault for the leak, Jonathan was inflating the demolition and repairs seeing this as a cash cow opportunity. Shame on the lack of trust and integrity of this horrible company.
Greg ran a gas line in our home. What a professional and happy interaction.
Garcia plumbing: (1) came to our home on time, (2) inspected the site quickly and expertly, (3) gave us a clear picture of what he'd need to do, (4) submitted a timely, reasonable bid, (actually much lower than the other bid we got), (5) showed up on time to do the work, (6) found a way to run the line without opening an extra hole in the wall, and (7) explained exactly what he did and showed us the final result after carefully cleaning any mess. I will not call any other plumber for whatever plumbing issue our house needs in the future! Greg did some fireplace gas line work for me, and I truly can't recommend him enough.
I got quotes from multiple plumbing companies. All of the rest gave me ranges (some 2-3x of what Greg gave) and gave them with the caveat that it'll probably go up once they did the work.
Greg committed to a ceiling (instead of a floor) that was supremely competitive and detailed - he mapped out exactly where lines would go. He was super easy to schedule with (we texted, for those who hate phone calls) and showed up on time w 2 helpers to make it go faster.
When they were here, I didn't feel the need to supervise or manage and felt very comfortable with them at home. Gives so much piece of mind to have a plumber on speed dial who you like and trust! The first time I worked with them was to install a gas line in preparation for a gas insert fireplace. I was referred to them by Okells Fireplace.
They did a quality job, on time, and at a reasonable price. There was a long delay in communication at times, which was frustrating, but given they did a good job at one of the lowest quoted prices I brushed it off.
I worked with them again as a repeat customer to install a hot water heater. I had three request: I wanted a permit pulled, I need the heater installled, and I also needed a drain line run from the pan.
While all three were agreed upon only the installation happened. Again there were really long delays in communication.
The water heater was installed and we were supposed to schedule a day to finalize the permit (for which I agreed to pay extra for their time) but I never heard back after multiple attempts over phone, email, and text. Ditto for the drain line.
My guess is they have nice margins on the water heater, but they didn't consider the rest worth their time. I wouldn't do business with Garcia Plumbing again.
Communicating with them is a HUGE overhead and you really need to babysit it. On top of that, they didn't meet their commitments on the water heater project and just ghosted on me.
They're probably the cheapest plumber you'll find. If you can get them to do work, they'll do it well.
But I wouldn't count on them to honor their commitments and wouldn't invest the large amount of time it takes to coordinate with them. Two weeks ago, our old water heater stopped working.
It was pretty old (15+ years) and was in dire need of replacement. Our landlord called up Garcia Plumbing, they're known for doing great work.
Garcia Plumbing Co. showed up quickly with an associate and was able to fix the problem really quickly; they did a full water heater replacement within a few hours.
Greg did a great job explaining the problem clearly to us. In addition, he notified us of a latent problem with the old exhaust pipe: it was broken and fumes were entering our garage.
This problem was fixed as well. In addition, they were very mindful of the "shelter in place" order and kept two meters distance.
Greg also clearly explained to me how to restart the heater in the event the flame goes out. Nice people.

Cesar did a quality job and ensured there are no stains, water leak and also was extremely polite. I usually don't write reviews, but was very happy to do it I highly recommend Gregg and Garcia plumbing! I needed a new gas line installed for a gas insert fireplace, reached out to the 3 gas plumbers that O'Kells fireplace had recommended and Gregg came back with the best quote, quite a bit lower than the highest.
He was prompt with his initial inspection appointment and installation day, very efficient, finishing a couple hours before I thought he would. Passed inspection the next day with the inspector commenting that Gregg's work is so good, he barely needs to check it.
Would definitely hire again. I've used Garcia Plumbing for two jobs recently and have had two great experiences (installing a new gas line and replacing a faucet).

There were some unknowns for our job given there was a mysterious old gas line in our fire place where we wanted to install new gas inserts. He provided quotes for two scenarios based on being able to tap into that old line versus needing to run new lines from the gas meter.
Was comforting to understand the range of costs for the job. Fortunately, we were able to use the existing gas line and the work with very reasonably priced.

Greg was prompt in his communication and Julie was very responsive in helping to schedule both the job and the permitted inspection right after each other. The work Greg did was great- once he got the wall open he was able to hide the new gas line inside the walls - better than he had anticipated.
But really the big differentiating factor and why I wanted to write this review, was that he proactively diagnosed a potentially huge issue - he pointed out signs of mold - I had no idea, and I was able to get it removed immediately. Without Greg, I don't know how long that could have gone unnoticed causing further damage or Heath issues to my children.

Just be persistent on phone calls and texts as he can get busy! We hired Greg to run a gas line to our fireplace. Before getting started he pointed out that when he turned the gas back on, he might not be able to relight the pilot light of our ancient hot water heater, in which case he'd have to go out and get a new one.
No pressure to get one up front--he simply laid out the options for me. He was very professional, worked unobtrusively, ran the pipe very cleanly--no drama, he just got the job done.
He came again recently to look at our toilet, which didn't want to flush--big problem that no other plumber could solve other than to suggest replacing the toilet. Greg raised the water level in the tank and now the toilet flushes every time.
He also looked at other wonky things in the bathroom and kitchen and gave us options--and only charged a $100 consulting fee. Greg is very in demand, so you might have to be persistent, but he's worth it.

He replaced our broken and clogging kitchen outflow pipe, which involved jackhammering and removing a section of cement, digging to find said pipe and installing new pipe to a newer line. Once the cement was removed, we saw that Gregg had correctly diagnosed the problem of the broken pipe and his solution to connect to the newer line was spot on.
