Victor, a single proprietor, is very competent, friendly, quick working and has reasonable prices. Over a period of 6 months he has: Fixed a drain in vanity sink and installed garbage disposal.
Unclogged kitchen sink drain, added stopcock to kitchen under sink RO system, a improvement over needle valve. Discovered leak in water meter box at curb, replaced shutoff valve added heavy duty PVC fittings to line, remove unused valve and supply line to lawn sprinkler system.
I called around a few places and Victor had the best prices around. His work is solid, he responds fast, and is a great guy.
He even knocked the price down a few hundred dollars because the parts used were different than what he initially thought, very honest guy! Once again, Victor did a fantastic job. Our hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced.

Well, let me say I wasn't disappointed. Victor was standing on my doorstep within 24 hours of my phone call to him.
He was professional, quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. He listened carefully when I described my two problems and talked to me about the different approaches we could take.
When I wasn't quite sure about the results of the path we chose, without complaint or hesitation he switched to a bigger machine and solved the problem to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the area and put everything back perfectly when he was done.
