About 4 or 5 days ago i noticed that our kitchen sink started draining very slowly and bubbling in a way. I went to run the garbage disposal and a water geyser just gushed out and went all over the place, hitting the corners of the sink, a little of the counter and even the faucet.

After that i noticed that the water in the sink stopped draining and just kept climbing while the second sink was also filling with water. Then the water started making little bubbles.

My husband came on here and found CSR and at first they couldn't come out because they were booked but then called my husband back a day later and said they had an open spot so they could come out after all. I am so glad they did.

Mike from CSP Plumbing installed a heat pump water heater at our home. Mike arrived on time, immediately set out to work, and did a fantastic job of installing the water heater.

Justin and Dima arrived from American Ace at 7:45 that Friday morning and worked until nearly 5:30 that evening. Dima handled the A/C installation while Justin put in the new furnace.

Both did an excellent job and were good to work with (I had a couple requests). Fred popped in early on and then toward the end of the day to oversee the work.

He was able to come same day-- time window between 11am and 2pm. He texted when he was on his way and arrived just after 11.

Clean truck, organized tools and supplies and wore shoe covers to protect the floors. I appreciate the little things.

Fred and a crew member got to work and snaked the drain. He had an industrial size powered auger that could go 60ft.

He got a handful of hair and gunk from the shower drain. Fred tested it thoroughly and unfortunately there still seemed to be a block.

He then proceeded to snake the bathroom sink and went pretty deep there too. He estimated about 40-45 feet.

There were some nervous moments when the line seemed stuck but it came out eventually. He also collected a bunch of hair from the sink line.

He explained that all the drain lines meet up and that's why he ran the shower, sink, and bathtub taps to see if they all drained properly and didn't back up the shower drain. Job done! Fred and his helper were professional and took the effort to lay down rags, buckets, and plastic sheets to keep surfaces protected and clean.

Had to pay extra for the sink snaking but it was understandable. Fair pricing overall.

Fred came by to see if he could identify the shower valve cartridge, but there were no markings as it is the original valve installed back in 1992. Fred let me know that he would need to cut a larger opening into the tile and then, cover it with a larger valve cover/ shower handle.

He also let me know that I needed to have a backup plan, since I live in a 1/1, in the event it was more than just the valve that needed replacing. He said, "This could open up a whole can of worms." I am so grateful that Fred was honest and cared whether or not I had a bathroom to use, and made me aware that changing a shower valve is not like changing a bathroom sink faucet (which he had done on the previous visit).

I found out that it can take 2 months to order a new shower/tub liner at a minimum cost of $10k-$12k. I got a backup plan in place and then, Fred returned to change the shower valve.

Fred told me that he was unable to replace the flex piping with copper as that would have required breaking open the tile wall, but he was able to replace the shower valve, confirm there are no leaks, and replace the original valve cover/shower handle with a new Moen one. I was bracing myself to see an ugly but functional valve cover/ shower handle; maybe even a stainless-steel plate on the shower wall.

I am exceedingly pleased that it is a "normal" looking valve cover; just bigger and an oval instead of a circle. Fred even chose a chrome finish, which is the finish on all my other fixtures, so it matches.

This repair/replacement exceeded all my expectations and I am so very happy that I will not have to renovate my bathroom ahead of my timeline as that would be a big financial burden for me. Note: When I posted a photo of the valve cover online to see if anyone recognized it, I had other plumbers quote prices almost double what Fred charged me.

One plumber even said there is a $750 fee to turn off the water to the building; a lever that is located under my stairs. And, not one of them mentioned that when you change a shower valve you need to cut the tile or be prepared for unexpected findings inside the wall once it is opened up.

Fred does not charge a trip/service fee. He is a 24-hour plumber.

He accepts payment by cash, Zelle or check. I will only be using Fred for any plumbing needs I have moving forward.

I called several plumbers regarding a leaky toilet on Thursday morning. None of them (including Fred) had any availability that day, but he had the earliest availability which was Friday between 4-6PM.

He asked me to text him my address, which I did... except I accidentally texted the wrong number.

(Sad trombone.) I didn't figure this out until Friday at 5:45 PM. (The people who I *did* text neglected to let me know that I had the wrong number.) At that point I called Fred, explained what had happened, and he sweetly offered to come out on Saturday between 3-5.

He also asked me to send him some photos of the leaky toilet. He came right on time (shortly after three) and immediately diagnosed the problem.

I told him that we're planning to remodel that bathroom and he said that we could either fix it or simply turn off the water to that toilet until we demo the bathroom. (We chose to do the latter.) He also gave us some advice on an unrelated issue which he spotted in the pictures that I had sent.

Despite our protests he refused to charge us a fee for the visit because he didn't fix anything. This is clearly a man who is invested in his work, takes a lot of pride in it, and knows his stuff.

I called this company because of his glowing reviews. He said he would come at 6:00 PM the same day and he was able to come at 3:30 PM.

He diagnosed that the outlet PVC was glued improperly to the drain outlet and because of how the drain was installed he had to cut a little of the wall and then he applied a flexible coupling instead of gluing it back. Took less than 30 minutes and I'm very satisfied.

Note: I used Daniel in 2020 to reseat a toilet and that job was good too. Daniel answered the phone, which was a good sign.

These guys are top notch all around - service, professionalism, work product, and the price you are paying is very fair, especially considering that. I had three plumbers bid the work after sifting through a few dozen on Yelp and other places by looking at work product in photos and reviews and I can honestly say they met or exceeded my expectations in every area.

Highly recommend! Our home had a problem with one of our shower stalls backing up whenever any drain was used. It didn't matter if it was the toilet being flushed or the bathroom sink being used, water would rapidly build up.

Miguel from TL Premier arrived within an hour to fix a leaking hose bib (was flowing @ 1gal/hr at one point). He quickly decided to replace the 23 year old valve.

He had to deal with dribbling pipe water slowly draining from the house which prevented him from effectively heating the joint to remove the corroded-on valve stem from the copper stub from the house. He patiently and carefully had to cut away the valve then section the remaining valve collar with a saw so he could peel it off and preserve the copper pipe stub.

Once removed he made quick work of cleaning the pipe, soldering a threaded collar to the copper pipe and then screwing in a new valve. He was courteous, professional, careful and persistent.

Be careful if they find more than one leak. 1.

They insisted that I sign a document on their laptop agreeing to a $250 "leak detection." 2. Leak detection usually involves specialized equipment to detect leaks in concrete slabs and walls, where access is limited.

I was surprised that they didn't use detection equipment, but just felt the walls for moisture. Because there was a little moisture on the drywall under the sink, they opened it up, but couldn't find a leak at that location.

They opened another drywall area behind the dishwasher and finally found the leak. I've never had a plumber charge me to open drywall and then give me a separate price for repairs.

Most plumbers charge for a leak search and apply it to the final repair bill. 3.

TL Premier Plumbing determined there were three leaks. Their estimate to fix all three leaks and replace the kitchen faucet was $1,250 as long as I provided the faucet.

In addition, they stated that they would need to open the stucco on the exterior wall to repair the leaks, which would have added an additional stucco repair bill. They clamped the leak and wanted to return the following day.

Thankfully, they wanted come back. I trusted their diagnosis and would have agreed to the repair of those three leaks on the same day, because I trusted them.

4. I called another plumber, #2, for another quote.

When they arrived, they only found one leak. The primary leak was dripping to a connecting pipe further down, which is why it appeared as if there was a second leak.

The kitchen faucet was not leaking at all. The condensation from the primary leak made it seem as if there was a third leak.

Plumber #2 fixed the leak at an hourly rate of $105. There was no need to open the stucco exterior wall either.

All the repairs were done from the interior of the house. If Plumber #2 were to do a leak search (not detection), they would charge a $150 flat fee, and then apply that fee to the final cost of repairs.

Bottom line: The correct appraisal by Plumber #2 led to the leak being fixed for $295.00 - total. TL Premier Plumbing would have charged $1250.00 - four times the cost! Based on my experience, I do not recommend TL Premier Plumbing.

Needed bathroom sink installed and new supply lines and shut off valves. All of this was explained ahead of time and I texted them to bring shut off valves/supply lines.

I provided sink. The tech said they don't buy parts until work is approved.

But you would think these common items would already be in the van. Soo waited for him to go to store buy them and return.

Expensive too. Overall not impressed.

Tech did install everything correctly. Randy S arrived at our house in the morning and within the better part of the day installed 5 faucets and cleared our drains.

He asked the right questions and got the necessary missing parts with no fuss. The service was efficient and courteous.

It helped that Randy was very pleasant and answered my questions thoroughly. I would hire this plumbing company again for future work - satisfied customer.

He came out wasn't exactly sure where the leak was coming and was quick to call "Quick Dry Flooding Services" who quoted $3000 to put a bunch of fans and take advantage of home owners insurance and the home owners.

I compared over a dozen highly rated plumbers from Yelp for a stubborn toilet clog (don't use "flushable" wipes, they flush but none of them actually break down!) and Chase Plumbing was the best based on quick availability, response time, and most importantly, expertise! Christian also works on his own and is very fairly priced compared to the other larger companies that had to charge set prices. I called late afternoon and he was available next morning for an extremely stubborn clog (I tried for 2hrs).

I had a plumber come prior who tried to snake it for 15min and concluded the toilet had to be pulled out, which would be over twice the price. I'm so glad I tried Christian b/c he tried for 20min and agreed that this was an unusually stubborn clog and looked like we'd have to pull the toilet out.

But he really kept at it and combining the snake with plunger, soon fixed it! I truly believe any other plumber would have called it and needed to pull the toilet out, costing us a lot more money. I VERY highly recommend Chase Plumbing! Never been happier to write a review for a business.

Bolts in the tank were all rusted. He replaced those and more...and actually did a better job than how it was originally by adding extra washers to both the top and bottom and ALL rusted parts have been replaced.

I get a call from my wife telling me the kitchen sink is clogged. We needed to replace the decades old water valves behind our clothes washer before Home Depot would deliver our new washer. The other company I like and called was unable to do the job as soon as I needed them to so I considered trying to do it myself but realized how stuck and corroded the connections on the pipes were after over 30 plus years of buildup.

Called Chase plumbing for the first time and owner Christian answered and asked if I wouldn't mind sending a picture of our valves after I explained how stuck they looked. I sent the picture and we scheduled the replacement for two days later.

He gave me a cost estimate which I thought was very appropriate for the job. He showed up when he said he would and with a friendly and professional demeanor went to work.
