Christian arrived in the time frame Edgar gave me. We explained the issue and where we suspected the leak came from.

He took look at the water leak and after assessing the problem, he explained what could be the issues. He also explained he would need to cut through the dry wall to better see and locate the issue, so we consented to him opening up the dry wall.

Upon opening up the wall, we saw two pin leaks from the T cross copper pipes that came from the upstairs bathroom. He, then explained that he would repair and replace the pipes.

He promptly went to task and took care of the leaks very efficiently. The repair was clean, neatly done and more importantly fixed the leak! Can't say enough about the promptness and efficiency of the work Christian did! He did the repair in good time and was finished in a couple of hours! He had helped me a couple of years ago with a shower leak and my SIL's mother plumbing issue.

Both times he was courteous, easy going and made what is known to be a headache to deal with, a pleasant experience. I appreciate Edgar's helpful, open demeanor and especially his quickly accommodating our request and need.

Just had Nick out from Mr.Rogers plumbing & he was extremely helpful & nice! I called this morning due to our garbage disposal not working and they were able to get someone out same day. Time frame was between 12-2 and was called around 10:40 saying he was running early and wanted to see of he could come by earlier, that worked for me! But no. Every time I brush my teeth, I will see how out of align the faucet is and know - poor job.

I should have gotten quotes from other plumbers; but I was in a hurry (I had 3 other contractors coming to my house for various issues). Maybe $1900 was the standard.

However, Brendon said I needed 4 flex hoses with shutoff valves on two sinks. Price: $500 installed.

I checked with a plumber two days later and with a plumbing supply house. The parts were priced at less than $30 each.

That's $125 worth of parts and Brendon charged me $500! One plumber said that some plumbers just like to take advantage of the elderly. I think I got ripped off.

I had a 9 year old 75-gal on a wooden platform that I needed to replace due to mold. I made a web request via yelp to another company (Core Plumbing) giving exact details of what I was requesting...which was someone to simply help me disconnect and take down the 300lb water heater for $200 so that i could rebuild the platform.

I stated that I needed it done that day. They called and I expalined again verbally.

Then the son showed up and then I had to wait for the dad to show up. The dad/owner then pulled up and said mine was no good, that they couldnt get it down without breaking it, and that they would only sell me a new one for "at least $2800".

After arguing about it for a while they left, leaving me with the task not done at 4pm on a raining Saturday. I contacted Vlad and he said he would do it for $150 and came by in 30 minutes.

He looked at it, said I could maybe get a few more years out of it if I replaced the $30 anode rod, and he disconnected it and took it down gently by himself easily, and said he would come put it back up and reconnect it when I was ready for like another $100-$150 I forget...and he said I could just pay him when he came back! He came and put it back and installed a new anode rod as agreed. He said the heater would start making cracking sounds when it was starting to go bad as they usually only last up to 12 years.

Mine is working fine with no sounds at all, so I am super happy I found Vladimir. He save me over $2000! I highly reccomend him for anyone with water heater issues.

Vladimir showed up on time (after calling 15 minutes before arriving) to clean out a sewer line behind my washer and dryer, and took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked. Afterwards, I told him we could leave the dryer pulled out so I could clean the floor underneath the appliances, but he cleaned it for me so he could leave the job totally completed.

I was already impressed at that point, but then came the really amazing part: he noticed that our water heater hadn't been installed correctly (loose straps and vent cover, pressure release valve wasn't hooked up to the overflow pipe), and said he couldn't leave with it in that condition.
