We had a sink clog much further down the line than what is piped underneath the kitchen sink. Our home 15ft snake couldn't clear it, nor did pouring lye directly into the exterior clean out.
I got a quote through yelp and was quoted $68 from Javier which was by far one of the more reasonable quotes that I received. He also was one of the very first to get in contact with me after my inquiry.
I stopped looking into the other inquiries because he was reasonably priced, and also the one who could come out the soonest (next day). My Yelp chat interaction for the quote was with the owner of this company, Javier.
He said it would be $68 since we had a clean out directly to the drain and assuming the clog could be remedied through the clean out it would just be the flat fee. If he was going to have to have pipes taken apart, it could be $217.
He said he could come out and do a free estimate and let us know before starting any work. We scheduled for the next day and he gave me a two hour window of time.
He called and let me know about 40 minutes before he arrived toward the beginning of the window and was spot on with his arrival time. He also had a snake camera with him so we could see the issue together.
Not only was his work professional, but his demeanor was so friendly and kind--you can absolutely tell he takes a lot of pride in his business! After his first attempt, he ended up having to go back out to the truck and get a longer snake because of how far down the line the clog was, it turned out to be a giant ball of grease and not the green onions that I had put down the disposal (thank god--saving me from the blame of my husband haha). With the amount of grease in the line, he also inspected and removed a large bowl of grease (at no additional charge) on the main line of our house and was able to show me with the camera how much grease was built up in there as well.
he said it needs to be jetted out which most houses need to have this done every 10 years or so to keep things running smoothly. We will most likely have him back out to do this after I speak with our landlord.
He also gave us a quote for installing a new shower on our second floor. Assuming we can get approval for this, I will more than likely go with his company again just because he is such a pleasure to work with.

for several years - this company does way better rates on drain cleaning than the cheapest rate that my former boss was able to do. Bravo! They came in clutch to save the day! My toilet was clogged in May & I reached out on Angis and Get roofer was first to respond with soonest availability.
I saw some reviews saying they over charge but the owner responded saying it starts around $60. They came the next day and fixed it in 20 mins and charged me $275.
Manny was the one who came out and removed my toilet and stuck this vacuum thing in the pipes and then placed my toilet back. It seemed to work and flush normally.
A few weeks later my toilet started making a vibrating sound and was loud when I would flush. It would happen occasionally.
I reached out and had them come take a look at it in June. They came and flush the toilet twice and said it looked normal.
They told us if it happen again to call them and they would come out and stick a camera in the pipes to look inside. I messaged them last night and told them that it was happening again occasionally and recorded videos of it happening.
Javier and manny came today to look at it and flushed the toilet a few times and ran the water in both sinks in master bathroom. I showed them the recording of the video when it would vibrate.
Before they left I flushed the toilet again and they heard the vibrating noise I have been talking about. They then told me that I needed a water regulator and when I asked for a quote they were charging me nearly $900 and that's with the discount they said.
I told them that this has never happened until they had came and fix my toilet. They said there was nothing they can do and the water regulator would prevent "air" from coming into my pipes.
I told them I thought it was crazy that it happened only after the touched my toilet to fix it. I also asked for a copy of this quote and if I can speak to a manager or supervisor and Javier said that that would be him.
He didn't even seem confident and was asking manny how he would install this regulator. He told me that I can look around and get quotes and that there's nothing that they can do and all they did was shut off the water valve when they fix the toilet.
But again, this has never happened the whole time I've been living here since 2016 until they touched it. Look around for quotes.

Javier sent a technician over to snake, after an hour the technican could get the water to move so he used to the camera to check and found out i have a "belly' in the pipe that cause the water to accumulate in the pipe. Eventually i will need the replace the pipe, in the mean time i will have to deal with the slow drainage.

I gave him info on the problem and he scheduled me for 8-10 the next morning and said the tech would give me a call about 30 minutes out. I often have the experience where the heads up call doesn't happen, or they are outside the window.
Not with Javier! C) Right around 9:25 I got the call for 30 minutes and it was Javier headed my way. Right around 9:55 Javier arrived with a colleague who assists him with cleanup.
D) I felt good about Javier right away. Great communicator and patient and wants to explain things so you understand them and your options.
I know a reasonable amount about plumbing. He did NOT try to upsell me and he knew what he was doing.
E) My clean out access was not what it needed to be to clear the problem. He told me my options which were not ideal or cheap or hygenic - but he wasn't done trying.
F) Javier was creative and tried multiple tools, snakes and cameras to get the job done simply for now so we could use the plumbing. He DID it! So the place is habitable and I now know exactly what I need to do (install a 2 way clean-out) but can save money up to do it rather than do it as an emergency.
G) He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, honest, and a good communicator. If you're reading yelp reviews, you know that's hard to come by.
He got my problem fixed for now and told me what I need to do to avoid this in the future. Highly recommend! Asked for a quote on replacing toilet fill valve, supply line and flush handle on one toilet.
They proceeded to tell me I need to replace my toilet, umm no way possible that it needed it. Unsat quality service.
Also did they keep saying to come by to see, umm nope, not gonna happen. Do not recommend.
Manny showed up pretty fast but ultimately couldn't remove the clog in my sewer line. Not necessarily his fault because the company doesn't do clean outs via the roof and he couldn't get to it by removing the toilet.

He was awesome to work with and gave me good pointers on what to do if my blades get jammed again. I was told I needed to replace the whole garbage disposal from other businesses and was quoted at $500+, those other businesses didn't even take the time to look into the issue further.
Kevin actually did and he knew the exact issue and knew the disposal didn't need to be replaced but rather had something jammed and needed the blades to be turned. The phone quotes were egregious and the in person quotes were within about $100-150 of each other but were scheduled out a few days. These guys came out on time, were competitively priced (in range with the other in person bids) and were the only company available to do the job the same day.
The owner and an employee performed the work. They were both super friendly and down to earth.
They were respectful of our space and made sure to check multiple times that we were comfortable with the price and job. 3 hours later and my new water heater was up and running.
Kudos to a pleasant and painless process. Team was friendly, courteous and professional.
Explained their process and recommendations and provided regular check ins during the project itself. They finished the project early and met our expectations for what was a fairly significant undertaking (closure of one line, jackhammer and adding new replacement line, replacing portion of sewer line, adding cleanouts).

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly.
Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasn't a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we have ABS piping that should normally not back up.
Now that's service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming. Price was extremely fair for everything he did and the time he took to resolve our issue.

Insanely expensive. I'm mad at myself because I could've bought an auger at Home Depot for 15-40 bucks.
Looks dead simple to operate. Then I also had a toilet that had an air leak.
It was constantly hissing and I figured it would be a matter of time before it started leaking water, so they quoted me $250 to replace the fill mechanism. HOLY SMOKES! I could buy the kit at Home Depot for $25 and figure out how to do it myself.
The guy knocked off $100 and I didn't really want to do it myself. So, I ended up paying $150 for a $15 part replace.
I wish that were the worst of it, but it wasn't. After he left my toilet started filling and leaking water.
I called the company and they said it was probably the flapper valve. So I went down to HD and bought a new one and put it in myself.
While removing the old flapper valve I found a piece of white tubing. Not sure if that got left behind when the guy changed out the fill unit and that was causing me the issue, or not.
But at least it is working now, thanks to my efforts, not theirs. Very disappointed at the price and the results.

No one showed up. No one called.
Called again and their "dispatch" can't schedule someone but they can "leave a message" with their service team to call back. not worth the hassle.

Trustworthy, responsive and an expert on all things water heater and plumbing Get Rooter & Pimblibg were the quickest to respond and to come to my place for a leaked toilet due to a rusted bolt. Manny came the same day and fixed my toilet for about the same price from other plumber's quote.
He replaced the toilet flush valve, flapper and all that good stuff.. all the work is guaranteed one year.
