When asked about the mistake, they claim their contract and signature of completion mean it doesn't matter if they made any mistakes They send out crews that speak little to no English and communication is extremely challenging. They took advantage of an 81 year old woman who was extremely vulnerable to these shady dealings.
Very disappointed an will definitely address it with the insurance provider and the BBB directly. In response to your response to my review I have to address some facts.
Your plumber didn't "FULLY" diagnose the issue because he never checked the pressure regulators. Every plumber I've spoken to says that on any leak the plumber is supposed to check the regulator.
Your plumber did not. He just saw the hose leaking and said that's it.
And because he diagnosed that "only" IT HAPPENED AGAIN. And the pressure regulator caused another leak in my unit.
Per California Plumbing code the pressure can't exceed 80psi. The plumbing report provided to you by a different plumber showed proof the regulator was above 80psi.
And the report also said the new plumber ran the washer. If YOUR plumber would have checked the regulators the issue wouldn't have happened AGAIN.
I'm not aware if you know that it happened AGAIN because your company wasn't called when it happened on 4/13. Us or HOA wanted to use you again.
Your plumber DID NOT FULLY diagnose the problem right. Another plumber went and ran a load with the same machine and witnessed every time it was the pressure from the water that CAUSED the hose to leak and loosen enough to leak.
And also I have the email that says your plumber returned later that day to confirm the leak but he actually never returned. So I was lied to.
I have those email if you want me to post them. And if you research you will see high water pressure from bad regulators will cause leaks, damage washers, refrigerators, dishwashers etc.
So by saying your plumber diagnosed the problem is not true. The regulator CAUSED the washer to leak.
It wasn't a bad washer or connection. He didn't get to the root of the problem.
And that's what he was paid to do. Thank you do much Olympia Services!! We had a mold in our ceiling that was also spreading to the walls due to roof damage and water coming in.

They sent out a kid who replaced our water heater before checking to find out that the actual problem was that the propane had run out. He noticed that AFTER it was installed.
So did we need a new water heater for 1375.00? We'll never know now! Then he turned the high pressure water line back on without opening the valves and it popped a pipe, flooding our basement. The water break also soaked the AC vent and it collapsed.
Another thing we now have to fix. The owner came out and at first wanted $1800 to fix that ONE PIPE, put in dryer fans.
After some argument he agreed to fix the pipe free and put two drying fans down there, as he knew he should have done. But then he pretended to call the owner (he is the owner) and abruptly changed his mind and left us with no water.
Let's just say "he is not good for his word." He just walked away angrily and left us with a huge mess. He won't return calls now.
He wouldn't give us his business license or liability insurance company info. They're going to get in trouble for that with the licensing board, but we looked it up so they didn't avoid accountability.
We reported them to the contractor's board and called their liability insurance company to file a claim. We are still without water in the house.
Plumber was nice, prompt, arrived timely and didn't waste my time. I got a quote however I was charged more than what I was quoted by $40.

My elderly parents had a leak under their kitchen sink which had been leaking for a while and caused the inside base of the cabinet to rot out. When I called out EZ Dry, John came out viewed the damage using a thermal camera and showed me how damp the back wall and base of the cabinets were.
That same day they cut out the wet/rotted out base and set up the drying fans. Talk about fast service, John was really helpful and helped us with the claim process.

Called on a Friday morning to get a wax ring on a toilet replaced and the person who took my call said they could have someone out today to take a look. I asked if they could fix same-day if it is simple and he said yes, for what my issue is they should be able to fix on the same day.
Once the rep came out, he took a look and asked if he could schedule someone for Monday. I let him know that I was told it could be done on the same day and he said he had a job after and may not have the supplies.
Regardless, he checked for the supplies and didn't have what he needed (supposedly) so we scheduled for Monday. I asked if I would receive a confirmation call to verify I was scheduled and he said I would.
Come Monday there was no confirmation call so I reached out and confirmed we were still on schedule. They confirmed my times for Monday and said someone would be out.
My husband decided to work from home to be ready for them to show up. At 4pm I receive a phone call from a Mexico number while at work saying they couldn't make it and would like to reschedule for Wednesday.
I then also received two more calls from other numbers asking to reschedule, but as I was in meetings I sent them to my husband to reach back out. The original 2 that reached out weren't answering and when he called the 3rd number someone picked up and tried to schedule for Wednesday.
We decided we would be better off looking for another company at this point since this one seems to have some organizational problems that are preventing them from delivering on their promises. 3 strikes is enough to get the hint that your business isn't being valued, so we're better off finding another company that will be less frustrating to work with.

He patched it with silicone. He also bent the lift rod and now the stopper doesn't work.
I called the manager and he said that he would give me a discount for a new sink and the labor to install it. I would rather pay someone else full price to do the job right.

All together it was three leaks so that meant a lot of cutting of dry-wall (about 5 ft by 10 ft) and patching of pipes both in the overhead of the garage and also in my neighbor's house.

The Olympia team kept me informed the entire time of what was going on, costs involved, how it was all progressing, plus installed heaters and blowers to make sure everything is dried and well-ventilated for when the drywall installers return in a few days to close everything back up.

If you're looking for any restoration specially if you happen to have no insurance yet (he advised me to be home insured afterwards), this is the place to go. He did all the work for me as in negotiating with the neighbor's insurance who are at fault due to a improper installation of a faucet in their bathroom causing water leaks straight in my garage damaging my drywalls.
