Tim provided extraordinary service to fix our plumbing issue! We had a major backup in our tub and shower where one pipe connects from both bathrooms. It was a crazy mess and the overflow was spilling out on the floor.

I called Remedy Rooter for help and Tim arrived with 20-30 minutes from my call. On a Saturday! He pointed out a way to resolve the issue that saved both time and money.

I have had serious plumbing problems twice and I was very fortunate to get Brandon on both visits. I was told previously in order to fix my tub spout a lot of the tile had to be ripped out and then the repair could be made.

McKenzie We had been having a sewer smell coming out of our back to back bathroom sinks. Anderson Plumbing recommended replacing the plumbing and P-traps under both sinks to alleviate the odor.

I provided new faucets for them to replace, as well, for a grand total of $1091.44 Anderson really does WOW their clients (When they give you your bill) It did not alleviate the problem. Next, they recommended sending out a drain specialist come out to further inspect the lines, to see if there is a problem with the ventilation system.

They also mentioned the possibility of needing to hydro-jet the line. When Anderson's drain specialist came they gave me an estimate of $600.00 to inspect the lines with a camera and smoke.

Goodbye Anderson. Hello Remedy! Remedy Rooter came out free of charge to give us an estimate.

He took the time to listen and make reasonable cost effective recommendations. We could not replicate the smell at time of inspection since we've been using an overnight enzyme treatment for the last 3 nights.

Our entire apartment complex had no hot water, and various times no water at all for 3 days. That doesn't sound like a lot but just think about a toilet and a shower and it is an ETERNITY.

Remedy Rooter was able to repair 2 slab leaks! They put 2 guys on it, Nick and Zack, and they banged it out in under 2 days. They had to jackhammer holes in two peoples floors, through the cement and find the leak.

I have never dealt with a more honest company in my life. I had a leak under my house, which I was nervous about, because my house oinly has a crawl space, and one plumber talked about tearing my floors out to fix it! I've done it 3 times previously so know the process, but have had increasing problems getting the in-line water filter in and out on previous DIY-servicing and today the rubber ring just pretty much disintegrated when we couldn't get it out by hand, needle-nosed pliers (the two ways on-line videos and Rinnai phone support recommended) or even vice-grips. I called Carlos, explained the situation, and he made it out to our house same-day, in a matter of a few hours.

He tried a couple of his own tools without much success (I'd mangled it pretty good...) and he thought he might have to come back tomorrow to destroy the rest of the filter piece in order to remove it. But then he said the trick is to use a really big screwdriver when they are that messed up (and for non-messed up filter pieces too).

Fortunately I had one really big screwdriver and with a little bit of elbow grease he made one more attempt was able to get it out and install a new non-mangled one after cleaning the threads of the place the filter needed to be screwed back into with a wire brush. I asked him how much we owed him and he insisted on no charge even after I protested that wasn't fair to him.

I was able to then press with the flush as usual and got the in-line filter out and back in one more time (as per recommended in on-line videos after the flush is completed) with the big screwdriver without any problems. Thank you so much, Carlos! You turned what was looking to be a fairly miserable and potentially very expensive day into a routine job again.

After other plumbers charged us hundreds and couldn't fix the issue, and others hung up on me and told me it wasn't their fault I called the wrong plumber and I'd have to pay for a third estimate (with the total likely exceeding $700-$1000 to fix our Rinnai tankless water heater going cold issue), Carlos FaceTime'd me to help me debug the issue. In less than minutes he was able to figure out it wasn't our tankless heater at all, but the circulation pump.

Flipped a switch he suggested and we got our hot water back. Carlos told us it may take longer to get hot water this way but it won't go cold, and he was right.

He even told us how to fix our issue ourselves if we'd like, without asking for a dime. Will likely call you out once we're ready to fix the pump but for now we have hot water that doesn't go cold, after months of cold showers and dishonest plumbers.

I will spend $3,000 on installation with another plumbing company Carlos did an incredible job fixing my Takagi tankless water heater today! He was quick, HONEST, and you cannot beat his pricing! I called Verday Smart Solutions about an ongoing issue that I have been having with my tankless Rinnai unit since it was installed about two years ago. Carlos suggested video calling to see the installation arrangement, took my number, and video called me thru Duo right away.

He patiently waited for me to get a ladder and climb to the roof where the unit is. He actually stepped away from a job that he was working on to help me with this problem over the call.

Within seconds of looking at the piping he was able to see what was wrong, told me what to do and bam! Problem solved. It turned out that the initial installer didn't remove a piece from the unit that was probably part of the packaging.

If you have a Rinnai system, Verday is definitely the most experienced and even trains other teams. We are lucky to have found them and would highly recommend them for their professionalism and experience.
